Hi! So, over a year ago now, I created my Clan SunClan. Not too long after it became active, we decided to make it part of a 4-Clan rp, with its border Clans MoonClan, DayClan, and NightClan. Unfortunately, all three of those Clans died. However, I would like to re-make these border Clans and make it an active 4-Clan rp once again. So this is the planning page for those border Clans.

NightClanPage 1 NightClan The Fierce and Fearless IntroductionSoft, muddy earth pushes its way up between your toes as you wade through shallow yet cold and slimy water. A shiver runes down your spine, the entirety of the marshy land around you seeming eerie, with only the sounds of frogs and your own splashing breaking what could have been dead silence. It seems like days to you since you last saw anything other than murky water and tall reeds, though something told you it hadn't been that long at all. No matter how long it had been, you were lost, and your belly yowled with hunger after each sullen step further into the muck. A reed cracks somewhere behind you, and your heart plummets. What could be following you? Was it a monster? Another cat? Something that could eat you? Whatever it might be, it quickened your pace, though even that wasn't enough to save you. A heavy weight landed on your shoulders, pushing you down into the water, your head going under. Thrashing and twisting, you try to break free, when suddenly you're brought up again and your eyes are drawn instantly to the cat who is standing over you. A tom cat, his fluffy pelt a golden color in the faint light that managed to sneak its way down to their level. White markings frame his face, making his eyes seem to glow, lips peeled back in a snarl.
"Trespasser!" He hisses, pressing you down further into the muck. What are you doing in NightClan territory? Here to steal prey?" You struggle to answer, but the mud keeps you from saying much until another cat's meow reaches your ears.
"Longstar, you're crushing the poor cat. Get your big paws off them and let them speak." The pressure is gone, and you shoot up, rapidly drawing in air before quickly stammering out your name and an explanation, that you're lost and can't find your way home. The other cat joins the golden one, Longstar, even bigger than him and gray in color. The two listen, before Longstar flicks his tail.
"Perhaps you could be of some use, then... You have a choice now, stranger. Join us in NightClan, or leave this place and never return, lest we rip you to shreds. So, what will it be?"
PrefixesHere is a list of all the prefixes used thus far. If a prefix has already been used twice then it cannot be used again. If a name is listed, it has been used once. If a name is crossed out then it's been used twice and cannot be used again.

Clan Rules- Activity - You must be active, especially if you have a cat in a position of power (leader, deputy, medicine cat, medicine cat apprentice). For a more detailed description of the activity rules, see the next section. I will still add your characters if you do not read the Activity Rules section, but it is your responsibility to know those rules. If you do not know them and you get a warning or your characters are removed, that's on you.
- Coding - This coding was created by 𝔯𝔞𝔟𝔟𝔦𝔱𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱 . Please do not take it and use it on other threads. If it is found anywhere else, it will be reported.
- Kits - No kit stealing/saving/anything. The kits in this Clan belong to this Clan only.
- Killing - If you plan on killing a cat, make sure the person who rp's as that cat is okay with it first.
- Bullying - Bulling, rudeness, and arguing will not be tolerated. I will remove your characters if you are rude or if you bully anybody, and I will report the post.
- Spam - Please do not spam this thread. While some out of character chat is okay, there shouldn't be more of that than actual rp. Also, I do not appreciate people who are not members of this rp participating in out of character chat here - this thread is not for your chat, it is for NightClan's rp.
- Queens/Mates - No apprentice queens or mates. Wait until they are warriors. Apprentices may have crushes, but nothing more serious until they become warriors.
- Perfect Characters - No perfect characters. All characters must have some kind of flaws. Going off of that, your character cannot be bad at everything, either.
- Unrealistic Characters - No unrealistic characters - no unrealistic coats or eye colors, no wings, no super powers, etc. Kits can't be heroes, deaf cats cannot magically begin to hear again, etc.
- Names - Cats from outside the Clan must take on a Clan name when they take their vow as a warrior. I don't want this Clan to be full of warriors who don't have proper warrior names. Please see the "prefixes" section for rules about how many people can use a specific prefix. You cannot use a name that is unrealistic. For example, these cats are not going to know what a flamingo is, so you can't name your cat Flamingofoot. If you aren't sure whether a name is acceptable or not, please ask me. I'd be happy to help you find a realistic name.
- Sexuality and Gender - Sexualities besides straight are fine, but that cannot be the focus point of your character. Your character is not solely defined by their sexuality. I do not accept transgender characters, because there is no way for them to transition and it is unrealistic (homosexuality has been found in animals besides human, but there are no known cases of transgender animals). If you would like to discuss these rules with me, please send me a pm.
- Literacy - Please be literate in rp, to the best of your ability. Try to use proper spelling and grammar. Chat speak is acceptable in out of character chat, but please do not use it in rp (Clan cats wouldn't say or understand "lol" or "brb" so please don't have your characters do it).
- Out of Character Chat - Any chat outside of rp must be contained in (parentheses), [brackets], or {braces}. This applies even for those of you who use codes in your posts that have an "ooc" part.
- Advertising - Do not advertise any other website, Clan, rp, or page on here without permission.
- Number of Characters - You may have as many characters as you would like, but you must keep up with them all.
- Ceremonies and Warrior Names - If any of your characters are kits or apprentices, please let me know when you would like them to become apprentices or warriors. I will not do the ceremony until you ask me to. Also, include in your joining form what you would like their warrior name to be. If you do not include this in your joining form, I will come up with a warrior name for your cat. If you would like to change the warrior name of your cat before they become a warrior, just let me know. Please include the word "shadow" in the "other" section of your joining form if you have read these rules.
- Fun - Obviously, I want you to have fun in this rp! Please feel free to suggest any plot ideas you may have!
Activity Rules- First and foremost, you must be active to be a member of this Clan. To be active means to actually rp. You will not be counted as being active for a day if you only post out of character chat or asking if anybody has any open characters. It is your responsibility to get your characters involved in the rp, nobody else's. Therefore, if you post asking if anybody has characters open, and nobody responds, and then you do nothing, that is not a valid reason for inactivity. If your characters are all stuck in rp with someone who hasn't responded in a while, it is your responsibility to free up your character - waiting for a response from someone else is not an excuse to be inactive for 2+ weeks.
- If you are inactive for two weeks or more without letting me know ahead of time, I will send you a warning via PM. After I send a warning, you have one week to respond to me to keep your characters in the Clan. You can respond in two ways: you can respond to my PM with a reason for your inactivity and when you plan on being active again, or you can rp in the Clan. If you do not do either of these things within a week of me sending the warning, your characters will be removed.
- If you have a character in a position of power and I have to send you a warning message, your character will be removed from that position of power and they will become a regular warrior or apprentice. That position of power will be open for somebody else to take. None of your characters will be allowed to hold a position of power if you have received an activity warning.
- If you know that you will be inactive for a period of longer than two weeks, please let me know VIA PM. I need to have the notice in my inbox. If you only post it on the Clan page, I may see it, but I may not. If it is in my messages, you know I will see it. If you let me know ahead of time and are inactive for two weeks or more, you have no need to worry about losing your position or your characters.
- If you have already received a warning, and then become inactive again, you will not be given another warning. If you are inactive for two weeks after receiving a warning and becoming active again, I will simply remove your characters without warning.
- If your characters have been removed and you wish to re-join the Clan, you may do so. However, you will not be allowed to hold a position of power.
- I do have a running list of every member of the Clan, their characters, and the last time they were active. If I send you a warning, I also make a note of that on the document. I pay close attention to the dates that people are active, and I update the list frequently. Therefore, claims that you have been active when you really haven't will not be tolerated. However, I do realize that I can make mistakes, and if you honestly believe that you were active more recently, I need you to tell me what page that activity is on. Finally, please include the word "darkness" in the other section of your joining form so that I know you read these rules.
- Keeping this Clan active is incredibly important to me, so you need to follow these rules.

