Sleepover room -- au Samuel (currently wearing TARDIS pjs because Mint has no sense of humor what so ever) -- Ougi, Touka, Julia
"Coffee isn't a food," said Samuel, turning around and grateful for the distraction. The other woman looked stressed. She also, from the smell of her, was no more human than Ougi was. At least, that was what he was assuming about both of them. He plugged his nose attempting to forget the thought because it just distracted him more. He took a second, trying not to snort as Julia mentioned ham sandwiches. Finally, he slowly breathed out and said to Touka, "Are you okay?" he asked, since everything had been settled with listing food. "I don't like coffee," he admitted after a second. "I had tea yesterday ... sort of." Tea and additional other things. He didn't want to think about it. "Are we going to pay attention to what that weird slip of paper said or can we do something else?" he asked, attempting a complete turn-around of the conversation.

Sleepover // Timewarped Julia Julia turned around as Touka appeared. It surprised her at first, but the shock faded to annoyance as she realized that this might be something she'd have to get used to if she kept blinking in. Coffee was a beverage and could be consumed. Julia found it was logical to call a food, though she decided not to add any insights to the conversation. It seemed pointless to argue about. "The paper doesn't seem much use on getting us out of here, but it looks like there are no easy exits," the short woman commented.

“Yeah, well, I don’t really like the other stuff I eat,” said Touka with a shrug, as she found herself addressed by a small boy she didn’t recognize. He seemed nice, though. But why was he plugging his nose...? “I’m fine,” she said, giving him a reassuring nod. “I’m in the middle of a...big job for my work, so there’s lots to do back in my world.” Well, that was one way of putting it. Raiding a secure government run holding facility was her job, in this case. When Sam kept speaking - he apparently had quite a lot to say - and mentioned a slip of paper, she turned, suddenly curious. “Wait - what paper?”

"Its not too often to hear such words can be said from someone like you, you seem to have a way with them..." Good with words to ease your weakened prey. The wildclaw spoke with a calming resolve upon the vampire's shared thoughts. "I find it best that one shouldn't pull their luck that much, just look at Hook. Yet, its hard to believe if you what you think you did is either right or wrong, would you say your actions were actually better for everyone? Both after and before?" Chamomile slowly raised her narrow, bird like head up from the low position on the ground. Only now did she dare meet his wise green eyes with her own muddled by guilt. "That's only because - gods you didn't see anything after! Didn't you!?" A flash of anguish flickered in her eyes, her calm demeanor vanishing to reveal that of something near to a sobbing child, a jagged halo peaking around her head. "The woman made from wires and gears would have killed you had it not been for me, she didn't hesitate to turn heel on me. She tried to put a fight but at the last second she gave up - she destroyed herself?! For someone like me and the other blinkers but now I think it should have been me! I should have payed for it not her, never her, not even you!" A panicked shrieked escaped her scarred maw. Her last words were choked back by a sudden sob, notably not out of rage, not in a way of lashing out to him, no. Very much so being the opposite of that - a silent yet obvious cry for help. She didn't want to think about this Arlo girl he had clamored on about her, that wasn't the case for Noctin nor Navy, but here he was explaining to her they had come back alive and well...what's to say he's not just making things up as he goes?

Rue blinked in, humming softly under her breath. She glanced up with a start and a short, inward gasp that cut off the music instantly, then relaxed as she realized where she was and smiled. “Finally...I thought this place was done with me.” The girl glanced down, suddenly realizing what she was wearing: a light violet onesie with a dark purple camo pattern. “Oh, this is weird. The colors make it completely useless, but...it’s kind of pretty, I guess?” She shrugged. “It could definitely be worse,” She looked back up and around at the rest of them, who seemed to be wearing similar outfits. “So what are we doing?”

