If anyone wants to do a medicine cat apprentice for Windclan that would be cool too. I'm thinking in WindClan the deputy and full medicine cat are dead, so it's Fallowstar and then a very, very young, only partially trained medicine cat apprentice. Like, has been med.cat apprentice for two or three moons max young. I would do that one but I don't wanna do both leader and medicine cat (even if they're barely medicine cat...) for the same Clan.

FogwhiskerTom | 32 Moons | Heterosexualskyclan warrior 》The only thing intimidating about this tom is his size; he has long legs and a lengthy body. He is more slender than he is bulky. Through training and a love for leaping, he has developed lithe muscles under his pelt. Fogwhisker gets his name from his fur. It is long, feathery, and white with a sprinkling of grey on top like fog. His whiskers are very long and he has pale yellow eyes. He has a scar on his left side from an encounter with a fox and, most recently, he was hit with a fallen branch while carried through the flood water. This left a scar on his underbelly and flank. Not much of a fighter, Fogwhisker prefers to try and settle his disagreements with words rather than claws. When thrown into battle, he must force himself to try and ignore his flight response. This often leads to silly mistakes and is what earned him infamy among SkyClan; he's often sent out to train with the apprentices to try and gain more muscles memory. Fogwhisker is a bit of a goof; he loves to joke and prefers to keep things light-hearted. He's ever the optimist and proves to be a ray of sunshine in dark times. With such a happy-go-lucky nature, it takes a lot to bring him down.
》There isn't much notable about Fogwhisker's past; he was born and raised as a loyal warrior of SkyClan. The most notable part of his history is surviving the great flood that ruined their home. As a cat with fluffy fur, he's never been fond of water, but since the accident has grown an even greater aversion to it. He will often do whatever he can to keep out of it. No kin alive x N/A AcornleafShe-cat | 21 Moons | Demisexualskyclan 》The spitting image of her mother, Acornleaf grew to have just a slight fluff to her fur. Her fur is a pale ginger with faintly darker tabby stripes. Her toes and tail tip are a pure white. In stark contrast to her pale fur, she has deep, forest green eyes. Unlike the rest of her smaller family, this warrior grew to be large by comparison, the size of a normal warrior. Acornleaf has enough power behind her swings to cause some damage. Unfortunately, she's not the most graceful of cats and often finds herself klutzily scaring off prey and alerting predators of her presence. A bit of a chatterbox, it's hard to get a moment of silence when she's around. She finds it near impossible to keep herself from talking when uncomfortable and in odd situations. She has a better chance of annoying her attackers away than sneaking from them. Acornleaf is well-meaning, however, and kind-hearted to a fault. She would be willing to bend the warrior code if it meant she could help someone else.
》As an apprentice, Acornleaf was very close to her family and learned a lot of what she knows from her parents. So when a border skirmish went wrong and she lost her brother and mother, it was a devastating blow. The warrior retreated into herself and this was one of the few times her voice wasn't constantly filling the camp. Even her partner in crime, Oakflame, withdrew. Acornleaf grew closer to her father Littlestep and brother Oakflame, but even that was a short-lived happiness. Soon, the floods came and washed her father away and now the she-cat is alone as Oakflame is drawing into himself once again. Still grieving, it's not uncommon for her to sit around quietly, unable to find the words to express her loneliness. Now, Acornleaf has vowed to do her best to uphold the warrior code even if against her own nature to honor the memory of her family. Though she desperately wants to reach out to Oakflame, she can never seem to bring herself to do so. Parents were Littletail and Lightsquirrel. Siblings are Barkstream and Oakflame. x other littletail - small brown tabby tom with brown eyes lightsquirrel - small ginger tabby she-cat with fluffy fur and green eyes barkstream - small fluffy brown tabby tom with green eyes if anyone wants to be a part of fogwhisker's past, that's fine by me. no kits tho, he ain't ready for that. acornleaf has room for maybe one living sibling. i'm fine changing her history a bit if needed for that. i included her family for that reason.