TerritoryNightClan makes their home in a small uplift that is wooded by pine trees and surrounded by marshlands. It is known for its uneven grounds and rocky hills that stick out from the marshy lower ground. The wooded area where NightClan makes its camp is shaded and dark, with coarse bramble thickets, close-set trees, thick kudzu, and lichen-covered rocks. The marshlands surrounding are intermittent with rocky hills covered in tall grass, and low ground soaked in water and mud, and various types of water plants, such as switch grass, lotus, water lilies, and cattails. NightClan cats are used to getting their paws wet and muddy and are good at wading in water as well as staying quiet in wooded areas. Notable landmarks include:
- The Duck Pond - A large body of clearer water than the rest of the territory's marshy water, it is known for ducks and geese that will nest there. In newleaf, ducks breed and raise their young around the pond, and in leafbare, geese migrate there as well. Skilled warriors may attempt to hunt the ducks if they are in a group.
- The Great Bramble Bush - An enormous thicket of raspberry bushes and brambles tucked into the forested section of the territory, plentiful in raspberries during greenleaf. The berries attract many different birds, making it a popular spot for warriors to hunt. The medicine cat collects leaves from the bushes and searches for herbs in the surrounding area.
- The Lily Pool - A pool covered in lily pads, abundant in tadpoles and frogs of all kinds. This is a common hunting spot. Often, frogs will still be alive underneath sheets of ice in leafbare, so warriors will break through the ice to catch them.
CampHidden in the wooded part of the territory and shaded by the tall pine trees, NightClan's camp is tucked into a forest hollow of bending trees, shelf-like rocks and fungus, and a protection of spiny bramble bushes outside the camp. The camp entrance is a small burrowed out section of the thorny brambles that one cat can fit through at a time.
- The Leader's/Elders' Den - The leader's den and the elders' den are located in a small cave large enough for cats, hollowed out in a large shelf of a layered, shale-like boulder that a small hill is built on top of. The ground lifts around the rock and curves over it, making the top of the boulder grassy. the leader sits on top of their den to speak to the Clan. The leader sleeps in the left side of the cave, tucked away from view in a small corner, while the elders sleep to the right. The leader will often converse with the elders in their cave when seeking counsel.
- The Nursery - The nursery is tucked under the tall roots of a tree that partly sit above ground and is surrounded by weaved switch grass or cattail stems.
- The Warriors' Den - The warriors' den is located in a densely set collection of bushes that have grown and tangled together.
- The Apprentices' Den - The apprentices' den is set right beside the warriors' den, in another closely tangled set of bushes. Some of the branches of the apprentices' and warriors' dens tangle together, but there is a thick wall of branches between the two dens.
- The Medicine Den - The medicine den is a large, hollowed out fallen tree that takes up a good amount of space in the camp. A bush is tucked against the back of this long den, where the medicine cats sleep when there is not room for them in the hollowed den, and the herbs as well as sick and injured cats are generally in the hollowed tree. When there is room for them, the medicine cats prefer to sleep in the hollowed tree.

