Cora was a little distance away and had been traveling in her animal form because she feels less attention is on her. She despises people staring at her noticeably blind eye when she is in her human form. But she also loves walking in the husky form. Soon she gets a feeling a dread and starts moving towards it slightly hoping to run into some of the other Zodiac's but also hoping that she was imagining the dread feeling. the blinks wondering if the other Zodiac's would recognize her howl and lets out a long howl.
(I couldn't really think of anything to really start with. I'm sorry...)

( thank you ! cx i'm really sorry for my delayed reply - it has been a very strange week with a lot of things going on... mainly because of ap classes /flops also i added in a concept where they can remember bits and pieces of their past (just for this one scene), but i'd be more than happy to edit it out if you don't like it!! i'm sorry for not asking you about that before - i was just itching to finally type out something asap )
“What do we do? Oh, what in heaven’s name do we do?” A panicked, pallor face peered at the tall, dark-haired man with such fright. “We’ll never get out of his situation, Long(Dragon).”
Ah, yes. This was a memory from a long time ago. A very, very long time ago. When they hadn’t been captured in cages. This was the time when they had still roamed around as they pleased for centuries as those who had once been looked up to for guidance. A time when they could take a glimpse at the bright sky as they pleased, when they could walk with those who they wished. The memories came in short, static clips that were completely blurred at the edges. It was as if he were getting a glimpse into a movie that were from its earliest stages of development back in the day, when things had not made so much sense. He could not remember these short clips of the past as he pleased.
Standing with his dark eyes trained in the direction of the dark palace where shadows fell and seeped through the windows, the man with dark hair only rested his thin hand on his waist, his shoulders relaxed. His robes fell in elegant waves down his sides, and his silky sleeves trailed across the smooth floor. “Calm down, Min-soo. It’s all right.” His dark eyes glanced down at the boy. “We’ll get through this in no time.”
Beckett's reaction was no different from that short, blurred memory - calm and collected. If the shock wave had affected him, it couldn’t be seen on Beckett’s face. Instead, he stood with his posture unchanging, the atmosphere around himself unwavering even when high-pitched whirring noises started to escape crashed cars from Charlie's rush of clarivoyance. The only sign of what he could be thinking of could be seen in his darkened eyes, though his lips quirked in the smallest hint of what could have been perceived as a wry smile. “And what a flashy entrance that was.”
It was then he heard a long howl. Cora. That howl belonged to Cora, didn’t it?

( ahh take your time c; i was thinking that the chipped memories basically come from the time wayy before when they were still looked up at - basically when they were still gods/immortals and scattered about with their own travels the memory that i wrote out is a quick glimpse of a time in beckett's past during this time era when there was a situation to be panicked about, though he reacts pretty calmly to it - just like how he usually is even now as 'beckett.' it's a little vague, but i left it like that on purpose to maybe develop it as the rp goes on c: )

ᴄᴇʟʟɪsᴛ (Ugh I hate how this came out :T) "Tùzǐ (Rabbit), come see something," a voice spoke to him, coming from a tall, lazy-looking man. "Higuma (Brown Bear), the last time you "showed me something", we got in so much trouble with the locals!" The blonde only pouted at the brown-haired male when he grinned, deciding "You were the noisy one. Anyway, that's not what this is this time. I found something. Come on!" The shorter male watched the taller one crouch, and change shape. The brown bear began to walk through the small village, a rabbit soon following. The humans who saw did nothing though, only smiling and greeting them as they passed. "You should consider making Japan your permanent home," Higuma decided "You must not like your own, after all, seeing as you changed your look entirely." Tùzǐ giggled, and said "I may be a native to China, but I was born in its image. My family was made different, so we'd stand out more. Not that it matters. I was.. they "let me go. Even my creator won't see me. It said I barely deserved to be one of the Zodiac. I'd like to stay with you, but I can't. I'm considering heading to what they call the Americas instead.""Then I'm coming too!" Higuma declared, looking excited. "No, you're not," Tùzǐ said, hopping along "You're assigned to your home here as its guardian. Plus, my creator is already angered by you for taking interest in me. Says that "Zodiac are above conversing with lowly, disgusting temple spirits", and it surprises me nothing has been done to you yet." The bear laughed, snorting "Lowly? I've butted heads with that oversized lizard you call a friend!" Silence rang out as they left the area, the bear