I could do it, if you wanted. however, I also have the medicine cat in shadowclan ~ Hmmm I'm not saying no but since you already have a medicine cat, if anyone else does want the role (who doesn't already have an important character) I would lean towards giving it to them. I hope that makes sense o-o if no on else does want it tho, you can definitely take it!
Also Jas , if I change Clovershine's age a bit she could totally be Acornleaf's sister! Or if I don't change her age she could be from an older litter? Which can be an interesting dynamic. But I wouldn't mind changing her age either- I don't really have any canon set in for her yet besides a very general idea of what her personality might be like.

Hmmm I don't know either. Also, being warriors, I'm not sure how much it really matters? None of their genetics are actually real lmao. But I'll look anyways. If it's a recessive gene, and I feel like it is, then it could be possible. Otherwise, maybe she could be adopted or something idk lol.

maybe one of the parents had a different mate before? so they're half-siblings? That's an option, if she were from an older litter. But they're your characters so it's up to you if you'd want to go that route o.o

I'm not entirely sure what's going in every section listed like Environment and the Trail Ahead so I've just put what I feel like I can personally help out with. T h e W a r r i o r C o d e
1 》 Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
2 》 Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.
3 》 Elders, queens, and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders. If any warrior or apprentice is sick or injured, they may eat while the elders, queens, and kits are eating.
4 》 Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
5 》 A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.
6 》 Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.
7 》 A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
8 》 The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies, retires or is exiled.
9 》 After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
10 》 A Gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.
11 》 Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
12 》 No warrior can neglect a kit in pain or danger, even if the kit is from a different Clan.
13 》 The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.
14 》 An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win their battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or if it is necessary for self-defense.
15 》 A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
16 》 Each Clan has the right to be proud and independent, but in times of trouble they must forget their boundaries and fight side by side to protect the four. Each Clan must help the others so that no Clan will fall
T h e M a i n P l o t f e a r t h e w a t e r
The beaver dam upstream has long since been abandoned and the moons we spent enjoying our territory and newfound alliances is now in peril. Without the beavers, the dam has no upkeep and the old logs are not being replaced and holes are beginning to pop up all over. Eventually, the dam can no longer hold back the water and it floods down into our territory. In mere moments our territories are flooded; trees are uprooted; prey, predator, and kin all drown. Even the Moonpool is underwater and our communication from StarClan has been completely cut off.
When it becomes clear that the territory is un-salvageable, we must make the hard decision to leave our home and take another journey. This time, though, we have no guidance from our ancestors and we must set off on our own accord. Such a perilous journey means we are going to lose many along the way, but we have no choice. Will we ever find a new place to call our home? S u b p l o t s
》 Once the Clans have settled into their new territories, they'll want to re-establish their power and strength. That, of course, means they need to restore their populations, as not many cats are left alive after the flood. So, the Clans are willing to adopt outsiders, but they also want kits with warrior blood running through their veins. Thus, many cats are pressured into taking mates and having kits even though they might not be ready to raise a litter of their own. Some Clans are even resorting to pairing up its members who are having difficulty finding mates on their own. And even worse, they are stealing kits from outside the Clans and raising those kits to believe that they are Clan-born.
》 When the flood destroyed the territories, it flooded the Moonpool as well and blocked access to StarClan. This proves to be a problem, as some of the Clan leaders were killed, and thus those chosen as their successors have no way of gaining their nine lives in preparation for the journey. Once the Clans reach the new territory, it proves far more difficult than anyone anticipated to find a new sacred place, meaning that even once they've settled in, no new leader is able to gain their lives. This is the case for many, many moons, until none of the original Clan leaders remain and none of the current leaders have nine lives. Just as cats begin to think that this is merely the new status quo, and that the tradition of leaders gaining their nine lives is over, a new sacred area is discovered. It has been so long by this time, however, that cats question whether they even should continue the tradition of the nine lives.