MembersPage 2 NightClan Allegiances Leader♦ Longstar ♦ Male ♦ 👻videocassette👻 ♦
♦ A large, very fluffy tom with thick, luxurious golden-brown fur with white markings on his face, a white spot on his back, and a notably long, bushy white tail. Thanks to his fur and large body, he carries a very round appearance, almost plump-looking. His eyes are yellow, and he has the scars of previous battles scattered throughout his body. Longstar has many sides to his personality and leadership. As a general rule, he is kind and soft spoken, never losing his temper unless he feels like he needs to, and while he is kind, he makes his stance known and cannot be moved from it. He is proud and stubborn, but not aggressive in his stubbornness. He makes a good peacemaker, as he is able to see the perspectives of most cats just as well as his own, and he is very personable with his closest friends and other Clanmates. As calm as he is, however, it doesn't mean he never uses aggression. For all his approachable tone, he has a ferocious intensity underneath. He is a brilliant but ruthless strategist who prefers to strike carefully, brutally, and quietly. When making plans, he is just as proud and stubborn as ever, but his kindness gives way to a stoicism that does not show its face until it needs to. He tends to switch between these two sides on a dime, making him unpredictable for those who help him in his leadership and planning. His father was Brackenberry, mother was Dawnflight, both of whom are deceased. His brother, Goldkit, was stillborn, and his sister Shadepaw died of greencough as an apprentice. As kits and apprentices, Longstar, Stormsong, and Weaselfoot were best friends, and this still holds true as they lead NightClan together. Because Longstar was Whitebranch's apprentice, he reflected some of the previous deputy's wisdom and judgment, and thus he was chosen to be the next deputy. However, he and Nightstar became close based on Longtail's brilliant planning and Nightstar's fierce execution of battles. At the side and influence of Nightstar, they saw through many battles. Now, without the influence of the previous leader, he is far more reasonable when it comes to his aggression. He is dangerous, but very open to peaceable negotiation. He will seldom order attacks unless NightClan territory is trespassed upon, or if there is a benefit to the Clan. He does have his eye on different parts of other Clans' territories, especially DayClan with their more plentiful prey.

Deputy♦ Stormsong ♦ Male ♦ lupusalbum99 ♦
♦ Broad and stoud, Stormsong is a physically powerful cat of almost giant proportions. His body is wide and somewhat short, with an almost regal appearance to the tom's form. Thick, dark gray fur covers him, fluffy and soft, with lighter gray patches surrounding his wide golden eyes. His face is broad and flat, with wide ears and fluffy cheeks. Each ear is also tipped by fluffy tufts. Fitting with the theme of being rather large, his paws are huge and, as is often the case with bigger cats, he finds himself tripping over them at times. The long tail that Stormsong sports matches his fluffy form, the same consistent gray all the way down to the rounded tip. Somewhat stern and always putting on a stoic air, Stormsong likes to think of himself as the most noble of warriors, though not out of arrogance. Instead, he's a bit of a clumsy dork, and is much more shy and quiet than his brother. He's a reserved cat and only really opens up to those he knows he can trust. Once he does accept someone into his circle, he becomes incredibly loyal, almost to the point of being clingy at times. Warblerwing is his brother. Born alongside his littermate in NightClan, the two brothers never knew their father. Their mother, Iceblossom, told the two that he died in battle before they were born and that he was a very noble cat. In truth, he turned out to be a rather charming kittypet she had met and fallen for. He had, however, never been brave enough to join the Clans, but was torn between joining his kits or not. In the end, the two decided that it would be better if the Clan, and the kits, never knew who he was. Eventually, Iceblossom told them his name: Humphrey. The brothers normally keep this information to themselves, as while they are not ashamed of their father, they would prefer the Clan not to know of their bloodline on his side.
♦ Apprentice: N/A Medicine Cat♦ Weaselfoot ♦ Male ♦ 𝔯𝔞𝔟𝔟𝔦𝔱𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱 ♦
♦ A skinny, ruffled-looking brown tabby tom with white toes and a white tail tip. He has orange eyes and a notch in his left ear. Weaselfoot is a quiet, anxious tom. He tends to be nervous and jumpy, and he absolutely hates conflict. He cares about his Clanmates and wants to take care of them to the best of his ability, which is why he ended up becoming a medicine cat. He would rather be back in camp treating the injured than on the frontlines causing any injuries. He has a hard time making friends because of how quiet and anxious he is, but once he becomes friends with someone, they can be happy to know that they've found a loyal friend for life. Weaselfoot is loyal to the core, and he is very protective of his Clanmates. He was born and raised in NightClan. He originally trained to be a warrior. However, at his first battle as an apprentice, he was so horrified by the bloodshed and violence that he fled the battle. Once the rest of the Clan returned, he spoke to Nightstar and Mudsplash, deciding that he wanted to become a medicine cat, instead.
Medicine Cat Apprentice♦ Name ♦ Gender ♦ User ♦ ♦ Description ♦ Full Medicine Cat Name:
Warriors♦ Cherrysky ♦ Female ♦ 𝔯𝔞𝔟𝔟𝔦𝔱𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱 ♦
♦ A slim, lithe, long-haired tortoiseshell she-cat with a white belly, white paws, and a white muzzle. She has long whiskers, a pink nose, and forest green eyes. Cherrysky is a sweet, gentle she-cat. She tends to be a caretaker, always one of the first to volunteer to help after a battle. She needs to make sure all her Clanmates are safe and comfortable before she even thinks about taking care of herself. She has a deep affection for the youngest, oldest, and most vulnerable cats in the Clan. She can frequently be found in the nursery helping the queens with their kits, or in the elders' den helping them with whatever they need. If she has completed her warrior duties and has offered her help to the nursery and the elders, she may be found in the medicine den offering whatever help she can there. She does not like to sit around doing nothing when there is work that can be done. Cherrysky was found on the edge of NightClan territory as a very young kit one leaf-bare. She has always felt grateful for the Clan that took her in when she was at her most vulnerable.
♦ Apprentice: N/A ♦ Warblerwing ♦ Male ♦ lupusalbum99 ♦
♦ A bit smaller than his brother but still sporting the stocky build that seems to be common between them, Warblerwing is a much handsomer cat than Stormsong. His shoulders are a bit less broad and more smoothly shaped, with his face being slightly less flat but still wide, and his ears sporting those little tufts at the tips as well. His thick, soft fur is mostly a slightly lighter gray than Stormsong's, with a white stripe down his back, a white tail tip and ear tips, and a white jaw, chest, and belly. The tom's tail is long, fluffy, and his absolute pride and joy when it comes to things like that, though his bright blue eyes rival that a bit, being big and sparkly. One thing is for certain about Warblerwing: he thinks he's a real charmer and is almost arrogant about it. The tom is aware of his good looks and often struts dramatically when he passes by a she-cat he's interested in. And yet, he doesn't seem to be interested in settling down, not yet. He's also got a bit of a fierce, reckless streak, and has yet to be knocked down a few rungs when it comes to self-pride, though he certainly needs it. Stormsong is his brother. The brothers normally keep this information to themselves, as while they are not ashamed of their father, they would prefer the Clan not know of their bloodline on his side.
♦ Apprentice:
♦ Sorrelpatch ♦ Female ♦ 👻videocassette👻 ♦
♦ A small and lean tortoiseshell and white she-cat with dark fur on her face, back, and tail, all of which are marked by patches of brown fur. Her eyes are an energetic green. The lower half of her face is white, as well as her legs. Sorrelpatch is a skillful, determined young she-cat that doesn't let her small size stop her from doing anything. She has an endless amount of patience and can see the good in just about anyone, thanks to her sibling-like bond with Boarfang. She is an endless source of motivation and optimism, and is very clever. On the other hand, she can tend to get bossy or be a know-it-all once she has an idea in her head. When she sees someone struggling with something, she will want to take over completely. Sorrelpatch was found hanging from the jaws of Boarfang as a kit, and both of them were mercifully taken in. Because Boarfang looked after her after she was abandoned at a young age, they view each other as brother and sister, and she always puts her trust in him even when he is at his worst.
♦ Apprentice:
♦ Boarfang ♦ Male ♦ 👻videocassette👻 ♦
♦ A large, muscular pale tabby tom. His fur is long but thin, making his fur drape off of his flank. He has yellow-green eyes and notably large fangs, much like his name. Not the handsomest tom, but he is well-known for his hunting prowess and his charisma. Boarfang takes pride and joy from spending all day trying to catch the most prey to feed the Clan at the end of the day, and he loves to be the center of attention. While he absolutely adores the attention of she-cats, he tends to be rude and sometimes even demeaning when trying to flirt with them because he gets flustered. He loves to be the hero, but because of this, he is willing to do stupid things without thinking of the consequences. Even for all his rudeness, recklessness, and a bit of a temper, he has a heart of gold deep down inside. Boarfang was found on NightClan territory with the kit-aged Sorrelpatch carried by her scruff in his jaws. Both cats quickly integrated into the Clan after Boarfang boldly promised he would fill every belly in the Clan if he and Sorrelpatch could stay.