leading them to a thick forest of trees and rocks. Eventually, Higuma stopped at the mouth of a large cave covered in the burned remains of plant life, and reeked of blood. "Higuma...?" Tùzǐ spoke, unsure. "I found this while chasin an Oni. An entire horde was having some celebration or other." They walked into the cave. Torches cheesily lit the way to a large wall, with scratches on it in Higuma's native coding. "It says," the bear translated "Basically, that a thirteenth god shall be born of the previous twelve, and bring paradise of a new world out of the old." "Well, that doesn't sound bad-""By issuing its destruction."Tùzǐ blinked his tiny eyes, then looked back up at the written language. Such a shame he couldn't read it. "Well, you have to come back home with me, so we can tell the other-" The small rabbit stopped, hearing the soft chatters of unwelcome guests. Shouts of "kill them", "rabbit flesh", and "spy" rang through the air, and Higuma narrowed his eyes. "We need to leave," he said in a hushed voice "Must be more Oni." They both turned around, just as the red and green creatures appeared in the entrance of the cave. "Tùzǐ, teleport," Higuma ordered, standing on his hind legs. "But what about you?" The rabbit questioned. "That wall depicts the coming of jigoku (hell) for this Earth," Higuma said, fur growing longer and longer "You will convince your family to listen, even though I've told you very little. If they don't take your word for it, then let them suffer in the coming of this "thirteenth god." They'll have deserved it. Now, go!" Tùzǐ squeaked when an Oni tried to nab him, but Higuma swiped a massive, elongated paw, cutting the monster messily in half. "Next time we meet, it'll be in tengoku (heaven) or konoyo no jigoku (hell on earth.)" Higuma sent a handful of Oni flying, just as Tùzǐ warped out of the area. At a safer spot, he glanced back just in time to see the cave, and everything within a mile radius, explode in a torrent of rock, bark, earth and leaves. Higuma favored his powers over earth. The rabbit had been thrown back a little. He wanted to go search for the guardian, but knew he had something more important. He tried returning to his homeland, but the creator of the Zodiac would have none of it. Tùzǐ was shunned once again. He didn't even get to talk. Eventually he just gave up. And with his giving up, the dulling of his determination, came darkness. Evil rising up, gaining confidence as the word, unknown to the other Zodiac, of the coming death of their prey spread. Even when he felt the darkness heading toward the other Zodiac, he did nothing. No use in trying to convince someone who won't listen, Tùzǐ thought, and left both lands to head to America, like he told Higuma. Some time passed, and the rabbit stopped trying to warn anyone. Just lived with a few settlements, watching as the world developed."What's your name, mister?" A child waiting with his mother asked him one day, many centuries into the future. The blonde smiled as he sat contentedly on his bench, answering "Charlie. What's yours?"The Rabbit stayed how he was, body horribly damaged, unable to move. He felt... bad, mentally. If they'd have just... listened then they could've tried to do something about it. Now, with pieces coming together, it seemed unlikely. What made Kronos so "scary" was how... diverse his soul was. Twelve parts. He sensed some of the Dragon, Boar, Rooster, himself and so on inside of the wretched being. Twelve gods giving birth to a thirteenth. It just had to be what was mentioned all that time ago. The idea made him whine softly, aura trembling still. He should've tried harder. Maybe it was his fault now. Either way, he didn't get much time to think about it at the moment, his eyes closing as he blacked out for the umpteenth time.

( it looks good ! don't worry c: )
In their reign, the Dragon had not been able to see most of the other Zodiacs often. They had been spread across everywhere, after all, never quite lingering for too long in one sole place. Some chose to, but others were frequently and zealously migrating from one place to the other. He’d often remembered their faces when he was alone, sitting in the middle of the large room with its wooden floor and the gently creak of the stairs that had become reassuring after years.
Where were they all now? What were they doing? He’d remembered the Rabbit’s face as well - it felt like he hadn’t seen the bundle of happiness in what felt like years. Had the smaller Zodiac moved somewhere else? Usually he could feel the small presence of the Zodiacs - as if they were all connected together. But the Rabbit’s had disappeared over the months, and it worried him. He was usually forced to suppress any kind of worry with the entrance of someone frantically calling for him, though.
Eventually he’d become more and more immersed with the situations that followed and the wars that raged. There hadn’t been time for him to sit down alone and search for the threads of the other Zodiacs, or wonder where and what they were doing. Not with the chaos that seemed to follow and the darkness that seemed to engulf every corner, swallowing everything and anything in its gaping jaws.
