I basically wanted to have a RP that I could do when I was up late or didn't have anything else to respond too. Something where the characters could travel a lot and we could invent a lot of different places that they could go. This isn't a 'stuck in an abandoned town' crossover, but it could be that the character pass through one. Or it could be that they find floating islands, medieval castle, or whatever you can think of. This is a crossover, but both OC and fandom characters are welcome. There isn't any official joining, so hop in where you want.
Current location: large underground tunnel system.
------ Starter (if you're interested):
Heat was pretty hard on vampires. They could deal with below freezing temperatures, but as soon as it got above 60, they started to look like wilting flowers. Myrnin someone manged to look like a loud, pink and orange, wilting flower, with the added bonus that he was also soaking wet. "What was that for?" he said to Oliver, shaking out his hands, and flinging water in every direction. "I thought you were someone trying to sell something," answered the other man, his sour expression stating that he'd probably thrown water at Myrnin just because he'd happened to have a glass of water in his hand and because he hated the other vampire. Myrnin probably wouldn't have noticed. "Oh, one of those," said the colorfully dressed scientist/vampire/full-time insane person. "What were they called again? Telemarketers?" "No," was all the gray-haired vampire said. He stood aside, expecting Myrnin to come into his house, but instead, he shook his head and pointed down the street. "No, There's something I think you should see." "Your string of followers weren't available to entertain you?" asked Oliver, not wanting to follow Myrnin into the heat and on another wild 'adventure' that would nearly get him killed. "You were closer," replied Myrnin, not taking his hand down and continuing to point. Oliver, knowing he wasn't going to get out of it, sighed. "Fine, fine." He reached behind the door and took out a heavy coat and large-brimmed hat. Another reason he didn't want to go out. You got even hotter when you had to add extra layers so as not to cook in the sun. What you got for living in Texas. Myrnin skipped ahead, turning glances from any passersby who didn't know of his strange dress sense and who weren't aware that he sometimes came to this side of town. Oliver wished he didn't have to be seen with him. Myrnin pointed to the side alley and said, "There's something down there. It looks like the alley...disappeared?" Oliver raised an eyebrow, looking into the alley. It looked almost normal, but his senses were screaming that something was wrong. Before he could say anything, Myrnin had wrapped a hand around his wrist and pulled him into the alley. Almost at once, everything grew blurry, then completely flipped over. Where Oliver had once been looking at the trashcans and corresponding trash of an alley, he was now looking at the hollowed out sides of what looked like a very, very large tunnel. He felt like he'd gotten the breath knocked out of him, even though he hadn't needed to breath. Myrnin groaned, having landed face first where Oliver had kept his footing. The colorfully dressed vampire pushed himself up a little, so he could look around. "Where the heck are we?" he muttered.

"Bye ma'ams!" Angus waved to Carey and Killian as he left the Chug 'n' Squeeze, clutching the vase he'd made. Technically he wasn't allowed in the hottest date spot on the moon, being 10, but they hadn't kicked him out. He'd sat in the corner and made his vase just so he could people watch the members of the BoB. Carey and Killian were there, and he saw Taako with his boyfriend(that guy creeped him out: he wasn't even in the BoB, there was no logical way he could be on the moon without being inducted/a killer headache).
Before he went to bed though, he had one more stop. He was gonna give his vase to the Voidfish. The journey to the Voidfish's chambers wasn't long, and soon Angus was creaking open the door and staring up at the gigantic cosmic jellyfish in the tank on the other side of the room. Johann was nowhere to be seen.
"Hi," Angus said quietly. He closed the door gently behind him and walked towards the Voidfish, "I made you something." He held out the vase, "It's a vase, I made it at the Chug 'n' Squeeze. Has Johann or anyone told you about that? It's pretty fun." He opened the hatch in the side of the tank, the water staying in magically, and put the vase in the water. Long tendrils wrapped around it, and began drawing it up into the jellyfish's bell. The Voidfish chimed a single, pleased, musical note.
Angus smiled, "see you later!" He called over his shoulder, and walked into the still-open elevator. Only it wasn't the elevator anymore. It was an empty void, and the unwitting boy fell into nothingness.
He appeared quite suddenly on the floor of some sort of underground system: a far cry from the moon base he'd been on before. But Angus wasn't paying attention to his surroundings. No, he was screaming. Very loudly and shrilly. It echoed around the tunnel and he began scrambling around in his terror.

Oliver pressed his hands over his ears. The screaming hit his eardrums at just that wrong pitch. "Shut him up!" He practically cried to Myrnin, who also had his hands over his ears. Myrnin raised one eyebrow, as if to say, 'what do you want me to do? hit him over the head? nope. nothing doing'. Oliver was pretty annoyed that he could interprete that much into the other vampires expression. Oliver stuck a leg out, at least intending to trip up the little kid's progress so he'd stop running around. Sure, they were in a strange place, with a screaming child, but that was no reason that he should suddenly play the kind and patient vampire. As if reading his thoughts, Myrnin snorted, "Can't be patient today, can we?" he said, though Oliver could only just hear him.