the downfall of justify is that it makes things space funny because it's just trying to make everything equal to fit in a straight line if you want it to all be spaced correctly, just delete the justify part of the coding in my opinion i don't think we need to discuss the territory much. i would just paste this somewhere and be like everything is flooded because it's a waste of time and effort to type it all out when we're just leaving right away.

Sorry for the vanish, I was playing a very involved game of D&D briefly. Anyways, thanks for the things, Cas! I'll add it all to the main page.
Also, if you aren't into the idea, Clovershine definitely doesn't have to be related to your cats... I just thought it might work out.

I have completed my expedition. Let me show you what I've found. Images are all in spoilers after the clans, except for this one because it's the general lay of the land.
Aight so this is the general area I was thinking of, and after walking for 2 hours scouting it out it actually works far better than I thought it would. There's a marsh for RiverClan, a pine forest for ShadowClan, a moor for WindClan, and plenty of forests for SkyClan and ThunderClan. This is the layout I came up with, more pictures of each territory to follow below because I don't feel like doing it all in one post. The only things we don't have are a gathering place(but we can probably figure something out, probably just put it in the middle) and a moonwhatever(again can figure it out). There's a big lake further north off the map, and I thought they might be able to gather there? But it is very far away from the territories, so we might be better off just making something up. I'll get the actual pictures of the clan territories up asap but it may take a while because I have to upload them all.

WindClan- Wind ruffles your fur as you emerge from the shade of the trees out into a wide moor. Flowers and grasses sway gently in the breeze, brushing your pelt as you pass them by. Butterflies and insects flutter around your head, weaving in and out of the undergrowth with a casual elegance. A flash of color to your left alerts you to the presence of another cat. You've entered the meadows, the territory of WindClan.
So the grasses might be a little too high to officially call this a moor, but it's definitely what I imagine when I think of WindClan territory. Very pretty. Lots of flowers too. I absolutely adore this wide shot. We were thinking maybe they could make their camp under one of those big reddish bush thingies? Maybe a hollow underneath them, since I know WindClan is all about sleeping under the sky. So that's about it for pictures. It was sunny here, so we didn't want to linger too long lol. Let me know what you think, Gargoyle ! ShadowClan- The relaxing shade of trees once again envelops you as you enter a sparse forest. The nearly imperceptible undergrowth beneath your feet rustles slightly as you move forwards, eyes diligently scanning the area around you. The pine trees above your head form a thick canopy, nearly blocking out all the light from the bright sun. A flicker of motion attracts your attention, and you turn your head just in time to see a nearly silent cat slink away. You've entered the pine forests, the territory of ShadowClan.
So we couldn't really get into the forest too much, because it's the middle of summer and offroading would mean lots of ticks. So we just stayed on the path and took pictures from there. Here's one of the wide shots. It's pretty nice, and most of the forest is pine, so it works out for ShadowClan. The inside is also very dark, which seems perfect for the clan of stealth. It isn't too undergrowthy like ThunderClan territory. The picture I really liked isn't uploading, but y'know this is better than nothing. Again, lots of pines. For the camp, we were thinking it might be in a thicket or a more dense portion of the forest protected by bushes and stuff. Kinda like this. That's about it for ShadowClan! Let me know what you think, Jas ! RiverClan- The noises of crickets and frogs grow steadily louder as you make your way out of the pine forest. Blinking, you emerge back out into bright sunshine. The land before you holds a wide basin of water, surrounded by high-growing rushes and low trees. Amid the grasses, you catch a glimpse of a pale pelt slinking away, probably to alert the leader of your presence. You've entered the marshes, the territory of RiverClan.
so we're in a bit of a drought, so there isn't much water left in the swamp. But it is pretty big.
Very big.
Very very large.
So yeah. There's a lot of marsh to enjoy. This is the only shot with actual water, but I hope you can get the general idea of the marsh and how it looks!