It had been dawn when the Dragon, with its head raising upwards at the vast shade of pinks and purples, first collapsed with its silver scales glistening in red with an exhausted sigh leaving its lips. It’s outstretched, serpentine body recoiled, and soon enough there was a man with dark hair and silver robes drenched with scarlet to replace its presence. The only sign that the man was alive was the small rise and fall of his chest. The vast, open field that he lay upon was a river of corpses, which were the sheathes to many arrows. The metallic scent of blood hung in the air. That much he could remember.
“Now then, what to do… Are you willing to follow that with me, Ollie?” Inquired Beckett as he glanced over at the slightly taller individual. Some part of him would feel more relief if the Ram decided to stay behind and look after the others - especially seeing by the fact that somewhere and somehow Cora had left the house and was possibly alone. Not to mention that he was worried that something would happen to Oliver, and if something were to, he’d certainly be devastated. But if he wished to come, Beckett would not stop him. He’d do everything and anything within his ability to keep the Ram safe.
Slowly, his body changed. A snout morphed in place, and wisps of gray unfurled from the sleek form of the Dragon. Its scaled rippled underneath the light, and its warm yet bold golden eyes looked into the distance, where Charlie had been thrown. Anyone would be able to grab onto Beckett’s back in his form, if they wished to do so.
Soon the Dragon was off into the air, its silver scales glistening underneath the light. It seemed to shift and blend in with the color of the sky, making it difficult for any mortals to see its soaring form. He was following the trail that was left for him by the Rabbit’s clinging soul.

ᴄᴇʟʟɪsᴛ (Anime said to pretend Oliver wasn't there. I'm not sure if they dropped the rp or took a small leave though... should I ask to clarify?? :'3) Even from where he was, he could feel the tremors of evil back home. The Signs that hadn't fled had decided to fight the evil. He could've been there too, literally being a living charm that warded off evil, so long as he had the positiveness to fuel it. The Rabbit simply didn't though. Not after Higuma. Someone could tell when the youthful Sign was happy. He could level an entire handful of states plagued by evil. Help drive it all off. Yet, ever since he left to America, he couldn't bring himself to be at his happiest. Couldn't bring himself to do too much at all. Not even when a messenger was sent, a lizard Familiar who was allied with the Dragon, to tell the Rabbit of the darkness that was swamping the most powerful Zodiac specifically. Charlie only shook his head, and said that he still would not be returning. The only reason he even stayed in his homeland was because of Higuma, the powerful guardian who could smite nearly every other Sign in a one on one fight."Why did you take so long?" the lazy man said, sitting in a patch of grass as the Rabbit showed up."I have more duties than you, Higuma," the blonde said "We can't spend every day together like we used to." He squeaked in surprise after settling down in the grass, cheeks warming as a pair of arms dragged him closer to the guardian. "Why not quit, Tuzi?" Higuma questioned, burying his face in the other's neck "You Zodiac, whether you realize it or not, slave away for the well-being of humans when less than half even thank you! You don't seem like the type to lead anyway." The Rabbit merely smiled, allowing his arms to wrap around the Brown Bear in return, deciding "The Zodiac are my family, so I want to help. That, and you don't need to have a big, bold spirit to lead. I'll be fine." Higuma only grumbled, tightening his hold slightly. "They grow bolder every day under the protection of Zodiac and temple spirits. I won't be surprised if they turn on us." The Rabbit said nothing in turn at that, only mumbling as he buried his face in Higuma's chest "Stop darkening the mood. I came here to enjoy you and the peace."His companion had been right, unfortunately. Humans had indeed turned on them. Chained and bound them like beasts they weren't. They were created to protect their homeland, or the world entirely. Yet, that still didn't keep Charlie from permanently abandoning them. The broken Rabbit managed a slight, painful sigh, soul quivering and curling up a little more. Maybe he'd get to see Higuma, if the other male had died (he never got to check.) That would be a true moment of happiness for Charlie, ever since he had to leave all those centuries ago. The thought made him calm a bit. Almost as if he were letting himself slip away. His dying was put on pause though, when he felt the vibrations of another. By default it was more powerful than his own because of its healthy condition. Poor thing couldn't even utter so much as a whimper. He was trying to heal himself, but it simply wasn't working yet against such damage. Was he going to die? Perhaps. Or not, because he couldn't leave his family so suddenly, not when they were still being hunted. The thought made him, painfully, manage a pitiful whine, his weak aura hugging Beckett's as much as he could. As much as it hurt, like it was ripping his head open, Charlie still projected something. Gave the Dragon a vision through their linked souls. Showing him the memories of that day he lost contact with his favorite bear. Showing him the memories of the prophecy, the wall, how much Charlie tried to tell them. Like he was now, just in case he died or became unable to speak. Or something. It all caused him to pass out yet again. If he weren't the god of youth and health, he probably would've died from blood loss alone. Or the broken bones, or torn insides.