The Warrior Code- Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
- Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.
- Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders or trained. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.
- Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
- A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
- Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
- A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
- The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires, or is exiled.
- After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
- A Gathering is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among the Clans at this time.
- Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
- No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.
- The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.
- An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win their battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.
- A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
- Each Clan has the right to be proud and independent, but in times of trouble they must forget their boundaries and fight side by side. Each Clan must help the others so that no Clan will fall.

MoonClanPage 1 MoonClan The Swift and SilentIntroduction The moonlight beams down on the watery surface of the river you pad along, illuminating your path as though guiding your steps on a higher destiny. Drawn by the guidance of the flowing water, you slip into the river and paddle through the cold with the intention of exploring the rocky terrain beyond the other side, hidden away by tall water reeds. Shivers run down your spine as you make your way through the water, but thankfully, the current is gentle, and you climb out successfully, your pelt now darkened by water. You shake out your fur, but then you are alerted by a sound from the tall reeds, and you feel your neck fur rise the moment it sets in that you are not alone. The scent of the cats fills your nose, but before you can flee from the impending scent of the hidden cats, they are on you. Golden pelts glow silver in the starlight as you are thrown to the ground under strong paws and sharp claws. You fear for your life, as the cat who has descended upon you is clearly unafraid to defend her territory. "What do you think you're doing here?" She spits. "This is MoonClan territory!"
As frightened as you are, you can understand why the she-cat is so ferocious. The territory is beautiful and surreal, something worth protecting. You would be proud to call it home and protect it yourself. "Let's see what this cat has to say for themselves, Nectarleaf," another she-cat meows, and your gaze is turned to an impressive golden spotted she-cat, one that immediately demands authority in her presence alone. You feel the urge to dip your head in respect. Nectarleaf releases you so you can sit up, but she is clearly still keeping an eye on you, and would chase you off the moment you posed any threat. You meet the spotted she-cat in the eye as she narrows her eyes at you.
"I am Leopardstar. What has brought you here to MoonClan?"

Clan Rules - Activity - You must be active, especially if you have a cat in a position of power (leader, deputy, medicine cat, medicine cat apprentice). For a more detailed description of the activity rules, see the next section. I will still add your characters if you do not read the Activity Rules section, but it is your responsibility to know those rules. If you don't know them and you get a warning or your characters are removed, that's on you.
- Coding - This coding was created by 𝔯𝔞𝔟𝔟𝔦𝔱𝔣𝔯𝔬𝔰𝔱 . Please do not take it and use it elsewhere. If it is seen anywhere else, it will be reported.
- Kits - No kit stealing/saving/anything. The kits in this Clan belong to this Clan only.
- Killing - If you plan on killing a character, make sure the person who rp's that character is okay with it first.
- Bullying - Bullying, rudeness, and arguing will not be tolerated. I will remove your characters if you are rude or if you bully anybody, and I will report your post.
- Spam - Please do not spam this thread. While some out of character chat is okay, there shouldn't be more of that than actual rp. Also, I do not appreciate people who are not members of this rp participating in out of character chat here - this thread is not for your chat, it is for MoonClan's rp.
- Queens/Mates - No apprentice queens or mates. Wait until they are warriors. Apprentices can have crushes, of course.
- Names - Cats from outside the Clan must take on a Clan name when they take their view as a warrior. I'd be happy to help you find a realistic, acceptable name.
- Sexuality and Gender - Sexualities besides straight are fine, but that cannot be the focus point of your character. Your character is more than just their sexuality. I do not accept transgender characters because there is no way for them to transition and it is unrealistic. If you would like to discuss these rules with me, please send me a PM.
- Literacy - Please be literate in rp. No chat speak. Also, please use proper spelling and grammar to the best of your ability.
- Out of Character Chat - Any chat outside of rp must be contained in (parentheses), [brackets], or {braces}.
- Advertising - Do not advertise any other website, Clan, rp, or page on here without permission.
- Number of Characters - You may have as many characters as you would like, but you must be able to keep up with all of them.
- Ceremonies and Warrior Names - If any of your characters are kits or apprentices, please let me know when you would like them to become apprentices or warriors. I will not do the ceremony until you want it done. Also, include in your joining form what you would like their warrior name to be. If you do not include this in your joining form, I will come up with a warrior name for your cat. If you would like to change your character's warrior name before they become a warrior, just let me know. However, once your character is a warrior, their name cannot be changed. Please include the word "moonlight" in the "other" section of your joining form if you have read these rules.
- Fun - Obviously, I want you to have fun in this rp! Feel free to suggest plot ideas to me if you'd like.
Activity Rules - First and foremost, you must be active to be a member of this Clan. If your characters are all stuck in rp with someone who hasn't responded in a while, it is your responsibility to free up your characters - waiting for a response from someone else is not an excuse for being inactive for 2+ weeks.
I pay close attention to the dates that people are active and I update the list frequently. Therefore, claims that you have been active when you really haven't will not be tolerated. However, I do realize that I can make mistakes, and if you honestly believe that you were active more recently, I need you to tell me what page that activity is on. Finally, please include the word "stardust" in the other section of your joining form so that I know you read these rules.
- Keeping this Clan active is incredibly important to me, so you need to follow these rules.

