Hello! My nickname is Snow and I use they/them/he/him pronouns. May I order a salad and a sandwich? I don't mind whether the sandwich is toasted or not. I'd also like a smoothie to go along with that, maybe a bit of black coffee or soda. (I'm questioning my gender identity. I'm mostly not comfortable with identifying as my birth gender, though I am currently confused as to whether I am trans or genderfluid. As for sexual orientation, I'm ace. Depending on what I find suits me gender-wise, I'm either homoromantic or heteroromantic.)
And yeah snow I totally get it, sometimes I wonder if I might just be sliiiightly genderfluid, and then sometimes I don't feel that way. I guess these things just take time to figure out and that's totally cool
So, guys, I have a question. Mainly for the non-cisgender among you all, but cis people can answer too!
So... I'm currently a cis female. Would it be disrespectful/not okay in any way, shape, or form for me to go by he/him or they/them pronouns just for a few days, just to see what it's like and as a way to help myself make sure that I actually am cis? Cos I'm almost 100% sure that I'm cis, but I've been kinda wondering what it's like to go by different pronouns to she/her lately, so I'm just checking before I do anything.
I'm probably not the go-to for this kinda thing but in my opinion I think it's important to explore different possibilities. If it will help you understand yourself better, then it's a-ok in my book. Go for it!!
Also it's not really anyone else's business to get offended by YOUR pronouns in any case.
