Pricking / pricked is not censored. If you’re using “prick”, then, clearly, it will be blocked because of its inappropriate form. (Ex.: “The feline pricked their ears up to hear…” or… “Pricking their ears up, the feline listened for…”)
As for the “prîck of relief,” a synonym can be found though I suppose it depends on how you like to write or connotate emotions.
Considering the fact it would be more used for its inappropriate form (we all know how this site works), I’m hesitant with uncensoring it.

Roswell informed me that it isn’t possible to uncensor one word on certain boards of the forum.
The word, prick, will most likely be uncensored soon.