Angus hadn't even noticed the two men before now(everyone got a nat 1 now and then), and tripped clumsily over Oliver's foot. His glasses skittered to the ground like Velma Dinkley's, but luckily his sight wasn't too bad, so he snatched them up and shoved them on. Flipping over, he finally got a good look at the two men. He scrambled to his feet. "I-I don't know what you think you're doing, but I'm armed!" He unzipped his fannypack with trembling fingers and reached inside, only to realize that he had not brought his wand to the Chug 'n' Squeeze tonight, and thus was largely helpless. He'd be able to do most cantrips, but until he found either a magical conduit or material components, he was largely helpless, at least on the magic-side of things.
"So...don't mess with me!" He zipped up his fannypack decisively.

Holly walked along the sidewalk, looking around at the street and other passersby. The 17 year old girl reached her hand into the hood of her jacket and took out her blonde curls of hair. She hadn't had breakfast yet this morning, though she promised herself that she'd eat something after going to the antique store.
At the corner of the street, Holly crossed the road and turned left. From here, the antique store was only a couple of streets away. Holly had made this trip many times, so she knew where to go.
Once the blonde-haired girl reached the antique store, she opened the door and heard the ding of the bell. Holly looked around, expecting to see Mr. Franks, though instead she found herself in a dark tunnel of some sort. What just happened? she thought.

(okay, cool!) With a head held high and sword at her side, Mary was sure this day couldn't get any better. The first girl in decades to have been knighted, and given the chance to marry the eldest son of a wealthy, and powerful, Lord near his home. And if things couldn't get better, he was her age, gorgeous, and the both of them had fallen for each other. There was no better feeling than that of mutual love, she now found.
But suddenly she took a corner and found herself deep within a tunnel, with no idea how she'd arrived. She'd just been walking home beside her horse, giving it a well-deserved rest for a moment, when now her hands were emptied of the lead. "By the Gods.." She whispered, looking behind herself. All tunnel, for what she could see.
Secondly,
A poor night. The hero Cryo-Pyro had just finished saving the civilians from his nemesis's fire when he found his wife had been burnt. Now he sat outside the Hospital room, waiting for Impervia- that was her codename, of course, as she was resistant to anything physical, but the flame that had stung her was magical- waiting for a doctor to tell him the details.
This wasn't how he wanted any of this to go. Montague was his name, and truthfully he'd never wanted to be a hero. But his wife had insisted that because of their abilities they must serve the people- they weren't needless gifts, they were filled with duty. A whole lot of good duty did for injuries though.
But when he looked back up, no longer were the walls spotless and white- they were dark and covered with water and moss, a dark tunnel that was nearly soundless, except the drip-drop of water.
He immediately lunged to his feet, the ground below his left foot freezing instantly, and the ground below his right scorching to cinder. "Who's done this?! Who's there?!"
(You choose who to hop in with. I just like to have a couple open :3)

Oliver knew what Myrnin was thinking and hiss to him, "Don't say it!" "Wish I was armed with a fannypack," said Myrnin, regardless of Oliver's protest. He was chuckling so badly he was almost doubled over. Oliver looked at the boy with distaste. "I am not impressed, boy. I could snap you in half with on hand." Which he could, but that would mean the boy would really annoy him. Right now, he just seemed...pitiful.
The sudden entrance of someone else caused Myrnin to straighten and look in Holly's direction. "Busy here...where is here?" he asked. Maybe he was asking the walls. "It's a tunnel," Oliver answered, looking around. "Stretches ahead and behind, visibility for humans is very poor and for you and I, it is about that you would see in daylight." "That's for the update about how I see," noted Myrnin. "I was saying it for the boy and the girl's benefit," answered Oliver.

At least, that's what it looked like from what he could see of it. "Um...not sure who's done this either. Not unless we're going to start blaming the moss." mintedstar/fur🦇Holly gazed around the strange place, wondering how she had gotten here. This might just be a weird dream, she thought. Truthfully, she hoped that was the case. All of a sudden, the blonde haired girl heard a voice. Turning her head in the direction of the sound, she spotted two men who she had not noticed before. Well, I guess I'm not alone, she silently commented to herself. It wasn't exactly a positive thing, though it wasn't quite a negative one either. Just then, Holly heard a strange comment from one of the men. The man seemed to comment on a human's vision, though he looked just as human as Holly. At this, the girl struggled not to laugh. "Human's vision? Aren't all three of us human?" she asked.