Territory MoonClan's territory is unique with its network of rivers and streams winding through the territory and how the moon shines on the water on nights with clear skies, giving the territory a silvery glow at night. MoonClan has plenty of fish and other river-dwelling prey to feed the Clan. Much of the territory is covered with sand, pebbles, rocks, and even some boulders from many moons of the flowing and changing river, and warriors are very skilled on their paws for padding on unstable ground, and they are very light on their paws. The territory is populated by water reeds and willow trees. Notable landmarks are:
- The Grieving Willow - The largest of the willow trees in the territory, just outside of camp. MoonClan buries its dead close to the tree, and grieving cats can sit on its roots when visiting their lost loved ones.
- The Wood Nest - An old, rotting, abandoned wooden boat on the edge of one of the rivers, now covered by moss and hanging lichen. Medicine cats travel here to collect herbs that grow around it, and apprentices will often collect moss from here for bedding.
- The Bright Pool - A small pond that one of the rivers gathers into. On clear nights, the moon and stars reflect on it brilliantly as though it were a small moon itself. The medicine cats travel here to collect herbs and pray to StarClan. It is also a good romantic spot for couples.
Camp A sandy clearing hidden among rocks and tall water reeds. The camp is surrounded by water, making it a small island that is protected by the swim enemies have to make, and by reeds hiding away the sandy clearing.
- The Leader's Den - A pile of rocks with a space large enough for the leader and one other cat to fit in comfortably.
- The Warriors' Den - A bending willow tree that provides shelter in its long, low-hanging vines. Senior warriors sleep closest to the roots, getting more shelter from the branches, while newer warriors sleep toward the outer edges of the sheltering tree. They will weave some of the vines to keep out rain and cold.
- The Nursery - The nursery is attached to the elders' den in the center of the camp. The nursery is located in a hollowed log.
- The Elders' Den - The elders' den is located under a large rock that leans against the nursery. The warriors weave water reeds to cover the two dens and keep them safe and warm. If the camp is invaded, the elders are the last line of protection before invaders can reach the kits.
- The Apprentices' Den - The apprentices' den is a thicket of weaved water reeds opposite from the warriors' den.
- The Medicine Den - The medicine den is underneath a partly uprooted willow. The medicine cats make their nests under the tangled, low branches of the tilted tree, and store their herbs and have nests for the sick and injured in a den under the roots of the tree.

○ A beautiful long-haired golden she-cat with a paler golden undercoat. She has orangey-gold dappled spotted tabby markings all along her pelt. Her muzzle, front toes, back paws, and the tip of her fluffy tail are all dipped in a pure, snowy white. She has long whiskers and a berry pink nose. Her eyes are bright green, There is a notch in her left ear. Nectarleaf may appear to be delicate, but she is a fiercely independent she-cat with a ferocious temper. She hates being coddled and treated like she can't handle things on her own, and she will go out of her way to prove wrong any cat who thinks otherwise. During conflict with other Clans, Nectarleaf is one of the first cats to throw herself into battle. She is hotheaded and tends to act before thinking, and she is not afraid of getting injured in order to protect her Clan. The only thing sharper than this she-cat's claws is her tongue; she is not afraid to speak her mind, and she doesn't care who she offends. She always puts her Clan first. After that, individual cats don't matter to her. As long as her Clan as a whole is safe, there is nothing more important. Her mother was Goldenleaf, her father was Falconclaw, and her brother is Eaglefall. Nectarleaf and her brother, Eaglefall, were born and raised in MoonClan. Their father, Falconclaw, wanted very little to do with them when they were growing up. Both parents died during a vicious battle with SunClan while Nectarleaf and Eaglefall were young apprentices.

○ A large, muscular brown tabby tom. He has black classic tabby swirls, a white belly, and a white muzzle. His eyes are a piercing amber. Eaglefall is a calm, laid-back tom. He tends to go with the flow and doesn't get worked up very easily. He manages to stay calm even in the face of conflict, which infuriates some of his Clanmates. Eaglefall would prefer to calmly think of a solution to any problems rather than immediately jump to using teeth and claws. However, when it comes to it, he will fight fiercely and bravely to protect his Clan. He likes to think rationally about problems, no matter how big or small they may be, and is not afraid to inform another cat who's upset about just how irrational their emotions are. Eaglefall enjoys playing with the kits in the nursery, and he hopes to have a mate and kits of his own someday. His mother was Goldenleaf, father was Falconclaw, and his sister is Nectarleaf. Eaglefall and his sister, Nectarleaf, were born and raised in MoonClan. Their father, Falconclaw, wanted very little to do with them when they were growing up. Both parents died in a vicious battle with SunClan not long after Nectarleaf and Eaglefall became apprentices.