She didn't want to think about this Arlo girl he had clamored on about her, that wasn't the case for Noctin nor Navy, but here he was explaining to her they had come back alive and well...what's to say he's not just making things up as he goes? With hesitation, Myrnin reached out and patted her arm. "7S," he agreed. "I saw her last week. 7S ... that is her way. You can't allocate who should and shouldn't have died in that room. No one should have died. But I'm back, alive. And I've met all the others who I remember from that room again. I swear to you." Then he withdrew his hand, which probably hadn't been welcome to begin with. He looked away, frowning. "As for your question. Evil people don't know they're evil. They just think what they've done was the best good they can be. I can't tell you if what I did was evil, but for me it seemed to be the only way out of a situation with causing the least amount of harm. So many of us died in that room. Arlo went crazy, so did some of the others. Some people," he remembered Nore, "Were always insane and that was just an excuse to show it. The thought of Matteo, or Touka, or 7S getting out of that room with blood on their hands was worse then making myself the villain. Sooner or later, if the room had continued, peaceful blinkers would have become killers. I've lived with the nightmares of what that means before. I didn't want them to look in the mirror and see what they did looking back. I would have preferred they hated me then hated themself, because at least I am a demon you can see." He crossed his arms and he was the one who looked down this time. "I've fought too many demons in my own head. I wanted to make sure the House didn't add one to theirs." Only then did he look up, voice gentle again. "But you're right. It wasn't something done without consequences, even if they weren't bodies." His own eyes were red, no longer the same green. But they were down-turned, saddened eyes. He wasn't angry. Just reminded. "I'm sorry, Chamomile. 7S ... she promised me something a long time ago. That if I ever did something unforgivable that she would stop me. You have nothing to pay for. What you did was stop me. I expected it." He sighed. "I don't know if what I did was evil or not. It's you who can dictate that. I can't and will not judge you whatever you decide. But you are not to blame for what 7S did. There was nothing you could do. You and her are still alive. That's what matters."

Sleepover room -- au Samuel -- ®Hawkpath® Razzle Dazzle <Raintalon> Sησω "I think," said Sam to Rue. "That we were just ... talking about the room. And theorizing how to get out?" He didn't know about that last bit. He reached down, picking up another piece of paper. "They just have prompts on them and things," said Sam to Touka this time. He read this one out loud, "Share an interest and see if there are any in common." He looked up through his eyelashes at Julia and shrugged. "I don't know. Exiting a room might not be that simple." Be he wasn't a long term blinker. He looked at Rue and Touka instead, like they would have a better idea of what was going on. He knew the latter had been a clone here. He remembered that. He chewed at his lip a little, trying to forget how that had gone. This was a different Touka, right? So ... he needed to be careful not to show any reaction. He didn't know if she knew what had happened before.

Sleepover / ougi (rabbit pajamas)-samuel-julia-touka "Coffee..." Ougi raised one eyebrow. It was certainly a... strange favorite food. "We can do something else," she continued, addressing Samuel, "but I don't think ignoring one thing in favor of the other will get us anywhere. This room seems to have an objective for us, I'm sure you've noticed." She looked him up and down, as if assessing his reactions to the food discussion. She bent to the side at the waist to get closer to Julia, her face popping the personal space bubble to get close to the woman's. "This place wants us to make friends," she told her. It was in a mimicked, cheating-on-a-test voice, and she retreated shortly after, bunny ears bobbing from the movement.

Touka offered Rue a friendly wave as she joined the circle. “Yo.” Then, she turned her attention back on Samuel, leaning in to read with him as he snatched a new prompt. ‘Share an interest and see if there are any in common’. So this was...like a sleepover room, complete with icebreakers. Fairly harmless, unless you included the painful awkwardness sure to come from all these people trying to do icebreakers. Still. It wasn’t dangerous, at least not at first glance(you never could trust the House completely), and that was a step up. So why not go along with it? “I think Ougi’s right,” she said, after a moment. “If the House wants us to do these prompts, doing them might be the fastest, least dangerous way out.” She took a breath, looking back at the paper. She didn’t really want to start, in case she made a fool out of herself. This whole situation was giving her flashbacks to middle school.

Sleepover // Timewarped Julia Julia cringed and took a couple steps backwards as Ougi leaned in. Her power played a factor in it - she didn't even know if it worked here, but transmitting energy to near strangers especially when not needed wasn't something she intended to do. Mostly it was because she simply didn't like being that close to people. Unfortunately, it was beginning to seem true - they had to make friends to get out of here. After a couple minutes of staying silent, she looked back towards the rest of the group. So now the prompt was hobbies. "I've always liked gardening. Studying medicine can also be pretty nice." As she mentioned this, a smile briefly appeared on her face.

