It's revealed in Warriors Wiki's reference (Erin Hunter's chat) about Hollyleaf and the Power of Three.
So how does that count in the world of Warriors (instead of behind the scenes) about if Hollyleaf was one of the Three?
YES? because while we read book 1~3 she was set to be? NO? because such a setting (power) was never written into the book so it's something only in Vicky's mind?

*Sigh* She might have been made a good lie detector.

This is old news.
Personally, I don't mind the plot twist they gave her. It gave her the development she has now and turned her into one of the best characters in the series.

I agree, the reveal that she wasn't actually one of the three was one of the more interesting/less predictable plot points in the whole series. That said, maybe the only reason we didn't see it coming is because it wasn't initially intended.