○ A small but bulky thick-furred dusky brown tom with paler brown fur on his neck and muzzle. His eyes are brown. Murkywater can be best described at having his own unique brand of stoicism. He is consistently dull and seemingly disinterested in just about everything, but because of this, he is able to give it to you straight. He is a voice of reason, and when you convince him, he can be a very clever ally when it comes to problem-solving. He tends to be lethargic and slow most of the time. He is very passionate when he actually becomes emotionally invested in someone, but he has trouble figuring out how to convey emotions. He is very fierce in battle. His mother is Sleekfin.

○ A dusky brown tabby she-cat with fur that darkens toward her underbelly. She has a white muzzle, blaze, and chest spot. Her fur is sleek and soft but mottled with scars. Her eyes are orange. A highly social, snarky old she-cat. She is highly independent in her age just as she was in her youth, and she still runs on impulse. She has always had trouble maintaining close relationships for a good amount of her warrior days because she didn't like to keep herself tied into obligations other than her Clan duties. She regrets this now. It is not uncommon for her to leave camp to go adventuring. She is highly nostalgic, and because of this she will tell many stories of the birth of the Clans. She loves to explore like a kit, and overestimates her abilities. If she didn't have arthritis, she would not have retired. Her mother was a rogue named Sturgeon and her father was a kittypet named Oliver. Sleekfin left her mother to join the group of rogues that eventually formed MoonClan, SunClan, NightClan, and DayClan at apprentice age. She never let go of the adventure of creating something new. Sleekfin tended to hop between relationships with toms in her youth until she settled down with a mate when she was a senior warrior.

DayClanPage 1 DayClan The Calm and the Curious Introduction You find yourself feeling as though you have finally caught a breath of fresh air in the open, grassy lands, dappled by tall oak trees and a cool breeze flowing through your fur. Daylight beams down on you, pleasant and warm, and you can scent an abundance of prey all around you. Your paws tingle with excitement at all the possibilities around you. As the trees part to reveal a wider space of rolling hills, you run to the top of a sloping hill covered in rich green grass, freedom and joy overwhelming you. You hear a hiss from nearby, however, and your excitement disappears into fear.
"In here!" The voice hisses. You can scent cats nearby, but you don't see any for a moment until your eyes fall to a burrow.
"Hurry, mouse-brain!" Another voice snaps. You know the cats must be inside the burrow. You aren't sure if the urges of these cats are something you should listen to, until you see a dreadful, large shadow dart over the grass near you. Your eyes dart up to the sky to see a huge eagle soaring above you, and fear grips all your senses. Now you understand. You dash to hide in the large burrow after the cats who had warned you, and you press against unknown pelts in your fear. You realize that there are many other cats hidden in the burrow besides the two who had warned you, and they all carry a similar scent.
"Back off from Cricketstar, rogue," a small gray-black tom spits, glaring up at you. "You're fortunate she decided to help you out."
"You wouldn't let a cat die, would you, Pepperfur?" A she-cat replies before you can, a small cream-colored cat with brown points. You conclude this must be Cricketstar. "They must have traveled a long way to get here."
She turns to you, her kind eyes analyzing yours curiously. "Tell me, how have you come here to DayClan?"

Territory A relatively open territory with rolling, shallow hills and tall grass. The territory has scattered trees, but there is plenty of space between trees. The trees make great vantage points to scope out prey in the territory, but they are also a danger because birds of prey have the same idea. Bushes and shrubs are also very common here. Burrows made by badgers and foxes are dotted throughout the area. A small creek flows through the territory not too far from camp, and cats get their water here as well as catching any frogs that live there. DayClan cats have good senses, as they must be alert for any invading cats or predators in their more open camp, and they are very swift. Notable landmarks include:
- The Twoleg Farm - On the far end of the territory, a Twoleg family lives and can tend to make noise. Around the Twoleg's farm are goats, horses, dogs, and other animals. Apprentices are generally forbidden from this area, and warriors are advised to take caution around the area due to the unpredictable animals and the occasional, sporadic monster appearance to rip up the ground on the farm.
- The Eagle Tree - A particularly tall tree in DayClan territory that is home to an eagle's nest and is avoided by every Clan cat. Patrols of experienced cats are sent to check on the tree to keep track of the eagles, and they must make sure to stay hidden while doing so.
- The Hidden Burrow - An old burrow where a badger once made its home but is now abandoned. This large burrow is a hiding place for elders, queens, and kits that the Clan uses in emergency situations. Close to the camp, warriors are taught to escort the Clan's most vulnerable to hide there. They check the burrow regularly to make sure it is not re-inhabited by any other animals.
Camp Surrounded by tall grass and shaded on the edges by two large oak trees, the camp is more open than the other Clans, but is still relatively well-hidden. The camp is flattened ground by moons of pawsteps, and one side of the camp has a small hill rising from the ground.
- The Leader's Den - The leader's den is a burrow in the hill that has been dug out, and tall grass is draped over the entrance for privacy.
- The Nursery - The nursery is a bush tucked closely against the trunk of one of the oak trees that shade the camp.
- The Elders' Den - The elders' den is another bush near the trunk of the other oak tree.
- The Medicine Den - The medicine cat's den is a small den weaved out of tall grass, large enough for the two medicine cats, their herbs, and one or two sick or injured cats to nest there.
- The Warriors' and Apprentices' Dens - The warriors and apprentices sleep in patches of tall grass. The warriors are located near the nursery, while the apprentices sleep near the elders' den. Sometimes the warriors and apprentices will weave the grass to provide a little more shelter. On clear days with no bad weather, they will sleep in the clearing of camp and enjoy the view of Silverpelt while they rest for the night. On really rainy nights, they will take refuge under the oak trees.