So there's a lot of thin, short trees, as well as a pretty big ''lake'' and several small rivers feeding in and out of it. An idea for camp would be to be somewhere like this, with a dense grove of these small trees and maybe a small pool of water for kits to play in and stuff.
So that's about it for RiverClan! Let me know what you think lazy penguin !
ThunderClan- The cooling shade of a leafy canopy once again envelops you as you step into another forest. This one is populated with deciduous trees, though, their green heads shifting gently far above your head. Birdsong and the soft chatters of creatures follow you as you push through the undergrowth, the bushes and ferns reaching nearly to your head. A tail flicks back down into the undergrowth as you raise your head, the owner swiftly gone amidst the greenery. You've entered the dense forest, the territory of ThunderClan.
So this is my clan but I'll put everything here anyway so you guys can see. It's a very dense, very green forest, lots of big trees that aren't necessarily close together but are still pretty crucial to the landscape. Lots of trees there, but also areas with less like here. For the camp I was thinking we could be in a big fallen tree thing, with like bushes all along the sides of this gigantic tree trunk and then dens in there. Maybe even multiple fallen trees together. This is what we found in the forest. That's it for ThunderClan. Let me know what you guys think! SkyClan- The undergrowth clears up significantly as you press further forwards into the forest. Even as the bushes disappear, though, the trees around you grow more dense, clustering together to forms long chains of branches above your head. Birds sing even louder here, and you catch a glimpse of a few darting around the trees as you move further into the forest. As your eyes turn skywards, you spot the nearly imperceptible form of a cat lurking on one of these branches. They're gone in an instant, leaping from branch to branch under the canopy's shadow. You've entered the thin forest, the territory of SkyClan.
So SkyClan territory looks a lot like ThunderClan does, except there's a lot more trees and less undergrowth.
A lot of the trees have thinner trunks, but there's still a lot of branches. I'm sure we can suspend our disbelief a little.
For the camp, I was thinking it'd be really cool if the warriors, apprentices, and leader actually slept in a tree, while the queens, elders, and medicine cats slept at the bottom in hollows by the roots? Like a bunch of trees with thick branches all next to each other. Kind of like this but more trees.
That's about it for SkyClan. Let me know what you think, appzy !
I have more pictures for everything but WindClan, so if you want to see more let me know and I can upload those too. Otherwise, just let me know how you're feeling in general. Do you like the idea? Would you rather make something yourselves? I'm fine with anything. Landmarks are really up to the clan leaders, I didn't bother looking for them because I thought it'd be more fun to come up with those ourselves. We also do still need a gathering place and a medicine cat place, so any ideas for those would be very welcome!

I think it's great! I can make a new map that's a bit more like the Warriors ones, but just heavily base it off that park. And we can just make whatever little changes we need (for example, we could make the lake a bit closer, and add landmarks and stuff, but mostly keep it the same as the real life map, and of course use your pictures as references.
|
|
|
Post by Jas on Aug 5, 2018 12:31:21 GMT -5
Yeah, tweaking the map a bit might be nice. + we don't need a picture for every landmark, I suppose. We could also just try and search for free to use images that look like the landmarks we like.
Also, either RiverClan's marsh towards ThunderClan's or ShadowClan's sides of the territory could have a small mossy / water-filled cave and that could be the StarClan place. It could be hidden behind large trees or fallen trees and that's why no cat could find it right away?
And I think it would be fair to either have the gathering place in the middle of all territories or on the opposite side of the MoonSomething near Wind/Sky or Sky/Thunder?

SHADOWCLAN STARCLANThistlefurTom | 97 Moons | Heterosexualshadowclan & elder
》Among ShadowClan, even Thistlefur was large by comparison. He was a tall tom with a bulky warrior with thick layer of muscle underneath his pelt. He gets his name from the spikiness of his fur which he often keeps unkempt. Along with this, the tom has long and curved black claws. Thistlefur has long tabby fur, most of it a pale brown shade. His back is covered in a thick black stripe and his sides and legs are only covered in faint splotches of the same color. His eyes are a pale yellow. He was battle-savvy and taught everything he knew to his only kit, Shadestar. Powerful and quick on his paws, he was infamous among the clans for being able to scar almost every opponent he came across. He was thought of as ruthless and mean, but among his family he was a protective and loving force.
