That actually looks pretty fricking good Um, yeah, I want actual places that are in actual Verona, minus anything romeo and juliet related bc they never existed in this role play universe. So, I found a few links that have some places in Verona if you want to pull from them: and don't be afraid to add in a few made up places, just make them like Italian or something xD

To the north side is the town hall and Mazzanti Houses. The western side has the Baroque Palazzo Maffei. Here, the families trade or buy products with inside links.
Veronese Carnival This holiday lasts for two weeks before the Christian fasting of Lent. This is the most ancient Carnival in Europe, at 600 years old. The Carnival is where the feud was officially declared.

Alright, so I have a couple of characters I wanted to run by you before I wrote them up. I didn't see any set roles before I planned it out (maybe I missed it?) Either way, I tried to match personality to the element, if you get what I mean.
Electricity- She'd be the troublemaker. I have a really spunky, ambitious female character that I was planning to use. She causes and gets into a lot of trouble, but is a lot of fun to be around.
Weather Manipulation- So this one is a male character who is more of a spacehead. Seeing as he's a weather guy, he's a head in the clouds person, who always seems to need a recharge after social interaction. He has a runaway imagination, but can be sweet if you can get past his emtotional defenses.

Draco Napoleone xx Drake, Po, Napoleon Drake is an imposing sight, with a height of 6’3” that often forces people to look up at him. At first glance, people would describe him as dashing. His arms have become sinewy, and his long legs muscular from frequent gym visits. His face is very defined, with a pointed nose, strong jawline, and deep set, dark blue grey eyes. His hair is dark brown and loosely curly, growing long enough on the top to fall into his eyes. He has a number of piercings, a industrial and ear lobe piercing on his left ear, and two helix piercings on his right ear. A pale scar runs down the right side of his ribcage, a grim reminder of the night of his father's murder in a back alley. Drake is very unstable, prone to lashing out at times. He tries to keep most of how he feels locked inside him, but there are the times when he can't help his anger or bitterness. All the people he loved turned on him, his mother abandoning him, and his father abusing him. In his eyes, Alessandro had shamed the family and started a feud in trying to elope with Stella. He resents his brother for getting killed, and ultimately causing his father's death. The trust in the family was shattered by Alessandro's secrets and lies, and it cost him his life. He often ignores his emotional needs, viewing them as weaknesses, leaving all his hurt to fester in the recesses of his mind. He's unpredictable, and has a short temper. However, when he wants to be, he's quite charming and amicable. If you catch him at the right time, that is. Befriending him or earning his trust is not for the faint-hearted. Drake has seen all the ups and (mostly) downs of the Montague family. He was born into a feud he never wanted, and watched it all deteriorate. After Alessandro and Stella attempted to elope and ended up dead, Drake didn't think it could get worse, didn't think the Capulet's could take any more from the Montague's. They had already corrupted and killed his brother. What more could they do, right? A few days later, Drake was coming home with his father from the market, when they were chased into a back alley. Drake's father was murdered right in front of his eyes by the Capulet's, before they attacked him. They left him for dead, but they failed to kill him. The knife between his ribs was placed just slightly under his internals. He survived, but not without a long scar reminding him of that night. Now with no father, Drake needed to learn to control his powers faster, and the innocence of a child he had once had was stripped away. Drake got a DVM and works as a public veterinarian, and is a veterinarian for a local shelter. Character Questionnaire:
Gotham Writers Questionnaire:

There is a big desk with shelves and drawers on the same wall as the door, the shelves full of binders, paperwork, and lots of other work related items. On the right side wall is a treadmill.
Scenario's: Your character is doing intense spring cleaning. What is easy for them throw out? What is difficult for them to part with? Why?: Drake would find it very difficult to throw away any work records, he is always afraid that he’ll need them, as well as personal items that have no use to him, yet still carry some sort of meaning to him. He would have no trouble throwing away (most) broken or worn out items. Its Saturday at noon. What is your character doing? Give details. If they're eating breakfast, what exactly do they eat? If they're stretching out in the backyard to sun, what kind of blanket or towel do they lie on?: Drake would be going for a run with his dog(s) for a couple of miles, or be using the equipment in his room. What is one strong memory that has stuck with your character from childhood? Why is it so powerful and lasting?: When Drake was 16, he’d poured out or hidden out all his father’s alcohol in hopes to keep him sober for a night. It miserably backfired, and ended with Drake hospitalized with a concussion. Your character is getting ready for a night out. Where are they going? What are they wearing? Who will they be with?: Drake would be headed to a hardcore bar or club. He’d probably have a dark colored dress shirt and slacks. He'd head out alone, and (most of the time) be back on his own.

