BSRC references
As stated on the first page, I didn't want "Hawk" to visualize the characters differently than I did, so I drew every single character mentioned in the story. Every. Single. One.
…Excluding cats who only appeared as spirits, apparently. Wetwhisker and Shrewpaw aren't here. What was I thinking?
They're being put on page two NOT because I wanted to bribe people into posting but because I could only justify putting so many RC pictures on the first page. This is probably not going to be the most interesting section, but it should give you some idea of the volume of pictures I was putting out in the past.
I have the RC epilogue handy, but I gave the BSRC epilogue to "Hawk." The focus of RC's epilogue is on HailClan, and some minor things have been changed to facilitate that. Additionally, some of the wording is different, particularly as it pertains to AutumnxBone.
In addition to Bonestar, "Hawk" provided a few other characters (complete with descriptions) that I was supposed to use. A few characters also belong to "Ash."
ShadowClan
Tallstar, the leader at the beginning. "Hawk" told me to use him.
Bonestar I, obviously another of "Hawk"'s characters.
Spottedleaf, another of "Hawk"'s characters, if I'm being generous.
Barleytail. I genuinely cannot remember whether Barleytail was her character or not; I definitely at least ran his design by her before writing, but I'm not sure if she described him first.
Clawstrike. According to the epilogue, Clawstrike was part of the journey.
Copperspots, whom I do not remember.
Darkstripe, another of "Hawk"'s characters…sure, why not…
Leafstream.
Lionfang, and I think this was my attempt at remembering Lionfur, a character "Hawk" said I should use, since I wrote this a year after giving up on the original version I tried writing for her.
Moonfeather, who I thought was Bonestar's sister, but she is not listed in the epilogue and therefore presumably did not go on the journey. That said, maybe she did in BSRC but didn't exist in RC?
Nightcrow, who apparently did go on the journey. According to the epilogue, Nightcrow "got lost in Twolegplace and joined a band of rogues. ShadowClan never saw him again, but he had plenty of opportunities to reveal himself and chose not to in an attempt to overthrow the vicious Twolegplace leader." The only leader in Twolegplace would have been Bonestar.
Nightsilver, who was someone's mentor. I like the name itself, but it's not Warriors.
Pewterpelt, who went on the journey and was Nightcrow's sister.
Pinefeather.
Quillspine, who was someone's mentor.
Rabbitstep, who went on the journey. According to the epilogue, he could not speak. SnowClan killed him the same day his kits were born.
Redleaf.
Redsplash. Neither Redleaf nor Redsplash is mentioned in the epilogue, but someone named Redfall is. This was either a continuity error or a RC/BSRC discrepancy.
Songfall.
Scarletblaze, who went on the journey and eventually became Clawstrike's mate.
Servalstep, who went on the journey and was Nightcrow's sister.
Sorrelcloud, Bonestar's mother.
Stonereed, which is kind of an unfortunate name. Apparently he died soon enough to have that mentioned in the epilogue, but his cause of death is not specified.
Stormeye, who was an elder.
Swiftfire, Bonestar's sister. According to the epilogue, SnowClan cats killed her.
Tabbyclaw.
Umberfoot, who I'm pretty sure bullied Bonestar during their apprentice days.
Vermilionpaw, who was Nightcrow's brother and died on the journey. I don't remember how.
Whitewhisker.
Whitewillow, who went on the journey and was Nightcrow's sister.
HailClan
Scratchstar…what are you doing with both of your eyes intact!?
Snowear, the medicine cat who lived to the obscene age of 17. There were all kinds of rumors that she was immortal, and all the Clans were sad when she finally passed away.
Mottlestar.
Muddyclaw, Mottlestar's first deputy, who I had remembered as his brother, but according to the prologue, he was Mottlestar's son.
Shadowstar, whom "RockClan" picked to lead the apprentices on the journey because she was the oldest warrior apprentice in the forest. She was always kind of a jerk, but with responsibility came maturity. She was taken by Twolegs, but she made her way back.
Autumnstar. According to the epilogue, she "reluctantly agreed to be Bonestar’s mate, only because she didn’t want him to feel the same way as she did losing Raggedpaw; she still misses Raggedpaw, though." It was worded differently in BSRC so it would slip under "Hawk"'s radar, but the intended hidden meaning was still there, just a little more subtle. Went on the journey. "After Streamsky was killed by Coldstar, Autumnheart became deputy. Shadowstar was killed by ShadowClan cats and Autumnheart became Autumnstar. Although she didn’t lose her kitlike personality, Autumnstar was also skilled, and earned the respect of her Clanmates. She never forgot what she had learned from Wetwhisker." Remember, Wetwhisker was the antagonist. It's supposed to mean she learned her lesson. The BSRC epilogue would have had a similar ending, but with that one I would have tried to imply that Wetwhisker had taught him to be evil.
Bluemink, Autumnstar's sister. Went on the journey.
Creekfoot. He was "Ash"'s character and just kind of appeared out of nowhere. Did not go on the journey. According to the epilogue, "Creekfoot is one of HailClan’s best warriors, but often goes unnoticed." "Ash"'s character.
Darkeye, who went on the journey.
Flamefur, Shadowstar's brother, who went on the journey. He was deputy for a while but retired.
Raggedpaw, Darkeye's brother, who slid off a cliff on the return journey.