》As he grew older, Thistlefur was actually a very loyal and smart ShadowClan warrior. Many expected him to become leader after having been appointed deputy, but that wasn't his destiny. The tom grew too old and eventually was forced to retire to the elder's den. As many appreciated him as a warrior and deputy, the former leader decided to appoint his daughter to take his place. He died long before the floods hit the territory. Now, his legacy is upheld by Shadestar.
Mate to Whiteraven. Father to Shadestar.
WhiteravenShe-cat | 91 Moons | Heterosexualshadowclan & elder
》All-in-all, Whiteraven was an average warrior of ShadowClan. She wasn't fairly big or fairly small by comparison to any. She held a decent amount of muscle and strength in her body. She was a decent warrior, but found her true calling as a mother. Whiteraven was a mostly black she-cat with white on her underbelly and paws. She passed on her deep orange eyes to her daughter, Shadestar. Unlike most of ShadowClan, Whiteraven had a difficult time fighting cats in other clans as was often not chosen for patrols. Her empathy was too high and many questioned why she hadn't been given a different role to play in clan life.
》As a warrior, Whiteraven had one kit, Shadestar. Through this, she learned that her true calling was being a queen. She had impeccable motherly instincts, even though she was unfortunate enough to never have another kit despite trying. As such, leaders allowed the former warrior to remain a queen regardless and the she-cat spent her days helping new and old mothers alike care for their kits. She became a mother-figure for all of ShadowClan. When her life was lost due to a raid on the ShadowClan camp, it was a huge loss to every cat.
Mate to Thistlefur. Mother to Shadestar.
StripeshardTom | 65 Moons | Heterosexualshadowclan & deputy
》A semi-fluffy tabby tom with a dusty grey-brown coat and black stripes. He is large and muscular, intimidating in battle. He had an unusually long tail and unusually long claws. Stripeshard was battle-hungry and was hardly ever beat when leading patrols. Among his clanmates, he was rather aloof and didn't get close to many, even the apprentices he trained. The only show that he cared about his Clan was his willingness to constantly risk his life for their safety. He would always throw himself in front of others if need be.
》Stripeshard grew up in ShadowClan and became a fierce and loyal warrior. He didn't get close to many, but was mentored by Shadestar when she was still Shadewing. The two developed a trusting relationship and Shadestar grew to think of him as her right-hand. He became an excellent deputy and proved to be a great battle strategist under his leader's continued mentorship. He showed promise of filling the paws Shadestar would leave behind and his death during the flood left a huge hole in ShadowClan's future.
Willowtuft's brother.
WillowtuftShe-cat | 65 Moons | Homosexualshadowclan & medicine cat
》A large tabby she-cat with dark brown fur and black tabby stripes. Her fur is more feather-y than Stripeshard's. She has white splotched on her chest and neck. There's a little white splash near her underbelly. Her front toes and back feet are also white. Unlike the rest of her fur, Willowtuft's tail is completely black. Once, she was a fierce warrior and lost her eye in a battle with a ThunderClan warrior. As such, she developed a hatred for the enemy Clan and could often be heard muttering that their hardships were caused by the other Clan. Despite this, Willowtuft had an empathetic disposition and was a natural-born teacher. Her affinity for memorization and herbs, she proved to be a decent medicine cat.
》Willowtuft gave up being a warrior when she lost her eye in a battle. Once she began her path towards becoming a medicine cat, she showed her true potential. She had never been great when it came to hunting or battle, but herbs and healing were a completely different story. As such, when she saw her potential mimicked in the young Dewrose, she knew ShadowClan would be left in good paws. She taught the younger she-cat everything she could, but died in the flood before finishing everything. Now, the medicine cat watches from StarClan and often attempts to contact her former apprentice to finish imparting her knowledge.