At the Disco
Leonardo Torre xx Leo, Lee, Leon, Torri Leo is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with a wiry, lean body shape. No matter how much sun he gets, his skin never strays too far from its fair color. His hair is dyed dirty platinum blonde, with darker blonde roots. He keeps it short around the sides, and grows thick and longer on the top of his head. What's long enough of it is styled into a messy 'man fringe' that he sweeps to the left of his face. He has a rounded nose, arched eyebrows, big, light green eyes, prominent cheekbones, and very light colored freckles dotting his face. Leonardo is quite the escapist, never seeming to be in this reality. He hides from a lot of things in fantastic worlds that he creates in his head. He has a big imagination, and an even bigger heart, making him vulnerable to being emotionally hurt. Some see him as naive, but in reality he's optimistic to the point of unrealism, and tends to ignore the bad he sees in people. He worries a lot, and is very jumpy. His voice is quiet, bringing very few of his complex thoughts of light. He's very loyal, and always tries to help where he can, despite the fact that he is often forgotten. He takes orders well, as opposed to giving them. Leonardo was always the baby of the family, having someone to shield him from all the horrors of the world. He was stunned when Stella killed herself, unable to wrap his mind around her motive to do so. All he wants is for the feud to stop, so they can return back to normal. He sees the Montague's as troubled, but not as his enemy.

Before we get into the juice of the role play, I do need to put down some ground rules. Please read through all of my rules. I personally hate reading through rules, but they can be important and should be read.
Let me start with something very important: Trigger Warning: Mentions of Violence, Death (Murder/Suicide), Mental Illness, Sex, ect. This is a dark-themed role play and I don't want anyone having a panic attack or to be triggered so here is my warning.
Okay, this role play is rated PG-13, despite it's darker themes, so no detailed descriptions of any of the things mentioned above in the trigger warning. Literally, the mentions are just that - mentions. Next, this role play is mostly realistic: no unnatural hair or eye colors (unless they dyed their hair a color because this does take place in 2017), but your characters will have powers. Speaking of powers, do not power-play or god-mob and you're not going to be the most powerful, or your power isn't going to always work or hit it's mark, okay? Most of the characters powers should be fully formed, remember, so there should be any "he lost control, still learning to maintain his abilities without hurting someone" or something like that. The code phrase is 'art thou romeo?' Put it in spoilers in your joining page post, at the bottom of it. Our characters have real jobs, remember, or they're college students. For college students, we'll just say they take their classes online or they're on break or something.
This is an advanced role play. To me, that's detailed posts, interesting characters, character development, ect. No less than 5-8 sentences per role play post, although I would prefer more. No, this does not mean with you have to post in subs or tiny text or anything silly like that, although I most often will. Oh, another thing: make sure we know when you're role playing and when you're just chatting, like for instance use [ ],{ },( ), < > so we know. Along with all this, keep in mind that if you join this, I expect you to be active and try to post daily. In order to keep the plot moving, we need to be actively engaged in role playing, so posting just to chat does not add up to you being active.
Sorry for that long thing of rules. Just to summarize: PG-13, advanced rp, be active, be realistic, and have fun.
also, it should be noted that this takes place in Verona, Italy, so yes, our characters will know Italian. However, this role play is in English, so dialogue will be in English [90% of the time] we'll just pretend that they're speaking in Italian. Also, their names should be of Italian origin please.
For assistance when deciding age, here are the age ranges for the eldest-youngest. Be sure to note how old the sibling before and after them are. I.e. If the first born is 27 and the third born is 25, the second born can only be 26.
1st Born: 26-28
2nd Born: 25-27
3rd Born: 22-25
4th Born: 20-23
5th Born: 19-21
here are the rules and help for deciding ages

Okay so I'm thinking that a long long long time ago, it began because of religious differences. When the feud hit the 20th century, it became about business - as they had competing businesses. In the early 2000's, when the kids were all really young, they each had older siblings who fell for each other and attempted to end the feud by their union. However, the boy was a Montague and killed by a Capulet, in retaliation, the Montague daddio kidnapped the girl and the hired guns that were supposed to keep an eye on her accidentally lost her and she ended up [TW] killing herself and in retaliation, the Capulet's attacked the Montague's one night and it resulted in the death of the Montague father. Let us note that the five chosen characters for each family are not the only montague's, there are older siblings who have moved on, cousins, uncles, aunts, ect, who now no longer live in the area and so now it's just the five and yah

Well, for the Churches, the Montague's tend to be religious so perhaps it's a Montague safe haven and an agreed upon "safe space" away from the feud? As for the bridges, perhaps they are where the most violent fights tend to break out?

