Nieve purred, "Wow, i knew clans were big but yours seems huge." Nieve smiled. "I bet you have many friends." Honestly Nieve would kill to live in a place live a clan. The barn was a lovely place to live but the silence and loneliness of this place always made Nieve feel small and kind of forgotten. Nieve did once have a sister who lived just a rocks throw away but she disappeared when Nieve was younger. Nieve's whiskers twitched at the thought.

Tinypaw smiled, remembering her best friend. It wasn't one of her siblings, thank StarClan. Those furballs were annoying. She loved them, sure, but they easily got on her nerves. It wasn't hard. A loud growl interrupted her thoughts. "Do you have mice?" She asked while scenting the air. She had caught a whiff of them when she entered before she had gotten distracted by the wolf.

Nieve nodded. "Tons of them!" Nieve got to her paws, the violet bell jingling loudly. "I can show you the best place to catch them!" The small white she cat stretched. "They are very easy to catch during the night, and during storms like these." Nieve glanced out the barns window. The sky had become dark, and she could see the snow pelting at the glass window.
(Ima going to add another character to spice things up!)
This was such a stupid idea! Duckpaw thought as he trudged threw the thick snow. The snow pelted at the rather large apprentice, stinging his nose and bright amber eyes. I should have never ran away. It was such a stupid idea! Duckpaw paused and looked around, The large apprentice needed shelter before he froze to death. That's when he spotted it, a large barn. "Thank Starclan." He whispered under his breath. The large pale ginger tabby apprentice quickly started to make his way towards the barn.

(Is Duckpaw from the same clan or a different one? )
Tinypaw smiled at Nieve's answer. At least they wouldn't starve in the storm. She might be sick of mice by the end, but it was better than an empty belly. The she-cat stood up and shook her pelt. A few sticks of straw flew off of her dark pelt. "We don't have to go outside, right?" She asked with a frown. She really didn't want to set paw outside. She looked towards the door when she heard pawsteps. "Someone is coming!" She warned. The apprentice stepped in front of Nieve and quickly got into a sloppy fighting stance. Her claws were full unsheathed.

(Same!)
Nieve was about to answer when suddenly Tinypaw took a fighting stance, it wasnt the best fighting stance but it was better than any stance Nieve could muster. Her ears flicking towards the barns slightly open doors. She could hear the small crunches of paws hitting just fallen snow. Suddenly a large pale ginger tom stumbled in. He looked about the same age as Tinypaw, maybe slightly old.
This is what Duckpaw had not expected stumbling into the barn. This stump tail shot up and the fur along his back and neck began to raise, he quickly got into a fighting stance. Duckpaw was cold, hungry, lost and not in the mood to fight another cat. But as he focused on the other cat he recognized her. "Tinypaw?" He meowed quietly.

Tinypaw instantly relaxed once hearing her name. It took her a second to just recognize her clanmate underneath all the snow. Nieve was a good cat, but nothing was like having a clanmate. Tinypaw didn't realize how alone she had felt until now. She bounded over to Duckpaw in seconds. She stopped a few mouselengths away. "Duckpaw." She said relieved, then her expression grew to be more worried. "Why are you here?" Worry shot through her system. Did something happen to the clan? Where more coming? What about her family?

Nieve watched the two apprentices. She breathed a relived sigh and got to her paws. "Im going to catch you two some mice." She called as she padded away her tail held high. Nieve wanted to let the two clan cats chatter by them selves, She had never had so many cats in her barn before. It made her happy to have some of her loneliness disappear for a moment.
Duckpaw shook the thin layer of snow of his pale ginger tabby coat before answering his friend. "Umm, i got lost...looking for you. When you didn't come back to the camp before the storm hit i went out to look for you..." Duckpaw hoped his lie worked, he was a great liar. But Tinypaw and Duckpaw had been firends since they were kits and she could usually tell when he was not telling the truth.

Tinypaw nodded at the she-cat. The apprentice sat down and stared at her friend. She didn't understand why he was lying. She would have thought they could tell each other everything. At least with something this big. Duckpaw wouldn't have left camp in such a storm if it wasn't urgent or something was wrong. "Duckpaw. Why did you leave camp?" She asked again.

Nieve padded to the way back of the barn. the mice loved to run around back here, it was warm and the farmer usually put bags of seeds back here. Nieve crouched down and waited quietly.
Duckpaw looked at his paws, his whiskers twitching slightly. "I cant tell you." He whispered. "Darkstorm will kill me if i tell any one." He added with a small hiss. Darkstorm was Duckpaws mentor. A huge tom with a horrible temper that got him in trouble many times and nice little Duckpaw got him as a mentor. Maybe Darkstorm was given a apprentice to maybe soften his temper but if anything it made it worst. Queens usually told their kits to say away from the huge calico tom, afraid the tom would kill thier kits if they got to close.

The she-cat scanned Duckpaw's face. He was being genuine when speaking about his mentor. Tinypaw knew the tom was rotten. She had tried her best to make sure the calico had never hurt her friend. Training kept her busy and away from Duckpaw though. She had barely any time to watch him. "I'll kill Darkstorm first!" Tinypaw declared in a strong and loud tone. She wasn't sure if she actually meant what she had said. Killing was against the warrior code. She wasn't sure if she was willing to break it, even for her best friend.