❀ A small and slim cream-colored she-cat with darker cream/brown points on her face, ears, paws, and tail. She has a snowy white belly, a rosy pink nose, and a notch in her left ear. She has bright, thoughtful green eyes. She has a scar on her throat. Cricketstar is a loving, compassionate she-cat who cares deeply about her Clanmates. Still rather young, she tends to be naive and innocent sometimes. She is very intelligent and thinks through problems to great length before proposing the best solution. Like Daystar, she tries to avoid leading her Clan into battle if it is at all possible. She believes that any conflict that can be resolved with teeth and claws has another solution that spills less blood. Cricketstar is playful and energetic, and eagerly takes part in patrols and hunts with her Clanmates. Her mother was Flowersong, her father was Sandclaw, and her brothers were Buzzardclaw, Snowblaze, and Yellowtail. Cricketstar became leader in a time of great turmoil for the Clan. They were at war with NightClan when Daystar lost her last life. Cricketstar was almost killed in the same battle, leaving her with scars on her throat, but she miraculously survived. Cricketstar hadn't been deputy for many moons when she had to step up to become leader, and was very anxious to do so. Her parents, brothers, and mentor (Daystar) had all died in the war, and Cricketstar was ready to put an end to it. She decided it would be better to talk and figure out a solution than it would be to keep fighting, so she met with the NightClan leader to solve the problem. Her warrior name was Cricketsong.

❀ A very small dark gray tom, with most of his fur being nearly black. He has a lighter gray muzzle with a white chin and lighter gray tufts of longer fur around his neck and chest. He has blue eyes, and large ears. Pepperfur is a snippy, short-tempered tom. He prides himself on his elegance and intellect and can often come across as self-absorbed. He is a perfectionist, having no mercy on himself when it comes to performance, and this carries through to his expectations for Clanmates as well. He is heavily invested in Clan conflicts and will always jump to defend his Clan at the slightest threat, or put his opinion in on Clan issues. He tends to be standoffish socially, but he has a deep devotion to Cricketstar. He was born and raised in DayClan.

Medicine Cat ❀ Dawnchaser ❀ Female ❀ lupusalbum99 ❀
❀ A pale and slender cream-colored she-cat with pale gray tabby markings. Her head is soft and angular, with small round ears and bright blue eyes. Her fur is soft, sleek, and short, with a long slender tail attached to her dainty form. Soft and generally well-mannered, Dawnchaser is a gentle soul with not an ounce of fierceness in her body. This, of course, is why she was naturally drawn to the role of a medicine cat, as she is more inclined to heal than harm. She is a quiet and reserved cat, generally keeping to herself and finding that the cats she talks to most are her brother, and StarClan. Duskwatcher is her brother. She was born and raised in the Clan. Medicine Cat Apprentice ❀ Name ❀ Gender ❀ Moonsong ❀ ❀ Description ❀ Full Medicine Cat Name: Warriors ❀ Duskwatcher ❀ Male ❀ lupusalbum99 ❀
❀ Lean and more muscled in build than his sister, Duskwatcher is still not a hefty cat but instead lithe and strong. His fur is the opposite of Dawnchaser's, being gray with soft pale cream tabby markings. Beyond being more muscular, the two siblings are nearly identical, with the same angular head shape and long tail. The tom's eyes are a brilliant golden color. Keeping with seeming the opposite of his sibling, Duskwatcher is more intense than she is. He is hotheaded, fierce, and always jumping to the extremes of things. Most of his rough side is reserved for those outside the Clan, as he is fiercely loyal, but his Clanmates still get to experience a dryly sarcastic and prickly cat. Dawnchaser is his sister.

May I lead Moonclan? I know I was given Silverstar, unless I can make Leopardfang leader. She’d be really bold and tough, and could make some good drama if needed

Honestly, I think it's best if we just completely remake the Clans from scratch, so you are welcome to lead MoonClan with whatever character you want. I think I'm gonna claim one of the medicine cat spots. Not sure which yet though.

This is just a random idea that I had, but I think it would be cool if one Clan had all female characters in positions of power and another one have all male characters in positions of power. I feel like MoonClan would likely have all female positions of power and NightClan would have all male, if we were to go that route. What do you guys think?

Ooh, I had a female leader in mind for Nightclan, but that’s a cool idea! I’m down. If you want to do a female leader for NightClan, that's fine! DayClan can always be the one with all males in positions of power, or we could completely scrap that idea.

It’s too cool an idea to scrap altogether. I’m completely flexible, if we decide on an all male Nightclan or Dayclan.
And I can do that stuff! I like writing up that kinda thing. :3

Do you have a general kind of environment for each of the clans I can work with? If not, I don’t mind coming up with them. Well we know that MoonClan has the river on the border between them and SunClan. Honestly, I'm not the most creative person with these kinds of things so I always thought of each of these Clans as equivalents to the book Clans. SunClan would be similar to ThunderClan, MoonClan similar to RiverClan, DayClan similar to WindClan, and NightClan similar to ShadowClan. Those were always my original thoughts about these Clans, but if you have better ideas by all means go for it. I would love if you came up with more creative ideas.