Stripeshard's sister.
BlackfrostTom | 47 Moons | Heterosexualshadowclan & warrior
》A pure black tom with sleek fur and pale grey eyes. By all counts, he was just a plain warrior with nothing extra special about himself. There was nothing that notable about the tom; he was an average hunter and a decent fighter. The most memorable thing about the tom is his personality. Blackfrost was a kind-hearted and quiet tom. He was an excellent mentor and father. He wasn't a natural leader, but had a nurturing disposition and loved his kits and mate with the ferocity most ShadowClan cats exhibited in battle.
》He lived a normal life in ShadowClan and raised his family with dignity. While he didn't make many connections with other cats in the Clan, those that he did were deep. He died in a battle attempting to protect his mate from an enemy warrior. He managed to save her life and died as a hero among his small family.
Mate to Emberflame. Father of Morningblaze, Dewrose, Chillstorm, and Breezepaw.
EmberflameShe-cat | 43 Moons | HeterosexualShadowclan & Warrior
》A slender tortoiseshell she-cat with fluffy fur and pale yellow eyes. Her personality was very motherly. She was similar to Clearfang in that she often adopted motherless kits in the Clan before finally having her own. It took many moons, but within a few short moons, the she-cat had two litters. Emberflame had a very loving and sweet disposition. She was a bit more battle-savvy than her mate and was very graceful on her paws. She tried to pass on what she knew to her children once their father passed away. She was an okay mentor, but never really learned everything it took to be clear.
》Emberflame wanted to be a mother from a young age, but always had trouble conceiving. As such, she grew to adopt a lot of the motherless kits in the Clan and even warriors that lost their own parents. When eventually, she got to have kits, they were only in litters of two, and both times the kits appeared weak at first. Through the help of her mate and the medicine cat, all four kits managed to survive. Unfortunately, she didn't live long enough to see the warriors and medicine cats her kits would grow into.
Mate to Blackfrost. Mother to Morningblaze, Dewrose, Chillstorm, and Breezepaw.
MorningblazeShe-cat | 14 Moons | Bisexualshadowclan & warrior
》A true introvert, Morningblaze did not make many friends during her short life. Most often, she was one of the cats in the background watching what went on around her. As a warrior, she was one of the best hunters in the Clan. When sent out on a patrol, even in the dead of leaf-bare, Morningblaze would come back with at least one piece of prey. She was slender and graceful, much like her mother. She had black and orange splotched tortoiseshell fur and pale yellow eyes.
》Her short-lived life was fairly uneventful except for the loss of her parents. As such, she grew closer to her siblings and had a very close connection to Dewrose. She was known to offer help collecting herbs and would always make sure her sibling had something to eat every couple days. Unfortunately, she was killed during the floods and her body was never found.
Parents were Blackfrost and Emberflame. Siblings are Dewrose, Chillstorm, and Breezepaw.
ChillstormTom | 7 Moons | Asexualshadowclan & warrior
》If his life hadn't been cut so short, Chillstorm would have likely grown into a large and intimidating tom with a muscular frame. He was tall and built with a stocky form. He had long and feather-y black fur and unusually dark grey eyes. As a warrior, he had a decent amount of strength and was a force to be reckoned with in battle. He still had a lot to learn about battle and hunting, but his promise was hard to ignore. Chillstorm had a moody personality and often flitted between happy, angry, and sad at the drop of a feather. His braveness could have been mistaken for stupidity for her often threw himself into life-threatening scenarios when he thought it could help someone else -- especially his siblings. He was outgoing and talked to everyone he could.
》Even as young as he was, Chillstorm made an impression upon every cat he met. He was friends with many and enemy of few. Though moody, he managed to develop a good relationship with his mentor and learned a great amount. Shadestar saw great potential in him and took his death very hard. When Breezepaw managed to carry his body to safety, the leader granted him his warrior name in the hopes that he could enter StarClan as the warrior he was meant to become.
