As much as I would have loved that under literally any other circumstance, [honestly, you seem awesome I'd have loved to] but the plotline is along the lines that the clan is the only surviving group of good cats in their kingdom after darkness has taken over almost everything else. I'm unsure of how that would work unless you have ideas?

🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ W O W. cx Going there and reading it, I realized there are quite a few similarities - you mentioned the Eagle, and here we have House Aquila. No worries, I wasn't being entirely serious. [Although, it could be possible that SpiritClan and PrecipiceClan are descended from the same group of cats that journeyed over to the mountains? The abilities SpiritClan cats possess are gifted from the celestial spirits, so it could be that the spirits instilled power within a few physical vessels to help them brave the darkness, and the non-powered and powered cats just grew apart? Or, it could be that there was an even that led to a divide amongst them].
Maybe the territory could be dubbed the "Cradle of Stars"?

I really hope you don't think I stole your idea or anything of that ilk, I never look at the planning pages and had had the idea for a while, so I'm sorry if this has painted me in a bad light that the two ideas happen to be so similar I used wild animals that would be found on the mountains and incorporated that idea into what animals I could find on constellation charts. I fear this might be one huge, rather unfortunate coincidence.
I'm unsure but that could work. Sorry if I'm not being of much help right now.

🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ I'm not mad. cx I was just...musing to myself? Ahaha. . And, it's alright if you don't want to border, I was just throwing around some ideas, that's all.
ʙᴜᴍʙʟᴇʙᴇᴇ » We're not doing traditional warrior names, but we're not doing normal-sounding human names, either. . Yes, your name can be of a different language, but it doesn't have to be. [It doesn't even have to be an actual name you searched up either - you could make it up if you really wanted! Or, it could be in Elvish; whatever floats your boat]. I'd also accept alternatives for the spelling of common names. [Like, "Zofia", for instance].

I think I'm going with no if that's ok, I'm really not trying to be mean or anything, I'm just not sure how they would fit together. I'd love to perhaps collaborate with you on something another time though if the opportunity ever arose!

🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ Of course. Feel free to PM me if you have an idea - my inbox is always open.
Any possible name ideas? Since, we already have House Grus for spiritual contact, I don't think something like the Moon Pool would be needed, but it would be cool if we had a cavern of stalactites as part of the territory. Always found them fascinating.

SpiritClan makes its home in a place colloquially known as the Cradle of Stars, settled upon a lonely mountaintop surrounded on all sides by hilly terrain which folds into moorland. A hardy clan, well suited for the harsh conditions of their home, they made their territory where the land touches the stars, where they can feel closest to their ancestors and of course their history. Known for its especially bitter winds and frosty landscape, not many can survive the harshness of the mountains, but SpiritClan are not the only ones carving their lives out on the mountains. Prey comes in a variety of forms, predominantly fish from the local water sources, hares, wild goat kids and birds snatched from the sky. Our musculature which aids in traipsing the expansive territory of our Clan lends itself well when it comes to catching this type of prey, as well as defending ourselves against our home's threats.
Cave of Fangs: As the name implies, this is the label applied to an especially large cave found within our Tunnel Systems, what the clan take as being like a cat's fangs are in fact stalactites and stalagmites. Whilst House Grus are the predominant connection with StarClan, it carries religious meaning to this Clan and is largely regarded as a sacred place. Especially due to the glitter shining amidst the different rocks. Frosted Copse: Evergreen trees that maintain their colour regardless of the bitter cold are the most notable feature of this small place, it is unusual given that most other foliage doesn't tend to last that long into leafbare but this place is more hardy than other woodlands on the territory. It is a good place to hunt smaller mammals or seek shelter from the cold. Meandering Tunnels: Much like how a river winds and curves around the course of its waters, the tunnels carved into the mountainside act in a similar manner as though once rivers ran underground. Of course that is not the case, but this is as to how the place gained its name. It leads to camp, the Cave of Fangs and a number of other places important to the territory. Plummeting Trees: A landslide brought more than mud with it during one especially cold leafbare, and with it came an especially large number of trees which finished their tumble at the northern side of our mountainside. Here they remain, though dead and dry it provides a great place to hunt for mice and voles in a different circumstance, as well as practice one's climbing. Reflection Lake: Less a lake and more an especially large pool of water found at the foot of the waterfall, it is known for the incredible clarity of the water. Reflecting the moon beautifully as well as the stars when night falls and providing a rather nice view as well as a great place to go fishing for those who dare to dip their paws into its frozen waters. Otherwise, most are happy to watch it rather than touch it. Singing Stones: A variety of rather large stones and boulders arranged in the snow in such a manner that when the wind blows through them at the right angle, it creates a howling that when caught by the wind makes it sound like an especially loud singing bird. It is a large open space, popular amidst hares for its free space. Thundering Waters: From one of the lower peaks of the territory a small stream comes to its end and falls to the ground in a rather beautiful waterfall, the noise of which is similar to thunder which is where this place gains its name. Finishing at the Reflection Lake, it is one of the fresher sources of water in the territory, and one of the more popular places due to its close nature. Wooden Bridge: One of few remaining signs that twolegs have ever inhabited our homes, but it is clearly an ancient fixture whilst yet to show signs of rot or severe damage. It is a manner of crossing an especially large valley that would otherwise require a couple of days walk in order to get to the other side of the territory. Yawning Cat: The entrance to the Meandering Tunnels and hence a key part of our territory as it leads to a great number of our key underground landmarks, it is named for the nature of its opening. Carved into the cliffside of dark rocks, its stalagmites and stalactites create the appearance of a yawning face.

