Alexandrea's eye twitched slightly at the nickname that filtered quietly through her ear and she let out a near silent groan, shaking her head. "Lady here, reading loud and clear. What's your status?" she asked in a low tone, moving away from her desk. Was it time already? She could feel the Sand Man beckoning her lovingly and she nearly cried, why can't she just sleep?

Kristebel paused as she walked through the halls of the departments, the soft light of a computer screen drawing her attention. Pursing her lips in disapproval, the elderly woman stalked into the quiet room and approached the silhouette at the desk. "What do you think that you are doing?" She rasped out sharply, clasping her hand onto the person's shoulder. She had a reputation for doing this sort of thing and she relished in the jolt of fear that her victim shows before it was placed behind a mask once more.

"Got the tungsten carbide ready for embrittlement. Just need the chemicals. I'm going in." He took off into the city, diving into the trees, sneaking into every blind spot he could find until he reached the school. He easily got himself in and slowly padded his way lightly down to the lab. "I wonder how stupid the school thinks we are to simply put a padlock to lock away chemicals." The silver-haired boy rolled his eyes and slipped inside, pulling his hood up. He pulled out his phone and with a couple of quick taps, he shut down the camera pointing towards the storage room. "I also managed to break through the firewall in the city lab this afternoon. I need the cobalt from there..." The boy licked his dry lips, his eyes fixed on the glass case of almost everything he needed. "You got anything to update? Any files from your brother's computer about the speaker that you found interesting? We can add a little something in the script."

Daphne jumped and turned around, wide-eyed like a deer in the headlights. "W-working, ma'am..." she squeaked and tried to cover up her startled expression as quickly as possible, with her hand over her chest.

Adrenaline flooded Alexandrea's veins, chasing away any remains of sleep and she moved towards the window. A quick look outside confirmed that it was the dead of night and she worried her lip with her teeth. "Well wizard, they're under the impression that we're all dolls still, droll idiots." She murmured with a scoff, shaking her head. "One thing that I found interesting about our esteemed speaker is that he was reluctant at first to actually speak to us. I found out through the notes brother dearest wrote that they had to go back several times to get the lieutenant to actually speak to us. What do you make about that?" She asked him, thinking back to what they actually knew about the speaker. Lt. Sabbath was a war veteran with an honorable discharge from a bum leg but that wasn't all, his family was a stain on his name. A mass execution in the home saw the end of that chapter and she shivered slightly. That could be her one day if she wasn't careful. Her eyes hardened at the thought and she shook her head, staring out into the empty city. Why had the dark skinned Lt. Sabbath hesitate to speak to a swarm of kids?

Kristebel's ancient eyes gleamed with sadistic pleasure at the obvious emotion the woman showed before narrowing slightly at the time. "Working? This late? Were you not just my patient dytyna?" She questioned, a disapproving glower on her lined face. The elderly woman normally did not care for government official's well being but there was something different in this recruit. She was too wet behind her ears and to green to truly sprout.

Connor raised an eyebrow at this new found information. "Oh?" He quickly scaled the hallway and reached the door to the lab storage. "Alright... interesting intel. I'll add that Mr. Speaker's a weenie to the script." Connor held himself back from laughing, almost wheezing at his own joke. He cleared his throat and resumed his focus on the task as hand. "Alright I've reached the cabinet. The footage loop seems to be holding up fine. He checked his watch and the timer. He quickly picked his way through the lock and managed it get it open. "Alright, I've got the goods!." He cheered silently. "Wizard moving out!" He quickly grabbed what he needed and locked it back up, quickly making his way out of the school undetected.

"U-ummm... yes but... I thought I would make good use of time a-and..." well, the other part of her just wanted to impress Danien. Especially after the mishap a couple days ago. Doing this was supposed to make up for whatever happened that time.

Alexandrea couldn't help but snort at his words and shook her head, continuing to stare out at the empty city as her leader worked. "Eloquent words my dear, eloquent words." She murmured and smiled slightly at his triumphant cheer. "Well done Wizard, make sure to cancel the feed as soon as you leave the building. We don't need any dolt thinking that something is up when students flood the halls yet they remain clear on tape."

Kristebel's frown sharpened at the greenling's words and she rapped a stack of papers on the worker's head. If it were any other person and any other time, the elderly woman would have died from this display of emotion and she did not delusion herself about it. The only saving grace was a curse in disguise; she could not get memory wiped like a few others. It was an unspoken rule that any healthcare professionals stayed unaltered due to the precious knowledge that they contained, after all the Government still needed doctors around. Kristebel knew that without a doubt, Darien would not hesitate to terminate her permanently though if he found her out like this. "Spit it out girl, you know how they are with stuttering!"

The silver-haired boy reached the entrance and cancelled the feed on his phone, erasing any traces of his presence in the school's computers. "Alright, I'm all clear." He whispered into the comm before heading out towards the center of the city. Connor ducked behind a tree, quickly and carefully stuffing the chemicals into his backpack, out of the way of the bots. "Anything else on the intel? Or is that everything?"

Daphne shook herself back into her senses and straightened her back. "I want to be as diligent as everyone else around here. Plus," she glanced at the computer screen "I want to find answers too." Even though she wants pulled out of the lab after the incident happened, the young lady wanted to know what was going on. What were these bursts of colour that she saw? Why was she seeing them?