Parents were Emberflame and Blackfrost. Siblings were Morningblaze, Dewrose, and Breezepaw.
SKYCLAN STARCLANLittletailTom | 50 Moons | Heterosexualskyclan & warrior
》A small brown tabby tom with light brown eyes. Being the runt of his own litter, Littletail never really grew much and remained a small tom cat throughout his life. He was a weak cat and relied more on how light he was on his paws rather than actual strength. Often, his go to was climbing into the trees and dropping down on enemy and prey alike. At some point during his life, the tom lost a part of his tail and thus he received this name. Littletail was a fair and kind cat, one of the favored mentors in SkyClan for his ability to make even the most mundane of tasks enjoyable. The tom was truly always a kit at heart and enjoyed having fun.
》His life wasn't all that interesting. He grew up to be a loyal warrior of SkyClan. The only thing he's really remembered for is his ability to turn out savvy young warriors. He was often gone to for advice. When Littletail lost his mate and son to another Clan, he grew closest to his only daughter, Acornleaf. It broke his heart to watch his other son, Oakflame, grow estranged, but eventually they rekindled their relationship. He died in the flood leaving behind just two kits, Oakflame and Acornleaf.
Mate to Lightsquirrel. Father of Barkstream, Oakflame, and Acornleaf.
LightsquirrelShe-cat | 48 Moons | Heterosexualskyclan & warrior
》This she-cat found common ground with her mate Littletail in the fact that she was also the runt of her litter. She never got very big and was also one of the smallest warriors in SkyClan. The only reason she developed the ability to hunt and battle in a decent way was thanks to Littletail's guidance. Lightsquirrel was a ginger tabby she-cat with very bright and long fur. She had leafy green eyes and a quiet disposition. She was kind, but hot-headed and had a temper to be reckoned with. Often, her sharp tongue got her into trouble with Timberstar. She was not afraid to challenge the leader when need be.
》She wasn't the most notable of warriors and likely the only Clan cat to remember her would be her two remaining kits, Oakflame and Acornleaf. Lightsquirrel was a loyal SkyClan warrior, but a fairly unremarkable one. She died during a border patrol, along with her son Barkstream. It was all a matter of being unlucky that the pair ended up dying.
Mate to Littletail. Mother to Barkstream, Oakflame, and Acornleaf.
BarkstreamTom | 10 Moons | Demisexualskyclan & warrior
》Similar to his parents, Barkstream grew to be a small brown tabby tom. Unlike his family, he didn't really live long enough to develop the true skills and potential he likely could have had. As such, he was known for being rather weak and clumsy, but well-meaning. Barkstream was a kind tom with a very sweet heart. He had the promise to become a great warrior and a great father if he had lived long enough to become one. He had fluffy brown and black tabby fur and pale green eyes.
》There wasn't much to Barkstream's life and he truly wasn't the most memorable of SkyClan warriors. Acornleaf and Oakflame are likely the only ones to remember him as he always tried his best to protect them. He was a loving and loyal brother to them and a very family-oriented cat. When he was brought back to camp, the SkyClan leader allowed him to receive his warrior name before being laid to rest.
Parents were Littletail and Lightsquirrel. Siblings are Oakflame and Acornleaf.