ʙᴜᴍʙʟᴇʙᴇᴇ » Those are ability-types you mentioned, not ranks. Rankings can be found in my earlier post on the second page. cx . So, for instance, a Dream-Weaver can be a Shadow or a Knight/Dame. [There's only two Knights/Dames in total though, as one leads the Shadows and the other leads the Soldiers].
As for your Saptarishi character, were you going for a Princess rank? [The daughter of the King and Queen]. If so, then you're good. If you were going for the rank of Queen, then you would have to change your House, as the Queen would be the mate of the King, which is currently the carrier of the Saptarishi bloodline. I haven't explained much on the whole mate situation yet, but basically, females wouldn't change their House name to their mate's, as a Houses are composed of individuals who share abilities. The kits from a union could either have their mother's ability or father's ability; if they have their father's ability, they take their father's name, and vice versa for the mother's side.
Whew, that was a lot. cx Feel free to ask for clarification if this is confusing to understand, lol.
🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ Copied and saved to my extremely long document. ^-^

(a handful of questions first if that's ok with you? a- what is the queen's role in the plot, I was picturing maybe a shecat raised not especially believing she'd turn out to be anything special before falling in love with the prince/ king [it could be interesting if she's younger than him] and suddenly being thrust into a role much bigger than she expected, trusted to raise the future leaders of her clan as well as be a figure to be looked upon in times of need, but if something else is necessary I'm happy to go with that. The name that came to mind for her was Lyra. b- what is her actual role in the plot, I'm struggling to find where it's mentioned?)

🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ Her name is never mentioned because I wanted to allow her Roleplayer the creative freedom to choose it. That, along with the freedom to decide the finer details of her personality, history, etc. So, yes, everything you stated can be a valid backstory to the plot. The actual plot would involve the rebellion of the Vessel Houses led by House Grus, who've suffered years of belittlement. Not all the House Grus members would be aware of their House's involvement with the rebellion to see House Saptarishi off the throne. [Either that, or they don't agree with it]. The main goal of House Grus rebels would be to kill the King and his heiress. [Currently, Princess Freyja roleplayed by Khaleesi]. So, they can get House Grus on the throne. [This would be a lot easier than everyone would expect because there are already two cats with connections to the throne; the King's second daughter and the Queen]. The Queen would be oblivious to the whole plot, while the second Princess would be part of the rebels. [This would be largely due to the fact that the King, my character, greatly favoured Freyja over her; and also was minorly abusive, degrading her self-worth]. So, essentially, it's a civil war plot, centered around betrayal and loss.

Does the queen have to be oblivious the entire way through? because that might be a little boring whilst all the fun stuff is going on XD
edit: I had an idea! feel free to tell me no I don't mind, maybe its her mate that keeps her in the dark, perhaps she is expecting again?

🇳ᴇcʀᴏᴅ🇦🇳cᴇʀ No. cx She doesn't have to be oblivious to the entire plot all the way through it, mostly in the beginning, before things start to pick up. [It would be the House Grus members and her daughter trying to conceal it from her, as they don't want to risk her disagreeing with them and exposing the entire plot to kill the King]. However, inevitably, the Clan will find out. [Perhaps through a failed assassination attempt]. When the Clan finds out, they cast them out and it turns into an all out civil war against the two groups. The first part of the plot will be House Grus, plotting in the shadows, while the second part is civil war. Essentially, no one would know the plot to kill the King, until it fails. Except for the rebels, of course.

i like that it's her daughter and the rebels keeping her in the dark - i feel like her being expecting again wouldn't do much plotwise other than just add drama, and it would be something else entirely worrying about what to do with the next kit once they get cast out. i feel like it's easier with just the two daughters vying for the throne, which is a nice call to the actual historical issues of brothers doing the same - especially ones where one of the children is tied more to the mother, and that is the one she favors for the throne, despite the other's obvious suitability for it. what if the queen is kept in the dark because she thinks the other princess deserves the throne - if she was faking it simply as part of being a rebel, it would cause some issues between her and the daughter. but, if she truly wants her second daughter to be the heir, then keeping her in the dark makes the most sense - don't let her know of her daughter's treason, and we can use her to further our plan

idk, i'm just one of those that thinks that pregnancy for the sake of drama is a little cliche and boring itself, you know? i'd prefer simple, all-out war or 'cold war' type issues where one cat can't trust another. pregnancy is fun but... it's just kind of used up for me at this point. i do like your idea of the queen not being from a family of power and having to adjust to the sudden realization that 'hey i have to be like this now', i think that would be fun!

I guess we'll have to wait pray on my part to see what I just realised I have no idea what to call them BB says. I'm happy either way, but would like something to do in the plot at the very least if possible. Its overdone cause its good fun I guess, and adds an interesting dynamic especially if she is exiled from the clan. I do agree though on your final comment though, it will be fun to do someone who has had to adapt to a new life rather suddenly XD in fact this is going to be good fun in general.
