a [ semi-advanced / advanced ] planning page
- - Welcome
Greetings and salutations! I'm Wolfheart, but you may call me Wolf, or any other appropriate nickname you take a liking to! I've been wanting to create something like this for a while, and finally gathered up the courage to do it! What I plan on accomplishing with this planning page is to create a successful Clan, or Clans, with some fellow forumers! I have experience creating Clans by myself and with others, and I'd really like this to be a fun, creative experience for everyone involved. As stated above, this will be a semi-advanced to advanced Clan roleplay (if you're not sure what that means, please read the rules!) that will include 1-5 Clans depending on how it goes and how many people join in. Please, make sure to read the rules carefully before applying! That being said, everyone is welcome here and I hope we'll be able to make a wonderful roleplay together!
- - Rules
- Literacy & Advancedness. This is a big one. This roleplay is going to be semi-advanced to advanced, meaning 8-10+ lines are required for roleplay. Although I know everyone has their off days or low muse, you are allowed to go lower than that, just try not to make a habit out of it. I won't be too strict on this rule, you'll just receive a little nudge or question why when you've been going below that minimum for a while. You're also required to use grammar and spelling to the best of your ability. If you don't know how a certain 'advanced' word is spelled, that's okay! I find google and thesaurus often help me with finding the correct spelling, alternatives, and definitions of words I want to use. However, this is just a friendly suggestion and you are, by no means, obligated to use long, fancy words every two seconds. If you get rejected because your roleplay sample isn't what I'm looking for, don't be discouraged! No one is perfect here, we all could bear to improve at something, no matter how small. And that's okay! It's all part of being a human, and just because your sample may not be what we're looking for, it doesn't mean you aren't a good one. Don't forget that, and if you want to try out here, go ahead! I'd love to see what you can do!
- Respect. This is a very important rule, one that I never want to see broken here. It's very important to be respectful to everyone on this page. If I see anyone treat others in a negative way, they'll be asked to leave. Any kind of hostile, rude or offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Discrimination is also part of this rule. I don't want anyone to be treated badly because of politics, race, gender, etc. That being said, this roleplay is completely LGBTQ+ friendly and if you don't like that, you are not welcome here. If you and another person (or multiple people) have had a disagreement or argument in the past, this is not the place to be discussing it or attacking anyone because of it. Antagonizing the issue will lead to you being asked to leave this page, and you being deleted off the members list. I will not have any toxic debates on this page. If you and someone disagree on something, or you wish to correct a statement, please do it as politely and calm as you can, and do not linger on the issue. If you see someone behaving in any way that goes against this rule, please let me know or report them if it goes against the forum rules.
- Don't Expect/Ask/Apply for High Ranks. When filling out your form, please don't add 'I want to be leader/deputy/medicine cat'. I didn't include that for a reason, and higher ranks will be offered and assigned to people who I believe deserve them through their actions. If you ask or imply that you'd like a higher rank, that will go against you, and you'll be more likely to not be offered one of those positions. This may seem a bit harsh, but I want people to earn their ranks and prove they can handle and deserve it through the way they act during planning.
- No Spamming/Advertising. This is not allowed on this page. Something like '____, can you come back to ____?' is okay as long as it's not being spammed.
- Activity. This rule won't be as strict as the others, but it's still very important. You should be on this page at least four times a week. Not just to say 'hi', but to actually put some effort in and help out. I know school is starting back up for a lot of us, so if you'll be busy, let us know, and we'll understand! If you're going to be gone for a longer period of time, tell us and you'll be excused further notice. Not being active without warning goes against the possibility of you getting any higher ranks as well.
- Follow Forum Rules. If you aren't sure what these are, look here: link. They all apply on this thread, and if you break any of them, you'll be reported immediately and asked to leave.
- Don't Be Shy! Speak up! If you have an idea or a concept that you'd like to bring to the table, please do! I'd love to hear others ideas. The worst I could say is 'No.'!
- Help out! This is related to the 'Don't be Shy' rule, please put some effort into helping create the Clan(s)! Don't just sit around, we'd love for you to contribute some ideas and help!
- Have Fun! It's what this planning page is all about! We're all here to have a good time planning a Clan (or two, or three, or more!) together, so there's nothing wrong with a few jokes or getting to know each other along the way!