Hey, everyone! I was reading through this thread, and thought that this was a cool idea for an RP! I know I'm pretty new to the forums, overall, but I would love to take part in this, if that's alright! Gargoyle You mentioned that you would like to have someone play a WindClan medicine cat apprentice, so I went ahead and made one, if that's alright: FrostpawFemale | 8 moons | Asexualwindclan medicine cat apprentice
》Frostpaw looks as fragile and delicate as fresh snow on an early, leaf-fall day. Little more than a kit, much of the young she-cat’s features are still soft and rounded. She is a startlingly pure white, with the exception of a few pale, gray markings above her eyes. Her blue eyes are just as vibrant, even when Frostpaw is fixating all of her derision for some poor, innocent cat through them. Frostpaw lives up to her name in more than just appearance—the young apprentice can have a short temper, and has an unhealthy tendency to bottle up her frustrations before lashing out at someone. Although she may have a sharp tongue, Frostpaw does show promise as a medicine cat through her equally sharp wits. She is quick to learn, and her determination is put to good use as WindClan’s medicine cat to-be. However, Frostpaw’s drive to prove herself can be detrimental, as she resents help, preferring instead to do as much as she can on her own. Frostpaw’s insecurities are rooted in the fact that she is hard-of-hearing, and wasn’t able to become a warrior apprentice. As a result, she feels obligated to constantly demonstrate to herself that she’s not a liability to her clanmates.
》When it was first discovered that Frostpaw had difficulty hearing, there was not much more her parents could hope for but for her to help Russetspots and Finchberry, WindClan’s senior and junior medicine cats. Frostpaw had other ideas, however. She insisted on learning everything she could about being a warrior from her parents, pestering them until they taught her and Palepaw as kits how to crouch, stalk, and fight. Despite her best efforts, however, Frostpaw was put at a serious disadvantage by her inability to hear the soft foot-falls of her opponents, and the faint heart-beats of her prey. When it came time for Frostpaw and Palepaw to be apprenticed, Frostpaw was encouraged to join the medicine den. Russetspots was aging, and although Finchberry still had many moons ahead of her, the clan could always use another medicine cat. Although swallowing defeat was painful for Frostpaw, she quickly took to her new role, and was more than adequately able to fill in Russetspots’ paws after the elderly tom retired.

Jas You mentioned that you were willing to have someone make a living sibling for Acornleap Acornleaf, so I decided to make one. Let me know if there's anything you want me to change: OakflameMale | 21 moons | Bisexualskyclan warrior
》Oakflame strongly resembles his mother and sister in appearance. His pelt is a soft ginger tabby and white, very much evoking the flame for which he was named when he was made a warrior. His pale green eyes greatly contrast the color of his fur, but the warm glint they often hold only further complements his namesake. Perhaps the most striking thing about Oakflame’s appearance is his tufted, feathery tail, which has a broad, white tip, and a ginger spine. Oakflame has always been a bit of a troublemaker, but luckily for him, he is just as good at talking himself out of sticky situations as he is at getting into them. He’s not particularly ambitious—in fact, the only real goal Oakflame seems to have is to extract the most fun he can out of life. This comes at the expense of being introspective, and Oakflame will often avoid exploring or confronting negative emotions. As a result, he has never properly grieved for his dead mother and brother. He always seems to be cracking jokes, both at his and others’ expense, and is quite the social butterfly. Oakflame is definitely a charmer, and while his exuberant and nonchalant persona might be super annoying off-putting to other cats, he still manages to make a lot of fast friends. While Oakflame may not enjoy all of his duties as a warrior, he is nonetheless a loyal member of SkyClan, and cares for both his clanmates and his family.
》When Oakflame’s mother and brother died when he was still an apprentice, the young tom had trouble even acknowledging their deaths. When their bodies were laid out in the camp to share tongues for the final time, Oakflame hung back and refused to participate, even at the urging of his father. After they were buried, Oakflame then threw himself back into his duties as if nothing happened, and took every opportunity to distract himself. This was a point of contention between him and his living family members, and for a few moons, Lightsquirrel and Barkstream’s deaths were a wedge that separated him from Acornleaf and Littletail. Eventually, Oakflame was able to reconcile with them, but he still hasn’t quite made peace with the loss of his family. Now that the flood has brought a fresh new wave of loss with it, Oakflame may be forced to come to terms with his grief.
Parents were Littletail and Lightsquirrel. Siblings are Acornleaf and Barkstream.. x other
Edit: I'll probably make a few more characters so I have at least one for each clan, but I have these two for now! Edit 2: Fixed Acornleaf's name