Duckpaw looked up at Tinypaw, he gave Tinypaw a small smile. "You have a long ways before you can kill him, your fighting stance told me that much." Duckpaw got to his paws again and shook out his wet pelt. The large apprentice sent a show of water drops in every witch way. "Darkstorm took down a fox once, you would have to be crazy to try to kill that monster." Duckpaw sat back down. He then noticed Nieve. "Whos that?" He asked quietly. He wanted to change the subject.

Tinypaw's fur puffed out. She knew her friend was telling the truth in this own way. He wasn't looking down on her. Still, she wanted to prove him wrong. she could do what anycat could. Welll, not anycat could take down Darkstorm, but that was besides the point. When Suckpaw changed the subject, she decided to give up for now. If her friend didn't trust her, then her friend didn't trust her. Nothing she could change about that. "This is Nieve. She lives here." She explained without looking at Duckpaw.

Nieve picked up her catch, three rather fat mice. The small white she-cat started to pad towards the two apprentices. She could sense the mood had changed since she left. She slowly padded over and dropped the mice at her paws. "Here you go guys!" She purred quietly. She tried to lighten the mood.
Duckpaw gave a small nod, he sat there kind of awkwardly until Nieve came back with the mice. His stomach gave a loud growl when he spotted them. He didn't realize how hungry he was. He glanced over to Tinypaw. He knew she was mad at him but he didn't have the energy to talk at the moment. "Thank you." He said quietly before picking up one of the mice. Nieve gave him a small smile.

Tinypaw grumbled a thank you before taking a mouse. The first couple of bites were nibbles. She thought anger would have swashed her appetite, but she ate as if she was famished. Little bites turned into large chomps. A purr rumbled out of the tiny she-cat as she finished the mouse. She licked her haunches. The mouse put a dent in her hunger, even if it wasn't all gone. Her mood was also better. "Those mice were fatter than any other mice I have ever seen." Tinypaw said to Nieve. "Are those what you usually find, or were those lucky?"

Nieve ate her mouse slowly, she was barley half way done when Tinypaw spoke. "They are usually this fat in the barn." She purred. "The farmer keeps a big bag of seeds back there, and the mice tend to get pretty fat during leaf-bare." Nieve bent back down and ate the rest of her mouse quickly. Her ears flicked as a rather big gust of wind howled past the barn, making the windows rattle, and the barns wood walls groan. Nieve hoped the storm would end soon.
Duckpaw ate his mouse slowly and quietly. He had gotten lost in his thoughts. The wind brought him back and he started to eat his mouse again. Duckpaw was surely keeping something big secret.

Once Oka had awoken again- after the chicken he had fallen asleep on a full belly- he glanced around for the she cat who had bright him here. "H-hey!" He called.

Nieve's ears flicked to the wolfs call. She quickly got to her paws. "I will be right back." She said quietly before padding quickly over to the wolf. She was still a little scared of the wolf but she didn't show it as she approached her tail held high. "Hello, do you feel better?" She asked quietly. Nieve glanced over to what was left of the chicken. Just a couple feathers and bones left in a pile.

"N-no." It wasn't a complete lie, but he could probably make it on his own if he had to. "I believe a little longer of a stay will be required for me to recooperate. "

Nieve nodded. "You can stay as long as you want." The two sat in quiet for a little bit, the only sound was the storm and the two apprentices chatting quietly. "Im Nieve by the way." Nieve paused. "The two there are Duckpaw and Tinypaw." She added quietly.

"As long as I wish? Are you sure you wish that, Nieve? I'm a danger to your kind by simply existing."

( Its fine! .3. )
Nieve shrugged. "You seem nice and you have not attacked me yet." Nieve wrapped her tail around her paws. Nieve had not really minded the wolf. At first she was scared but now she left as ease around him.

Oka smiled and laid his head in his paws. "Well, I'll take the compliment. Though..." I have to tell her... He sighed loudly, and looked at her. "In my pack, when someone saves your life, you're indebted to them forever, or until you save theirs. Even then, you are still 'blood-bound.' Um, I think that's the translation." He shrugged in thought. "But needless to say, Nieve, you saved me. I'm your servant."

Nieve tilted her head, her eyes wide. "Really?" Nieve paused. "But what if i don't want you to be my servant?" She asked quietly. The small what cat didn't really want a wolf servant. Also nothing much never really happens around here so he would be stuck here for a very long time. Then the wolf would then get bored and eat her.

"Then... when a wolf did not want his servant, the servant would become an Omega of the pack. I doubt you have such a position." Oka took a deep breath, and looked at her with pleading eyes. "Without my pack, I've no more purpose. Give me purpose, Nieve."

Nieve looked deep into the wolfs eyes then sighed quietly. "Fine you can be my servant but you must hind when ever the farmer is around or he will kill you." Nieve still didnt like this idea but Oka seemed like a nice wolf and all he wanted to do was help.

Nieve gave a small nod and flicked her whiskers. "Thank you for not eating me." She purred as she got to her paws. The storm had died down a little. The only sound was harsh wind whistling through the barns wood planks. "Its getting late." She meowed quietly.

Nieve got to her paws and stretched. "If none of the prey is frozen." She said quietly with a smile. "Good night!" She purred before leaping onto a old wooden barrel. She yawned and curled up on the thin potato bags the farmer had left a long time ago.
(Sure Thunder!) (Should we do a small time skip?)