It wasn’t his memories that flooded through his mind. The images that flashed past his eyes, the words that unraveled in his head - they belonged to someone else. He saw the lips of a man, who he was quite familiar with due to their little mischievous head-to-head encounters in the past, curl lazily. He saw strange writings that he could read for a moment before they vanished, and saw the dismissive wave of their creator’s hand.
All these colourful, vibrant memories rolled through his head, and even if he tried to keep them out, they kept coming. A hollowness engraved in his chest. Was that everything that had happened? For a moment, Beckett’s vision darkened. He hadn’t been aware of the way their creator had shunned the Rabbit - and how he’d left to the foreign land as a result. All those wars and bloody fights that had happened consecutively - all that darkness and the losses of those he’d kept close had been a result of miscommunication?
It’s his fault, a voice hissed in the back of his head, fleering soon afterwards. If he’d told you, you would not have had to bleed. Don’t you see? He’s selfish. All he had to do was reach out for you, and yet he didn’t - he ran. You lost them because of him. The image of a woman with a gentle-face flickered by. He could see her outstretched hand in his direction and her warm brown eyes that were so understanding and loving. She disappeared behind a wave of shadows and snapping jaws with glittering teeth. The boy, Min-Soo, with his wide eyes and shy, melodic laughs vanished underneath a torrent of arrows and spears. For a moment, his heart stopped.
Focus, Beckett. They’re gone.
The Dragon only narrowed its dark golden eyes as it continued to soar, curling and effortlessly moving through the air that caressed its cheeks. It’s my fault, not his. I should’ve known better, he answered the whispers calmly, and the images of the two people shattered entirely, their blank eyes fading away into nothing.
My orders are not to take any of you just yet. They say to take you when you beg for it, which will happen soon. The words of the gnarly, looming mass slipped past his head. His vision stretched out so far, and for the first time in a long while, Beckett felt an odd sense of freedom. If only the situation at hand were different.
Then, his sight focused on the form of the Rabbit. This could be a trap, he knew. Did it matter? Either way, the Rabbit would die if he refused to move. And so he deftly dove down, the silver scales along his sides rippling.

ᴄᴇʟʟɪsᴛCharlie was still unconscious, unaware the Dragon decided to still help him. He'd half expected its winding, elegant form to turn away and fly off. Either way, he was not to immediately find out. He was trapped in his dreams, which took the form of more memories. In the many generations after leaving home, the Rabbit had become a farmer. It allowed him a quiet, gentle life. And no, he didn't use his powers to cheat anymore either. He would've, but Higuma would always whine if he found out. One day, when Tuzi was still fresh out of creation, he had been obsessed with growing things. As the Rabbit watched a patch of rice grow, he jumped out of his skin when someone yelled "What're you doing?! Rice doesn't even grow on this terrain!" Turning, he saw a little boy running up to him, armed with a stick. He laughed when the small human tripped on himself on the way. "If I don't have powers," the boy decided "No one can use them on my father's property. Go away!" The blonde laughed softly, asking "You don't know who I am, do you?" The boy blinked once, asking suspiciously "Er... no. Should I?" The older male only smiled, and got up, the rice patch disappearing neatly as he did. As he left, the boy whined "Wait! At least tell me your name!"
"Tuzi. Now, you have to tell me yours."
"I'm Higuma!"
"Brown Bear? You're made of sticks, armed with a stick."
"Well... you're named Rabbit!"
"That's because it suits me. Goodbye, Higuma."