Let us note that the five chosen characters for each family are not the only montague's, there are older siblings who have moved on, cousins, uncles, aunts, ect, who now no longer live in the area and so now it's just the five and yah It all started long ago...
The Montague and Capulet houses have been in the families' possession for centuries. However, some neighbors don't quite get on. Religious differences started the divide, and continued with business competition by the 20th century. Of course, the feud would likely have fizzled out eventually, except it was refueled in the early 2000's.
When the five siblings were really young, each house had six children. The eldest Montague, Alessandro Giuseppe Montague, and the eldest Capulet, Stella Adele Capulet, fell in love, hoping to end the feud by their union. Of course, the father of the Capulet's, Enzo Salvatore Capulet, would not have this, and killed Alessandro. In return, the Montague's father, Gregorio Ercole Montague, kidnapped Stella, and hired gunmen to keep an eye on her. Stella, horrified by the death of her lover, escaped and [TW] killed herself. The Capulet's believed that Gregorio had killed Stella, and murdered him in a back alleyway two days later.

I was thinking since Gregorio was murdered in an alley, and Drake has a scar from a knife fight, do you think that he could have been there when his father was murdered?

I was thinking since Gregorio was murdered in an alley, and Drake has a scar from a knife fight, do you think that he could have been there when his father was murdered? Sorry I haven't responded in 5ever, I worked and then had dinner with my boyfriends mom and then we were working on my car and ugh, it's been a long day and I have to get up early to get my car registered xD Anywho, thank you for refining the story of the quarrel, you made my job so much easier As for Drake, yeah, I guess he could've been there. He would've been 8-10 years old, as Lucius was 11 but yeah Edit: Of course, with the years that I got for the love feud thang then their dad wouldn't have been around when they were 16

Lucius being only 11 will also help with the feud plotline because when their father died, it technically made them wards of the state and Lucius and Drake had to master their abilities quicker than others to scare the state or whomever out of trying to split the family apart and Lucius had to take the company over hella early for for years he struggled with his dad's deputy because the deputy tried taking power and Lucius was not having it and so Lucius grew up way too fast and his siblings had to watch him struggle and often dealt with his fits of rage and yeah and then the Montague's have a real hard time trusting each other because they think that they'll sell each other out for whatever reason or "stupidly" fall in love with a [disgusted noise] Capulet but at least they all still hate the Capulet's And then as for the Capulet's they're annoyed that their "Favorite" sister is gone and they also had to grow up fast because there was no one to take care of the business, because dear-ole-dad is elderly af but at least they never fought with the state and they all agreed to not let silly things like love with a Montague get in their way and yeah

It all started long ago...
At the time, Lucius Montague was only 11 and when their father died, it technically made them wards of the state and Lucius and Drake had to master their abilities quicker than others to scare the state or whomever out of trying to split the family apart and Lucius had to take on the family business early - which, he was never supposed to take it over in the first place - for for years he struggled with his dad's deputy because the deputy tried taking power and Lucius was not having it and so Lucius grew up way too fast and his siblings had to watch him struggle and often dealt with his fits of rage.
Due to all of the drama, the Montague's have a real hard time trusting each other because they think that they'll sell each other out for whatever reason or "stupidly" fall in love with a [disgusted noise] Capulet but at least they all still hate the Capulet's .
And then as for the Capulet's they're annoyed that their "favorite" sister is gone and they also had to grow up fast because there was no one to take care of the business, because dear-ole-dad is elderly but at least they never fought with the state and they all agreed to not let silly things like love with a Montague get in their way. The feud is still going strong. Not much else to say; this is pretty much a slice of life role play w/ a twist. Basically, it's just the Montague's and the Capulet's trying to ruin and murder each other plus family drama and playing with powers and living lives and getting into fist fights and verbal stand offs.

Agghhh the forms are so long. Sorry it's taking me a little. I've filled out most of the prompts on Drake, and I'll start on Leo soon.
