Hello! So, I have been wanting to add on a few more role-plays!
A little bit about me:
I consider myself a semi-advanced role-player! That being said, I do ask for at least a solid paragraph (That being seven sentences), but if you can write more that would be awesome. Preferably I would like my partner to write 3-4 paragraphs, but one good paragraph will suffice as well!! It is nice to have a more relaxed role-play from time to time, so a couple of one paragraph role-plays would be chill, as long as there's content I can respond to in it. However I would like some partners who write more on the longer side as I am trying to expand my writing skills.
I'm not super huge on activity, either. I'm typically on daily unless if I'm with family/spending the day with my fiance, so whenever you can post theres a huge chance I'm gonna respond. But take your time with your responses, life can be busy and you won't have any pressure to respond as fast as possible .
Right now I do prefer doing mxm/gxg/ m/gxnb role-plays, since I've been kinda burnt out of bxg unless its a really, really good plot, or if its a friendship and not romance related. I've just been struggling with muse for bxg romance, sorry 'bout that¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I am totally chill with more mature themes, just let me know if you want to incorporate one into the role-play
My characters will probably be closer to older teen/ adult aged. The youngest that I'm using will be seventeen!
Anyways, here are some of the plots I've been wanting to do/ reuse. The reusing ones will not be open for duplicates because some I'm still using actively, I just want to see where the plot will go with different people .
Friends forever?
Muse A and Muse B have been best friends since the moment they met back in elementary school. They were practically inseparable, up until their sophomore year of high school where one fight got so out of hand that they don't look at each other any more. The past year they have lead their own lives, desperately trying to forget their former friend. Muse A went on, became popular with the band geeks and orch dorks, while Muse B climbed the popularity ladder with ease, being rather sporty themselves. That was all fine and dandy until Muse A is diagnosed with cancer and tries to hide it from everyone. He's doing decently at it, but Muse B is able to see through the act and knows somethings wrong. Will Muse B try to repair their friendship, or just watch their former best friend waste away into nothing while their friends continue to bully and harass him?
This can either end up being a friendship-based plot (with side characters as romantic interest as an option) or a romance :3
Muse A: Simon Levinsky
Muse B:
Plot 60 : Room 133 *Found this on plotsforall/ role-player Athena on here. Duplicates open.
Muse A has been admitted to a psychiatric hospital, and is currently undergoing a long term evaluation. Muse B is a volunteer at the hospital. They bring the families of the residents anything they may need, sit with patients that have no visitors, or simply act as a good listener when needed. A doctor on staff directs Muse B to Muse A, explaining that Muse A is very much alert, but does not respond to anyone that attempts to interact with them. The doctor suggests that Muse B sit with Muse A on the next day, perhaps reading them a novel or telling stories in the hopes that a fresh face who is neither staff nor patient will garner a positive response. Muse B signs in the following day with a copy of their favorite book in hand and sits at Muse A’s side to read. Muse A does not respond for days on end, but one afternoon they finally make eye contact with Muse B, the hint of a smile on their features, looking forward to continuing the story. Muse B is overwhelmed by the small gesture, suddenly hit by the realization that in spite of Muse A’s complete and utter silence, they have grown incredibly fond of them. As the novel progresses, so does the connection between volunteer and patient. Only when the last page has been read aloud does Muse A finally speak to Muse B.
Muse A:
Muse B:
*I would prefer to be Muse B but either is good, because my character would fit into either role
Not really plots but pairings/ vague ideas that would be fun to flush out
*JockxNerd
* Deaf plot (maybe 1 character has been deaf/hard of hearing all their life, the other just lost their hearing and Muse A teaches them sign and about the deaf community? idk. Just an ideas )
* PrincexGuard
*Runaways? Or Muse A is a runaway and somehow ends up at Muse Bs house.
*Something with a musical involved, like rehearsals or something.
Quotes/Situations to build a plot around maybe: More will be added onto this one
*"Okay, so don't freak out, but I got flour everywhere..."
*"Are you safe?" "I-I don't know"
*"I was supervising, not participating"
*"Is that blood?"
*Muse A is sent to the hospital because of a firework mishap, muse B is a nurse.
Themes/Fandoms I am interested in:
* Harry Potter is always a yes.
*Maximum ride, maybe. This is a strong maybe, and I'd prefer to have a flock in the role-play (so we'd have three plus characters each)
* Demigods, also a maybe because it depends on the plot. Doesn't have to be Percy Jackson.
*Something with an animal shelter may be fun.
*Angst
*I'm always down for two friends having a falling out and reconnecting in college and such. It's fun.
*Basically anything besides if it's on my "no" list I will consider.
*Modern Supernatural stuffs, like Modern witches who put potions in Mason jars and such. Werewolves teasing vamps by throwing glitter on them because twilight. Fluffy stuff like that.
*Have I mentioned Angst? I love it.
*I am DYING to do a Bright Sessions rp
Things I definitely won't do
*Victorian Era.
*Really most eras but ancient civilizations? Unless it's pirates. That's my exception. Maybe newsies.
*Vampires I'm not a huge fan of roleplaying, either. I just... haven't found much muse for it?
*Bipedal werewolves.
