*licks lips* Hum, that I would definitely go to. I've never been out of the USA. Check that. I've never been off the continent, because even though I'd love to visit Hawaii or Alaska, I haven't... Uh... I wanna travel. Greece, China, Japan, Ireland, Britain, Germany, ect.

International travel is my goal for next year - Canada and the US are my priority, then Europe. I also really want to go to New Zealand.

I love Otto. He's my problematic fave, and is probably my favourite character to draw, so you'll probably be seeing a lot more of him in the future, along with some useless trivia, because who doesn't like that?

Europe may be a little harder. New Zealand would be awesome to see. I also want to visit Australia (I've checked out books on it simply because I was passing by and thought 'oh, cool. The place Dingoleap live'. I'm odd, aren't I? )

Europe is really hard to get to from here - its like a 20 hour flight or something, and you have to stop in either Singapore or Dubai to change planes, since there are no direct flights. Australia really is great. There are so many nice beaches on the coast, and further inland we have all those cool landmarks. Just remember sunscreen! Hahaha, you're not that weird XD

A good solution I've found in a working holiday, where you go overseas and get a job. That way, you only have to pay for your airfares, because you have a steady income. Studying a semester abroad when you get to university could also be an idea. Both are options I'm considering c: It's a good way to do it. Yep, I like to know things! And I like to plan very thoroughly. Good! Sunburn is awful!
Being mildly weird is good. Who wants to be normal anyway.

Well, I do research about the country, but not so much about how to get there in the first place. Oh, trust me, I know. XD Not me, that is for sure.I finally started 3 of hearts. I've wanted to explore my main love triangle in The Game for ages. I really hope I can put what I see in my head into words.

No worries! I get pretty obsessive with my research. I like to be thorough - its kind of been hammered into me over the years. The more thorough, the better. Except when I include too much information and get marked down for that... Yep. It's awful.
Me neither.
oooh, yay! That's awesome! I'll have to check it out!

I'm pretty thorough in my research for the things I enjoy doing a lot. (So, ask me anything about Greece, but ask me how to get to Greece and we have a problem. XD )
So far, just the sneak peaks up. I'm considering doing something...a little unorthodox with my story, however. I've wanted to do it for some stories for The Game for a long time, but never really knew how it would be treated. What do you think of complementing a story with pictures. Like, drawing out a single still or two stills for a chapter or adding a picture to enhance the scenes?

Researching things I like = good fun Researching things I hate = effective torture Now, if only more school projects fell into the former category...
Geography has never been my strong suit, but I'm pretty good at navigating my way through areas I'm familiar with. For overseas countries, the most I can do is memorise the flight routes and what airports they land, and what method of transport will get me from the airport to where I need to go. I don't really trust google maps, though, since you can't properly orientate the map. Give me good old fashioned paper maps any day. And then of course, one day I googled how to get to Vancouver to Whistler, and google maps assumed I wanted to walk there, which it claimed would take almost 90 days and would loop me through half he district. Thanks, google.
honestly, I think it would be a really good idea, as long as the pictures didn't distract from the actual story. I think you could pull it off, though. I'd recommend other black and white colouring or simple colouring. I've only seen it done once before, and even then it was only character art, but illustrating actual scenes would be very effective, and could help further the plot, as long as it doesn't distract.

Go Mint! I can't wait to see!
In other news, I'm working on a coloured piece that I hope to finish this week to celebrate cracking 100 followers on Tumblr, so keep your eyes out! I'm attempting to cram the main characters and the more important secondary characters into one artwork (I'm thinking a mock selfie, because it makes the most sense for why they're all hanging out together)

I'll see if I can get it up today and a new Where There's Smoke chapter tomorrow. I'd follow you, but I don't have Tumblr yet. I'm following you in spirit. XD That would be really cool! Now I want to do one. O.O I've actually been wanting to do a picture of all my major RP character and OC for my signature for a long time.

Awesome, Mint! I can't wait!
You're honestly not missing much. I post waaaay more art/writing here, because it gets more attention over here. I mostly run a travel blog over there.
Character selfies for the win! Man, I have so many good ideas for future drawings. I've been listening to Halsey's 'Badlands' album, and for literally every song I go 'oh, oh, that line fits that character/that scene perfectly! I have to draw this!'

Halfway through writing the new Where There's Smoke chapter and have one and a half pages done for my comic. Procrastination is still present. >.<
Travel blogs still something cool, though.
I've been really planning out doing one of those. Only I kind of want to do one with them in front of a 'Welcome To' sign. :3 I've been listening to Rainmaker by Emmelie de Forest. I love this song.

Hey, you're making more progress then me! I've set aside some time today to work on comic pages, so hopefully I'll make some progress. I think I'll start uploading pages next month, but I want to have a good backlog of pages first.
Its fun to blog about, that's for sure. Such a nice aesthetic.
That sounds awesome, Mint! I can't wait to see! I haven't heard that song! I'll have to look it up!

Chapter's finished and posted. I also finished the comic pages for Poisoning the Sea (just have to scan them) and I've got a page and a half done of The Name No One Knows. So I just need to finish the prologue for 3 of Hearts. I have a good backlog of pages for my comic. But they just aren't finished pages. I got so into the plot I just did a ton of thumbnails and not the pages. Neither can I. I've gotten a bit of a draft done of it and playing around with my ruler (for perspective.)

Yay! I'll have to check it out!
Oooh, nice! I'm going to work on comic pages today. I've done the lines for the first once, but I decided last minute to colour, since I found some really good tutorials, and I was hit by a sudden burst of inspiration! I might do the lines for the next couple of pages before I start colouring, though. Ah, must be nice to have some sort of backlog! I did manage to do the thumbnails for the rest of the 'prologue' though O.o

I'm finishing these comic pages today. Bottom line, Mint. You have to do it, Mint. Stop procrastinating Mint. You told Blue you'd have them up... That sounds cool, Dingo! Can't wait to see your comic. I used to have backlog for TNNOK, but I left for a month (Nov. 2016) and posted everything I did in that month instead of holding onto pages. x.x I regret.
