(Venom you're fine! It helps with making this role-play fun when the bad guys have a higher chance of winning. Plus, because she's a mix of oc and canon, I say she can be on par with the canon heroes, though still probably a bit on the naive side when it comes to fighting the powerful heroes like how she underestimates them like I said, she's a villain, so I'm way more lenient with them.)

Penelope Holly Isley Daughter of Poison Ivy
Penelope thought about it. On one hand, this being could easily betray her and kill her. On the other, if the being was telling the truth, than Penelope would be able to save the plant life. She stay quiet for a bit.
"I need time to consider my options," Penelope replied. "Do you have a way that I may contact you at a later time?" She didn't want to give in too easily, very much aware that doing so could put her life more at risk, and the girl wanted to live, and especially wanted to protect her plants. She was uncertain of the consequences of taking this deal, and would prefer to confer with her mother to truly plan out her movements.
(I've been thinking, and I think Desiree would be more for this than Penelope, so right now Penelope is just uncertain. Whether or not she does join will be determined at a later date.)

(Oh that's fine dear! I think Penelope considering it is a nice plot move on your part so I applaud you! *claps*) (Penelope: "Do you have a way that I may contact you at a later time?" Celena: *Shakes Penelope's hand and transfer some symbiote onto her* "Contact me through this." Penelope: *Stares in horror*)
Celena Williams❝if you ever cross me, i will make you regret every second of it❞ The Spawn of Venom, Carnage, and Toxin
Celena smiled cruely, "When the time comes, I'll know.." She retracted her hand and looked up, "Ah the day this world shall become my brother's and sister's feast. " The Human looked back at Penelope, "Some will call it judgement day, I call of purification a parasite in this vast universe."
She licked her lips in anticipation, "If you must, you may visit my home. One of the many Life Foundation's headquarters. Abandoned after all the expirements gone wrong. You shall find me there.." The Last words came as a hiss which could be compared to the one of a snake. Celena laughed loudly, "It would be a shame not to have you as a partner in crime. Considering that you know this place better than I do. You could even tell me which heroes look the tastiest!" She could hear all the symbiotes growl with pleasure inside her head. What surprised her was that Toxin growled too. Finally, he was converting into his fathers. A joyous celebration indeed.
As they stood there, a single drop of water fell from the sky and onto Celena's face. She wiped it away with a finger and soon more drops followed. She looked at Penelope and waved her goodbye. "I am off now, going to get a chocolate milkshake for my dear Heathen.." Celena started to walked torwards the main street. Heathen formed an umbrella above Celena's head but suddenly her makeshift umbrealla satrted growling as the other three remaining symbiotes followed suit. The umbrella fell away as the symbiotes started to bite at one another. No harm came to them since they could regrow whatever they lost. Celena kept walking as four heads screamed at one another. Sometimes even making her trip and waved her around like a puppet.
(Also I'm sorry but I had to put my new comic into this scene. I thought the sight would be horrifying to Penelope)

Penelope Holly Isley Daughter of Poison Ivy
Penelope could only watch the girl leave. The strangeness of the encounter was not lost on her, and even with the ways of Gotham Penelope couldn't be sure of what to expect. She would consult her mother this week about this proposition, and maybe break into Arkham to ask for advice from some of the other villains. Of course, that was if they didn't escape first. It was always a good thing to remain neutral in the conflict of the other villains, as it enabled her to go where she pleased as long as she caused no issues. Now, she may use it for help. That is, when she gets too it. For now, she had a tree to tear apart so that the death did not go wasted, and so the tree may help it's offspring grow strong.
(I think that it's going to be interesting, as I see Penelope in the constant state of 'Should I or Should I Not?' where she both helps and doesn't help Celena)

(I think that it's going to be interesting, as I see Penelope in the constant state of 'Should I or Should I Not?' where she both helps and doesn't help Celena) (I think that's perfect for Penelop, considering how she is. Eventually, Celena might get tired of Penelope's crap and might do something Idk, I'd have to think about it and I gotta pass it through you of course so yeah) Celena Williams❝if you ever cross me, i will make you regret every second of it❞ The Spawn of Venom, Carnage, and Toxin
Celena let her symbitoes continue to fight one another. They would eventually settle the dispute. She suffered through being thrown around as they argued. Even broke her leg from the force of how she hit a tree. Luckily, Toxin pitched in to help fix it right up. Carnage even forgot he had control over a human and threw her across the park. Celena sailed above the trees and landed smack dab on a building. She was fine since her symbiotes comforted her fall. It didn't even phase her at that point. She just crawled down the building and went to the ice cream joint nearby..
Once her milkshake was made, Celena sat down and sipped at the cold treat with Heathen taking a few sips here and there.

(Since this interaction probably won't go anywhere just yet, would you like to do something else? If you want to do a time skip, I'll skip to maybe 2 weeks or a month later, since I feel like Penelope would take all the time she needs. Or, I could use a different character with someone you have, and continue this later. It's up to you)

Penelope Holly Isley Daughter of Poison Ivy
The days went by in a blur. The end of the week came and went, and for Penelope, it was all too soon. She had spoken to her mother about the proposition, and it was clear her mother did not approve. Though humanity should be erased to allow the plants to reign, there were still the necessity of the other creatures of the world to truly allow the plants to live.
Her mother was correct, and yet Penelope found herself seeking out Harley Quinn anyways. The young girl was allowed through Joker's territory, though she did need to kill a couple of his goons of whom had forgotten who she was. Harley, of course, was convinced that she should go along with the strange being, just for the fun of it.
But Penelope was a neutral. She didn't like taking sides, she hated making these sorts of decisions. She figured that it would be best if she went along with it until she made her true decision. She wished she could have talked to Catwoman about this, but everyone knew she had officially teamed up as a hero with the Bat, so that was a no go.
So three weeks after the initial meeting, she found herself outside of the building where the creature had told her to go. She made her decision, no matter how uncertain she was. Taking a deep breath, she entered the building, bare feet making close to no sound as she did.