Sleepover room -- au Samuel -- Rue, Julia, Touka, Ougi
"I like playing video games," admitted Samuel. He was mildly glad that Ougi had moved on to someone other than him to invade the personal space of. But since Touka and she hadn't been the one to answer the prompts, he looked over at them. He did comment on what Julia said, however, because he figured it was appropriate, "Do you garden where you come from?" He wasn't sure where she come from, or where any of the others came from either. He looked at Rue, unsure what she wanted to do.

Sleepover / ougi (rabbit pajamas)-samuel-julia-touka-rue Ougi crossed her arms when Julia and Samuel responded to the prompt. Well, it certainly wouldn't hurt her to have some extra information on these blinkers. But she didn't have much to contribute herself. In any case, she decided to step away from the closet and sit down on some of the sleeping bags. "Come on. Don't you all want to be a little more comfortable?" she asked, passing Rue and sitting with legs crossed, looking up at them. Her hands were on her knees; if anyone could look formal while sitting cross-legged in a rabbit costume on a bunch of sleeping bags, it was Ougi. "Hmm..." she didn't seem to be giving it much thought, but apparently it took a little while to come up with something. "I like math," she informed the group.

I was going to have her blink into the living room but I'm going to put her in the sleepover room if that's still ok with you since I think she was only there for a few posts.) "-do a thing like that?" Eliyen said as she appeared in the sleepover room again. She was standing in front of the counter, her hands flat on it's surface, smiling slightly as she looked down at someone who was no longer there, a glint of mischief in her eye. Her smile fell and she let out a sigh when she realized no one was there. "Aw, now? I wanted to find out what the job was." Oh well, at least she hadn't been about to sit down when she'd blinked- she looked ridiculous enough in... whatever it was that the House was forcing her to wear.

(That's fine, Arlo! ) Sleepover room -- Vanessa -- --cato phoenixShe'd blinked in wearing a silvery night shirt and pants. Possibly in a pale shade of lavender, but it depended on the lighting. It had really hardly been more then a few seconds more than the last time she had blinked in, so Vanessa was a bit surprised over the change in scenery. "How odd," she commented, her accent still thick. She turned slowly, noticing Eliyen. "Hello," she greeted. "Who are you?" Her head tilted just a little. She was interested to know who the House was throwing at her this time.

Sleepover // Julia in flower PJs "Yes," Julia replied with a nod. The flowers in her hair would have been considered a hint to some, but they were absent in this room. "Do you do any?" Samuel hadn't said it was his hobby, but she couldn't help but ask. As for what he did mention, she couldn't say anything. Video games weren't really her thing. She flashed a quick glance towards Ougi, but still didn't comment.

Hange blinked into the living room, staggering under the weight of a cylindrical fuel tank about the size of a very large cat. The cap was unscrewed and hanging from the opening at the end, causing fuel to slosh haphazardly all over the stained jumpsuit the scientist was currently wearing. “Coming, coming!” they called, holding it up high, then stopped, lowering it so they were supporting its weight in one muscular hand. The other hand they waved in the air , scolding. “House, House...this is a most inconvenient time to pull me here. I have an enormous backlog of 3D maneuver gear to fix...ah, well. Perhaps a break wouldn’t be the worst thing.” They set the canister down with a thud and sighed, sloshing yet more fuel onto the carpet and releasing a harsh, acrid smell into the air.

Sherlock appeared about a foot above the ground, his coat whipping behind him as though he were standing in the eye of a hurricane, a slightly manic look in his bright blue eyes as he opened his mouth to shout. Clutched tightly in both arms was an enormous flamethrower aimed directly at something that was now the center of the room, black smoke pouring ominously from its mouth as he slammed his fist down on the trigger. Alarm flashed through the intense focus on his thin face as he registered the change in his surroundings. “Look out!” He shouted, and promptly chucked the flamethrower at the wall as hard as he could. He spun on his heel as he heard another voice, and he grinned at the newer blinker, taking in the sight and smell of the hazardous substance in an instant. “Could have been a lot worse, eh?” He remarked. His amusement at the idea of explosions leaked into his tone, and he waved a gloved hand vaguely in the direction of his cracked flamethrower. “Too bad technology doesn’t work or we might be a tad singed.” The detective smirked. “Anyway, hello again Hange, been in any rooms lately?”
