► You pad through the rows of Twoleg houses, feeling more tired with every step. The sound of your growling stomach reminded you of just how hungry you were. Just then, you noticed a gray tom with amber eyes padding up to you. "Are you lost?" he asked you. "Yes," you responded. Your tail began to wave back and forth in both nervousness and hope. "Follow me, and I can lead you to my camp," the white tom meowed, "A scavenger patrol from my group might have smuggled a mouse or some Twoleg food that I could give you when we get there." "So, you're a thief?" you asked, pausing. "Yes," he answered with a chuckle, "Though we help cats in need." "Okay," you meowed, continuing to follow the mysterious tom. Though you were still unsure of this cat, you were so desperate that you would trust almost any cat.
ωєℓcσмє ► Welcome to The Friendly Thieves! This is a roleplay that centers around a group of rogues who live in a Twolegplace. Please read the posts below before joining, as they will give you more info about the roleplay.

Please include it while filling out the joining form ► Keep all rping PG-13 and below. ► I won't put a limit on how many cats you can make, but don't make so many characters that you can't keep track of them all. ► No spotlighting, metagaming, or godmodding. ► No mary sues/perfect characters. ► If you want to join, fill out the joining form (listed below) and post it on the joining page. ► The rogues live in a small Twolegplace next to a pine forest. Though they mostly stick stay in the Twolegplace, the rogues sometimes go into the forest to hunt if prey is scarce. Most of the prey found in the Twolegplace consists of mice and rats, though sometimes the rogues might find a bird or rabbit. In the forest, squirrels, mice and shrews are common prey. Though the rogues do hunt, they get most of their prey by stealing from Twolegs or other cats. Predators around the Twolegplace include raccoons, monsters, and the occasional fox or owl. Foxes and birds of prey are common predators around the forest. Wolfs and bears are also predators found in the forest, except that they are spotted much less often.

► The rogues' camp is in an abandoned Twoleg den next to a neighborhood. There are ivy and vines growing on the exterior walls of the camp. ► The entrance to the camp is a hole that is about a foot off of the ground in the back wall of the abandoned Twoleg den. The hole is just large enough for an adult cat to fit in. ► After entering the camp through the hole in the back wall, there is an area which was once the family room of the Twoleg den. In the middle of the room, there are a couple of patched chairs with an end table between them. Though the cats don't interact much with the table, the chairs are where the elders sleep. Across from the chairs is a couch, where the nursing queens and their kits sleep. Between the couch and chairs, there is a rug that covers a good portion of the floor. All of the other cats, including the leader and second in command, sleep here except for the healers and their trainees. Most trainees sleep next to their mentors. The prey pile is beside the couch. This room acts as the main area in camp. ► Next to the family room, there is a door that leads to what used to be the bedroom. The door had been left hanging ajar, so it is easy for cats to come in and out of the room. In the right corner of this room, there is a bed. All injured or sick cats sleep on the bed. There is carpeting covering the entire floor of the room. Healers and their trainees sleep on the floor. On the wall along the opposite side of the bed, there is a closet which is used to store herbs. ► At the side of the family room opposite to the entrance to camp, there is an opening leading into the kitchen. A door was once here, though it was removed at some point by Twolegs. The kitchen leads into a hallway, where the cats go to make dirt.

► The rogues do not believe in an afterlife like StarClan or the Dark Forest. Along with this, they do not have any spiritual beliefs in general. ► The highest rank that a rogue can be is leader. The leaders make all the decisions for the group, like whether to send out more scavenger patrols or hunt in the forest when prey is scarce. When a cat becomes leader, they are leader until they die. Leaders only have one life. ► The next rank is second in command. A cat who is second in command acts as the leader's advisor. When a leader dies, the cat who is second in command will become the new leader. If a cat who is second in command dies, then the leader must choose a new cat to be second in command. ► Healers are the next rank of cat in this rogue group. They are a lot like medicine cats in a clan, except for the fact that there can be multiple healers and healers are allowed to have a mate. Healers rarely leave the camp. ► Scavengers are an important rank in this rogue group. Scavengers are thieves who take prey, herbs, and random objects that can be used to decorate camp from other cats as well as Twolegs. Occasionally, a scavenger patrol may go into the forest to search for herbs. ► Fighters help defend the group. Fighters are muscular cats who help fight off hostile intruders and predators, like raccoons. One fighter is sent out with every scavenger and hunting patrol. ► Hunters help collect prey to feed the rogue group. Though scavengers steal prey, hunters go on hunting patrols to catch prey. ► Elders are old cats who have retired from their previous rank and need to rest their tired bones. ► Trainees are a lot like apprentices in clans. When a kit reaches 5 moons of age, they get assigned to a certain rank based on their abilities and body build. ► Queens are cats who are expecting kits or are nursing kits who are less than 5 moons of age. Queens temporarily retire from their rank to care for their kits.