And they didn't see each other for many years. Not until he was invited to a village in place of his creator. Of course, everyone greeted him, praised him for his help across the land. The Rabbit would just smile and greet them back. Once at the place of destination, he was met with big, tall male with a head of long, messy brown-black hair. "You?" The guard questioned, blinking "You're the Rabbit?" The blonde looked up at the lazy-looking, rather lanky figure, still staring. To think, such a small child could grow into such a figure. His soul, so frail before, was now thunderous, like a booming heartbeat of warmth. After collecting himself, he said "I'm more surprised in this situation. How you've grown, Higuma. What spirits have saved you though? You should look thousands of years old! Or be dead!" Higuma smiled, saying proudly "I tried saving a bear cub from being killed by some dogs. They got us both though. I met the cub in tengoku though, and she granted me life in exchange I use the second chance for good. So, here I am. I protect them now."
"But where's your stick?" Tuzi asked with a giggle as he walked past a glaring Higuma. And so the meeting finally started, concerning the increased appearance of corrupted souls. They'd been taking people caught alone, or weak souls. "You neighbor us," the officials told the Rabbit "Can't your master send us a few of Zodiac to help Higuma?" They were met with a shaking head though, and a response of "No. According to our creator, we were made to protect humans from destruction. This sounds like a small-scale bout of kidnappings. Summon another temple spirit perhaps?" No one looked super happy, but they knew he had been right. The meeting was eventually dismissed. As the Sign left, he noticed Higuma trotting to catch up. "How's your rice patch going, Tuzi?" The Bear asked. "Wonderful," was the response "I'm considering having it grow in you while you sleep."
"Please tell me you've at least grown something without magic," Higuma sighed.
"...." "That's saddening. Come. I'm going to show you how to farm."
The Rabbit shook his head, saying "I'm on a tight schedule and an even tighter leash. I need to get home." The taller figure wouldn't have it though, saying "Nope. Not until I've showed you how not to cheat." And, soon, they were on the land Higuma owned. He wasn't a peasant or anything, actually one of the higher class (because he could level the village and then some if he wanted.) He just liked to help provide for his people. Taking Tuzi to a patch of ground, he said "Here. We're going to plant a potato. I was going to when I came back anyway, so we don't need to tend the land. I already did." And so he had the Rabbit plant on his own, guiding him through it. "And now, you will come back every day to check on your potato. Name him."
"Name a potato? And why is it a boy-"
"Name. Your. Potato."
"Fine! His name is Tudou (Potato)!"
"....""It feels do much better to do it like the humans!" The Brown Bear said with a smile when the day to harvest Tudou came "It's almost like he's our baby." Tuzi laughed, saying "Like I'd ever even bed you, Higuma." He blushed at the smirk the other gave him, saying "I always make a note to update my list of goals." Turning away, he looked down at the potato, asking "Can I keep him?" Higuma blinked once, then decided "Only if you still come see me. If you don't, I'll go to you!" The Rabbit shook his head frantically, saying "No, I'll come visit!" Higuma laughed, and brought the shorter man into a hug, deciding "A bear and a rabbit with a potato as a child. I'm the father, you know.""Why can't I be a father too??"Charlie still had Tudou the Potato. In a little basket, sitting on a kitchen counter. The other Zodiac knew where it had come from, so they never asked about why he didn't throw it out. Sadly, Tudou would die too if Charlie did, because the magic preserving it would fade away. The Rabbit thought about all of this as he slept, unable to wake up as his body shut down. He tried to stay though, still feeling the Dragon's aura. The thought of the other still showing concern made his aura quiver slightly, like crying. He wanted to cry out to Beckett, reach his little paws and cling to the scaly, graceful Dragon. Apologize for not trying harder to tell the other Zodiac. All he was able to do at the moment though, was look pitiful. Thankfully though, his powers finally started to kick in. However, they were weak, sluggish and slow. In his sleep it was doubled the problems. His soul wanted to repair itself though, so it was going to try. It was very, very, very faint, but his aura increased in brightness, and its hold on Beckett tightened just slightly.

B e c k e t t
The air seemed to thicken. It didn’t take long for the Dragon to feel its lungs being slowly filled with a weighty pressure that made it much more difficult for it to breathe. The closer it approached the little form of the rabbit, the more he felt shadows snaking over his serpentine form. Was it because of that thing they had seen earlier? Was it somehow influencing the atmosphere around the young Zodiac? Setting its jaws, the Dragon forced the muscles in its shoulders to relax and dove at an even quicker velocity than before. It was moving quickly, so quickly like a snake in the desert or a swordsman surging forward with his first strike - yet it felt like it were taking hours and hours to reach the Rabbit. The whispers in his mind seemed to grow threateningly until he pressed them down, ignoring their jeers.