Kayla Jordan Summers Daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey
Kayla stared at him, not glaring anymore but still pouting. She disliked the fact that she had no freedom. Sure, she understood why they kept an eye on her, but it didn't change the fact that she felt like she had no freedom.
"You know, James," Kayla began. "That us mutants have cool tech too." She lifted her hands, covered in the fingerless gloves made specifically to regulate her ability so it didn't get out of control. "Just because we have super powers doesn't mean we don't have them." She never understood why people thought that mutants shouldn't have gadgets. It wasn't like they could do everything with their abilities. Some mutants even needed gadgets to control their abilities.
In fact, her father's visor was one of those very tools. Since Scott Summers couldn't control his mutation, the visors did that for him. Though it was simple tech, the mutants had- or used to have- a lot of really complicated things as well, like Cerebro.

Though it was simple tech, the mutants had- or used to have- a lot of really complicated things as well, like Cerebro. "Oh trust me I know you do. But if you could hold the weapons we have you would fall in love." James said with a grin. How was he going to bring up New Justice to this girl without the risk of a bug being planted somewhere, right now he wished he was a child of Scarlet Witch, now that would be handy. "So how about we go to that pond over there?" The male said, if she said no he had no idea what to do. "Excuse me a second."
Having bought a prepaid so he could text Kyde and Nix without worry of SHIELD tracking it made it so quick communication was easy. What do I do? How do I bring up our group? He texted to a group chat with the three of them in it. Maybe talking to Kayla first was a bad idea. Definitely should of had Kyde or Nix go to the girl Rubia we also found. Hmm... "Shall we?"

Kayla Jordan Summers Daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey
The mutant paused, eyes narrowing. "Why would I want to go anywhere with you?" Kayla knew better than to be too trusting in this age, and since she was aware of James' identity didn't trust him in the long shot.
Of course, she had no idea of whom he was contacting, nor the reply that had come through.
She's a mutant that has interest in heroism. Just hint at your parentage. Specifically your father. It states in records that her father and yours had fought once.
It was the Blue Jay that replied to his text, but the mutant didn't know who.
She only saw the phone go off, shifting slightly. Kayla didn't know if she should dart back home or not, though the thought was extremely tempting.

Banner is my dad's last name obviously but I just like you have superhero parentage, Avengers parentage more specifically. My mother is the Black Widow and my father is Bruce Banner better known as the Hulk. And if I am correct our fathers had fought at one point." He said with a smile. "Kinda funny if you consider it. The Incredible Hulk fighting Cyclops. Personally I feel it would be a draw if they were to fight again." Hoping he had her hooked in he lowered his voice.
"And like my father I believe heroes still need to be around. Maybe if I mention a possible cooperation of vigilantes, myself included you'd like to follow me? If not I totally understand, I could just as easily send my ally that I just texted a message to, to go see another who has interest in heroism." Hopefully that was enough of a taste to get her to want some more. With that he headed to the pond. I mentioned my father being the Hulk and a little detail about our group. Hopefully it will get her attention. Are you outside the Inhuman's home Kyde? If Kayla doesn't wish to join than Rubia will be our next to talk to. Either way we would be but still. He texted once again to the group chat.

Kayla Jordan Summers Daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey
Kayla stared at the other kid, shocked silent. After a moment, she started, and darted forward, quickly going after him. Of course she knew of the Hulk, everyone did. And whatever he hinted at would definitely be good. She couldn't say she wasn't nervous, but her curiosity won out.
She did notice he was still texting someone on his phone, and could only hope that when he hinted at vigilante friends, he wasn't just leading her to a trap.
Nix should be there by now. I'll send a signal through his ship to check. You know how scatterbrained he gets. Probably not even paying attention to the phone I gave him.
Kayla didn't know what they were typing, and couldn't hold in her curiosity.
"So... what are you playing at? You say you work for SHIELD, but then you say you are breaking the very law that they uphold? Are you a vigilante? Is the person you are texting one? What's this about heroes cooperating?" The questions spilled out of the sixteen year old quickly.

"Well yes it is another vigilante I am texting. Her codename is Blue Jay, I will not reveal her actual name that is her choice if she wishes to. Yes I am a vigilante but don't tell SHIELD. Yes I work for SHIELD, it's how I cover my tracks and how I track down some heroes to try and recruit. Now about heroes cooperating? Well I and two others have formed a group to help vigilantes stay under radar and have a safe place to stay if they need to lie low, it's called The New Justice." The male answered the question with no problem, Kyde was right that using his parentage would help.
"Now about why I'm here. We wish to recruit you and give you a safer place to stay away from SHIELD's radar. Keep in mind it will be risky, you could end up in danger just by saying yes and that you would be breaking the law but for good cause. Now. Do you wish to join and bring Justice upon these villains that so threaten many lives?" He said while turning to look at her. This was a huge step and if she said yes there would be no turning back.