Moonclan - Noted by its network of rivers winding through its territory and how the moon shines on the water on nights with clear skies, Moonclan has plenty of fish and other river-dwelling prey to feed the clan.
The Grieving Willow - The largest of the willow trees in the territory, just outside of camp. Moonclan buries its dead close to the tree, and grieving cats will rest on its roots when visiting with their lost loved ones.
The Wood Nest - An old, rotting, abandoned wooden boat on the edge of one of the rivers, now covered by moss and lichen. Medicine cats travel here to collect herbs that grow around it, and apprentices will collect moss for bedding.
The Bright Pool - A small pond that one of the rivers gathers into. On clear nights, the moon and stars reflect on it brilliantly as though it were a small moon itself. The medicine cats travel here to collect herbs and pray to Starclan. It is also a good romantic spot for mates.
Camp: A sandy clearing hidden among rocks and tall water reeds. The leader's den is a pile of rocks with a space large enough for the leader and one other cat to fit in comfortably. The warrior's den is a bending willow tree that provides shelter in its long, low hanging vines. Senior warriors sleep closest to the roots, getting more shelter from the branches, while newer warriors sleep toward the outer edges of the sheltering tree. They will weave some of the vines to keep out rain during stormy seasons. The nursery is attached to the elder's den in the center of camp, a the nursery being a hollowed log with a large rock resting against it, creating another den under the shelter of the rock. Warriors weave water reeds to cover the two dens and keep them safe and warm. The apprentice's den is a thicket of weaved water reeds opposite from the warrior's den. The medicine den is underneath a partly uprooted willow. The medicine cats make their nests under the tangled, low branches of the tilted tree, and store their herbs and have nests for the sick and injured in a den under the roots of the tree. Surrounding camp is water, making the camp a small island that is protected by the swim enemies have to make, and by reeds hiding away the sandy camp.
Aaaand that's all I can do for one night. I'll work on the other two clans tomorrow!

Nightclan - Nightclan makes its home in a small uplift wooded by pine trees, and is surrounded by marshlands through the rest of the territory. It is known for uneven grounds and rocky hills that stick out from the marshy lower ground. The wooded area where Nightclan makes its camp is shaded and dark, with course bramble thickets, close-set trees, thick kudzu, and lichen-covered rocks. The marshlands surrounding are intermittent with rocky hills covered in tall grass, and low ground soaked in water and mud, and various types of water plants, such as switch grass, lotus, water lilies, and cattails. Nightclan cats are used to getting their paws wet and muddy, and are good at wading in water as well as staying quiet in wooded areas. Notable landmarks are:
The Duck Pond - A large body of clearer water than the rest of the territory's marshy water, it is known for ducks and geese that will nest there. In Newleaf, ducks breed and raise their young around the pond, and in Leafbare, geese migrate there as well. Skilled warriors may attempt to hunt the ducks if they are in a group.
The Great Bramble Bush - An enormous thicket of raspberry bushes tucked into the forested section of the territory, plentiful in raspberries during Greenleaf. The berries draw many different birds, making it a popular spot for warriors to hunt. The medicine cats collect the leaves from the bushes, as well as look for other herbs in the surrounding area.
The Lily Pool - A pool covered in lily pads, abundant in tadpoles and frogs of all kinds. This is a common hunting spot. Often, frogs will still be alive underneath sheets of ice in Leafbare, so warriors will break through the ice to catch them.
Camp: Hidden in the wooded part of the territory and shaded in the tall pine trees, Nightclan camp is tucked into a forest hollow of bending trees, shelf-like rocks and fungus, and a protection of spiny bramble bushes outside the camp. The camp entrance is a small burrowed out section of the thorny brambles that one cat can fit through at a time. The leader's den and the elder's den are in a small cave large enough for cats, hollowed out in a large shelf of a layered, shale-like boulder that a small hill is built on top of. The nursery is tucked under the tall roots of a tree that partly sit above ground, and is surrounded by weaved switch grass or cattail stems. The warriors' and apprentice's dens are densely set collections of bushes that have grown and tangled together, both dens set close together. The medicine den is a large, hollowed out fallen tree that takes up a good amount of space in the camp. A bush is tucked against the back of this long den, where the medicine cats sleep when there is not room for them in the hollowed den, and the herbs as well as sick and injured cats are generally in the tree. When there is room for them, the medicine cats prefer to sleep in the hollowed tree.

Dayclan - A relatively open territory with rolling, shallow hills with tall grass, but it is also filled with trees throughout the area. The trees make great vantage points to scope out prey in the territory, but it is also a danger because birds of prey have the same idea. Bushes and shrubs are also very common here. Burrows made by badgers and foxes are dotted throughout the area. A small creek flows through the territory not too far from camp, and cats get their water here as well as catching any frogs that live there. Dayclan cats have good senses, as they have to be alert for any invading cats or predators in their more open camp, and they are very swift.
The Twoleg Farm - On the far end of the territory, a twoleg family lives and can tend to make noise. Around the twoleg's farm are goats, horses, dogs, and other animals. Apprentices are generally forbidden from this area, and warriors are advised to take caution around the area due to the unpredictable animals and the occasional, sporadic monster appearance to rip up the ground around the farm.
The Eagle Tree - A particularly tall tree in Dayclan territory that is home to an eagle nest, and is avoided by every clan cat. Patrols of experienced cats are sent to check on the tree to make sure no eagles are out on a hunt, and must make sure to stay hidden while doing so.
The Hidden Burrow - An old burrow where a badger once made its home, but is now abandoned. This large burrow is a hiding place for elders, queens, and kits that the clan uses in emergency situations. Close by to the camp, warriors are taught to escort the clan's most vulnerable to hide there. They check the burrow regularly to make sure it is not re-inhabited by any other animals.
Camp: Surrounded by tall grass and shaded on the edges by two large oak trees, the camp is more open than the other clans, but is still relatively well hidden. The camp is flattened ground by moons of pawsteps, and one side of the camp has a small hill raising the ground. The leader's den is a burrow in the hill that has been dug out, and tall grass is draped over the entrance for privacy. The nursery and elder's den are bushes that are tucked closely against the two oak trees that shade the camp. The medicine cat's den is a small weaved den out of the tall grass, large enough for the two medicine cats, their herbs, and one or two cats to nest there. The warriors and apprentices sleep in the tall grass, sometimes weaving the grass to provide a little more shelter. On clear days with no bad weather, they will sleep in the clearing of camp and can enjoy the view of Silverpelt while they rest for the night. On really rainy days, the clan will take refuge in the leader's burrow or take shelter under the branches of the oak trees.