Then, finally, after what seemed like years in his head, the Dragon curled protectively around the small Rabbit with smoke unfurling from its long tail and a little around its glistening silver form. It was as if the space around the Rabbit were being blanketed with snow. Contrary to its size and its sharp claws, the Dragon’s gem-like golden eyes, which practically glowed, were warm - like the aura that encircled it and gently took a hold of that of Charlie’s, wrapping around the much fragile one.
“Come on, Charlie,” murmured Beckett as he gently picked the much smaller sign up in his hands, careful to keep his silver form curled around the Zodiac, shielding him from whatever could still be there, lurking amongst the shadows. “Hang in there.” The Rabbit wouldn’t be able to take anymore than he already had - but Beckett could. If something were to leap at them, he’d be ready.
( sorry for the short reply ! it's almost 2am over here so this is probably badly written x~x )

ᴄᴇʟʟɪsᴛ (I like it :3) Charlie could only twitch his little foot slightly, in response to Beckett's touch. His aura twitched and quivered, in fear of the darkness lurking nearby. How saddening, that the Zodiac have been reduced to hiding and treading lightly wherever they went. There wasn't much they could do for now though, so the Rabbit pushed the thought aside. His tiny aura seemed to vibrate a little more gently, like a purr as the Dragon's warm soul encased it. The strength it held seemed to aid his own powers in speeding up a little more. It would still take days, if not weeks, for him to heal completely, but progress was progress. Little eyes opening, he glanced up at the silvery form coiled around him, feeling bad that the other was subjected to most of the darkness swirling around. Charlie hesitated, but forced the broken, bloody gears in his body to turn, to function. Poor Rabbit looked like he was seizing as his aura reached put, bright and large and pushing at the darkness. Moving it back as it formed a sphere around Beckett. Perhaps it would keep him well enough to make it back to the hideout. At the cost of little Charlie further damaging his body. Breath hitching and muscles freezing, it looked rather painful, but that didn't matter to him. The Dragon was bothering to shield him, so he'd do the same. Besides some slight shaking, the sphere stayed strong because it was made of the Rabbit's will. Besides the blackness bullying them at the moment, there were no other dark beings in the area. They'd all left, even that looming aura that had met up with them earlier. Just thinking about it made Charlie's fear return yet again, causing the bright sphere to jolt, but remain whole. Why life couldn't be easy, no one would ever be sure. The challenges were what made it interesting though, Charlie would give it that. The problem was how many challenges there were. He briefly wondered, as much as he could think beyond the seizing, what things would be like if they'd just given in to their captors? Would they be twelve enslaved weapons? Or dead remains scattered underground, souls used to further fuel the monster they made? When his body began to finally get used to the strain, the seizing turned to numb throbbing and weak tremors. The burst of energy had gone down to a faint, gentle flow. The sphere of brightness was still there, though it had lost about half of its solidity. At least it still kept the darkness out, as it worked harder to do its job. As usual, Charlie was straining himself for the well-being of others. He felt the weight and pressure bearing down on Beckett as he'd come to retrieve him, and didn't want it to last. The Rabbit wanted to drive it off as much as he could, even if it spent energy he could in no way afford. Another set of whispers and hisses snapped out at them, calling the Dragon and Rabbit rude and horrible things as negative energy pushed, banged against Charlie's sphere. The Rabbit whimpered, feeling like a grape being hit with rocks as the energy attacked the sphere. Once again was he rendered unconscious, but he maintained the protection. Anyone inside the sphere was not subjected to the majority of the harshness. Yes, they could still hear the verbal insults, but nothing negative touched them. Well, the Dragon anyway. The bright sphere was made of the Rabbit's being. His thoughts, feelings and self. So, honestly, he was taking 99.9% of the blows, the hits and feelings of the shadows as they bit and banged at the sphere. Yet, he did nothing to retract the protection, and that just made the malevolent energies angrier, which meant more abuse. How it was even possible to further damage his frail, broken form was a mystery, but one could see it as it happened. And still, as his conscious was torn at, he whimpered in his sleep, aura vibrating as it weakly fought against the abuse, like a muscle straining to stay flexed and tightened. "I'm... fine... can... do it..." his thoughts snaked into open, yet it remained in the heads of those with the ability to hear it. This only made the dark forces chatter and laugh as they continued their assault. Poor Charlie refused to take down his wall though. Nothing got in, and nothing was going to leave without his say so.