Angus actually didn't seem all that bothered by the two men's comments, like he was used to similar ones from a certain trio of reclaimers. He was a bit curious of their race, because very few human-looking races had Darkvision. It was mostly for races like Dwarves and Elves and Tieflings. Maybe they were half-elves? Those could look human if that side was particularly strong. "Not necessarily." He said in response to the young woman he couldn't quite see. "Hold on a moment..." Anguz gestured and murmured something quietly, and cast Produce Flame. A small flame appeared in his outstretched hand, illuminating the surroundings like a candle.
He shoulda prepared Daylight, darn. Daylight was a good light spell. But Produce Flame would work, and it was a Cantrip so no worrying about slots. He looked up at the older people around him, "my name is Angus McDonald, by the way." He held out a hand for anyone to shake.

"I'm insulted," muttered Oliver, eyes narrowing. "I've just been insulted." He looked mildly annoyed, just at the mere assumption that he was human. Myrnin turned to look at Holly and shook his head. "Nope. Can't say that we are." His eyes, in the new light, looked like mini-mirrors before they shrunk to adjust to the change. He cast a look at the offered hand before taking it and shaking it up and down several dozen times. "Myrnin!" he answered, offering his name. Oliver did not offer his name and simply crossed his arms. He didn't seem too surprised at the boy that conjured light, but he did snort at the name. "Named for the fast-food chain?"

It's dark, but not pitch black. You're eyes should adjust." At least, his had. Unless he had some sort of night-vision he hadn't been aware of. In which case, he was stuck with dim outlines and so was this mystery guy. "Name's Lupin," he introduced with a dry laugh. "That's the best I can do in the dark."

mintedstar/fur🦇 At the men's comments, Holly became rather confused. Are they trying to trick me? she thought, half guessing that they were. All of a sudden, the area was little up by the glow of a flame. The girl looked at the flame, realizing that a person had conjured it. This person looked younger than Holly and the two mysterious men. She watched as one of the men shook hands with the kid, introducing himself. Myrnin, the blonde haired girl observed, That's an interesting name.

He held out his now flaming hand. It lit everything up slightly, sending dancing shadows along the cold, sacred-feeling walls. It allowed Montague to get a look at Lupin, to size him up a bit. Montague gave a smile quickly. He needed a friend, if he were to know what was going on here. "I can do this. Human torch, I was once jokingly called. Sherk Sησω Oliver looked at Holly and frowned. Well, if they all wanted to play 'get to know you' then that was their business. He wanted to get moving, since clearly neither the girl or the boy knew what they were doing. He turned and started to walk down the tunnel. Myrnin looked at Angus and shrugged, "Um, no idea what you're talking about." And if Oliver hadn't commented, he probably didn't either and just didn't want to admit it. He was too proud to say that half the time he didn't know what he was talking about.

"Very well. My name is Lupin." Much like this fellow, it wasn't his given name. Simple one he had adopted in the years after he had fallen. He also looked the man up and down, trying to judge what type of person he was. Lupin was short for his apparent age, had shoulder length black hair, and wore clothing that would not be out of place in medieval times. His hands were constantly moving and where someone would have an engagement or wedding ring, he had one gold ring and one ebony. Though no one would know unless they somehow reached some moonlight, he also had a pair of invisible and incorporeal wings, which were only visible under certain forms of moonlight.

"Fantasy McDonalds?" Angus asked, "your friend knew it, I thought you would. He did leave off the Fantasy bit of Fantasy McDonalds though." But, to be honest, Angus could forgive that, since almost every proper noun started with the word fantasy. It could be a little bit of a hassle to say something like: when I finished shopping at Fantasy Costco I stopped by Fantasy Olive Garden for some of those good good breadsticks. Then I went to Fantasy Blockbuster and rented Fantasy Paul Blart Mall Cop.
Honestly, maybe everyone in the entire world should just stop doing that. Just call them Costco and Olive Garden and Blockbuster and Paul Blart Mall Cop.
His sharp eyes did catch Oliver starting to leave though, and he began jogging after him: "wait, sir!" he called, "where are you going? There's safety in numbers!"

The name was a little unusual for the region he was currently staying in, but that didn't mean it was an unusual name everywhere. He looked down at himself as Montague inspected him, wondering if something was wrong. He couldn't exactly say Motague's clothing was normal, that's for sure, so it seemed odd to be looked over like you were foreign or something. "Um, as far as I know, it's a tunnel system, but other than that, your guess is as good as mine."

Myrnin looked over at Holly in completely confusion as he was abandoned. He raised an eyebrow and mouthed the word 'fantasy?' at her, with extra emphasizes on the '?'. This all seemed way off and odd. Maybe the small boy had hit is head? Myrnin wasn't surprised at the light he'd made, because odd things like that happened all the time in his world, but the whole warped version of Earth that seemed to be in his head had threw him off a little. Not that that was unusual. He couldn't exactly say his view of the world had ever been straight. Oliver looked back at Angus and frowned. "I highly doubt a small boy and a girl I do not know could offer me any sort of safety. I think I am far more capable of taking care of myself." He could see just fine and his eyes looked just like a cat's, in that they appeared to reflect the little light there was and use it. So his eyes were almost glowing like mini-mirrors. Myrnin's were doing the same.