Rivertail, a kittypet who joined HailClan after the apprentice journey. She is the right age to have gone on the journey, but she didn't because she wasn't part of the Clan yet. "Ash"'s character.
Sorrelwhisker, the medicine apprentice and subsequently full medicine cat until she was killed by SnowClan.
Streamsky, who appears to have been given a slight redesign that manages to be slightly less horrendous than the original. Autumnstar's Super Perceptive sister. Went on the journey. The epilogue says that Streamsky was killed by Coldstar, but more accurately Coldstar used her as a meatshield when Rivertail tried to stab the fangs of a dead venomous water snake into Coldstar.
Starfire. Shadowstar's sister, went on the journey, pretty cool cat. Mentored Rivertail, apparently, despite being only slightly older, because Rivertail joined at nearly warrior age and was a fast learner.
RainClan
Riverstar. Oh, really creative, Past Me.
Coldstar was a kit during the time of the journey. Also, he went on the journey despite being a kit; he and Frozenclaw tagged along behind the apprentices most of the way. A terrifyingly tough cat, but I think he was also fairly small. He was supposed to look like Kimba.
Coralclaw.
Finchsplash, who went on the journey.
Frozenclaw, Coldstar's sister and deputy. Also went on the journey as a kit. Rivertail did manage to get the snake's fangs into Frozenclaw.
Rosetalon, who went on the journey.
Saltpaw. While the apprentices played hide-and-seek at the docks, Saltpaw was one of several cats who hid on a boat. She then did not manage to get off the boat before it set sail. It's okay, though; she ended up having a good life on the boat, even though she missed the Clans.
Sealpaw, who I believe died of a horrible infected wound on the journey.
Siltpaw, who apparently died on the journey somehow. Thunderpath?
Solsticecloud.
Stealthpaw. Oh, wow, I brought Stealthpaw back from the early days! Stealth- was one of the names in the Warriors New Prophecy Quest game. From the -paw in his name I have to assume he died on the journey. He might have been the one who got bitten by the venomous snake? A couple apprentices were riling up the snake ("it's fine, it doesn't have split pupils"), and then someone--maybe Stealthpaw--came up to them and told them that it did have slit pupils, which meant it was dangerous. Then the one who actually knew what they were talking about sacrificed themselves to save either Bluemink (RC) or Swiftfire (BSRC).
GraupelClan
Cinderstar.
Riftstar, who went on the journey.
Barkpaw, who died falling into a gorge while saving his brother Branchclaw. In BSRC, Bonepaw hated Barkpaw and wanted him to die.
Branchclaw, who was obviously also on the journey. Apparently he "became the Clan’s best warrior and later deputy, but died fighting SnowClan." Is no one going to stop SnowClan from killing all these cats!?
Chillygaze, who also went on the journey and who "continued being Cloudygaze’s eyes as his brother gradually lost the rest of his vision." He and Cloudygaze were very close to Shadowstar on the journey, but their friendship ended at the end of the journey, and neither of them ever spoke to her again. Not out of bitterness; they just weren't friends anymore.
Cloudygaze, whose eyes were already getting cataracts when he was little but was a warrior anyway.
Fallstorm.
Fawncloud.
Kestrelvine.
Leafpaw, who died on the journey. Maybe Leafpaw was the Thunderpath one?
Lostpaw, who died in the icy river on the journey.
Oceanpaw, who appears to also have died on the journey. Dogs?
Sootcloud.
SnowClan
Canyonstar, who looks a whole lot like Scratchstar if you ask me.
Brackenfoot. According to game canon he would not have been old enough to go on the journey, but in the story apparently he did. He became deputy and was brutally murdered by a HailClan cat.
Doveheart, Brackenfoot's blind sister who's in the same boat as to whether or not she went on the journey.
Fangstrike, who went on the journey.
Frostcloud, who went on the journey.
imgur.com/FzntNY0.png
Featherpaw, who died on the journey.
Graywhisker, who went on the journey.
Larkstorm.
Poppyfang, who went on the journey.
Springfur, Brackenfur's brother, who also should not have been on the journey but is listed as having gone. Again, Spring/Bracken/Dove were not apprentices yet!
Windflower.
Wingpaw, who died on the journey.
SleetClan
Stonestar.
Breezewing, who went on the journey.
Gingerleaf, who I remember was a medicine apprentice.
Leapcloud.
Meadowleaf, the medicine cat.
Whisperflight, who went on the journey.
Sometimes only having two apprentices on the journey ends up meaning that both of your apprentices survive the journey.
lake-territory Clans

lake-territory Clans
I forget exactly what happened. I do remember that the apprentices passed by the lake territories and met a patrol consisting of one cat from each remaining lake territory Clan. In RC/BSRC canon, the other three Clans teamed up and drove ShadowClan out, which is how ShadowClan ended up at the river territories. I have to assume that these three lake-territory cats were part of a prophecy of their own.
Bluefire, the "I'm tired of this" but friendly RiverClan warrior. Good mediator, good at taking charge.
Iceflare, the angry WindClan warrior who does NOT like that enemy Clans are sending this huge group of cats through the lake territories and is ready to fight until he dies to keep them out. Does not like to listen.
Waspfang, the comparatively timid ThunderClan cat who doesn't get along with Iceflare, partly due to personality and partly due to Clan tensions.
