(How’ve you been?)
Riley chuckled. “I’m fine. You heard the doctor,” she promised. Sure, it was getting much harder to move around now, but she didn’t like being settled down. She wanted to stretch her legs as much as she could. “I’ll come,” she said again. Sure. It would probably be quicker if Mason went on his own, but she knew her parents wouldn’t mind a few extra minutes with the twins. She unbuckled and carefully slid out of the truck before meeting Mason on the other side. “We’ve got plenty of stuff at home right? Just here for the kids stuff and that juice we ran out of, right?” she asked.

(Busy, very busy. School and work are giving me no chill this semester. How have you been?)
At her words, Mason could only nod. There was no changing her mind. He knew she got stir crazy easily, especially this far along in the pregnancy. With her mobility limited and other aches and pains that came with carrying a child, he couldn't imagine it was fun most of the time. However, it would probably drive him crazy sitting still all day as well. Not to mention, he thought she looked adorable as she "waddled" about, and he used that term with every ounce of love and affection in his being. So, with that decided, he quickly got out of the car to try and help her out of the truck, but she had beat him to it. He sighed and smiled a bit in amusement as he took her hand. "Yes, I believe we're still good. It's just the kids that need their snacks refilled."

(Dang. Good luck. School’s been a little crazy for me but I haven’t gotten a new job yet so I don’t have much else to do)
Riley grinned when Mason agreed to her coming in. She knew he was worried about her, but she just couldn’t sit still all day. She’d always been that way and it was no different now. “Alright. Let’s make this a quick trip then,” she said, looking down as her phone buzzed. She pulled it out to read the text. “And my mom said we can stay for dinner if we want. She’s going to make that casserole,” she said, grinning. “Maybe we can pick up a cheesecake or something if we end up going to have dinner with them.” She always enjoyed going to see her family, and was glad that mason had a good relationship with her parents while he was struggling with his. “She said Elijah is there with his kids too.”

(I do and I’m not looking forward to getting a job)
Riley chuckled. “You know my mom is always willing to have us over,” she said. They often got invitations from her, but she also knew her mom would be overjoyed if Riley and Mason stopped by with the twins and stayed for dinner. She was just so used to having a full house and the only ones that lived there now were the twins. Even that wasn’t going to last long since they were college kids now and wanted to move into the dorms or an apartment soon. Then there’d be an empty house and she knew her mom would be lonely. Hopefully this third child would help keep its grandma busy. “Rolls would be good. Maybe those fancy bakery ones?”

With everyone safely inside, Matthias hoped behind the wheel once more and did a simple three-point turn. It was a good thing no one used this road much at night. Otherwise, it would have been riskier. And thus started the short journey home.
~*
Charles took in a deep breath once they were out in the meadow. It was just so nice out here, so open and free. While the town was nice as well, he enjoyed the peace that came with the wide expanse of fields unmarked by human hands. "So, where should we set up today?" he asked. Usually whenever he tagged along to watch her paint, he noticed she had a few favorite spots. Every once in a while they would go somewhere new to change the scenery, which was one reason why he asked the question to begin with. He didn't know where her creative mind was seeking inspiration.
(Thanks. ^^ ) Rocky took his seat in the open space beside Alexa and settled in beside her, however, he reached his head between the seats to sniff both of the men. Alexa pulled him back, "no, Rocky. Calm down." --- "Hmm..." Amelia responded thinking very deeply about this concern. What was she feeling today? "What about on top of the hill overlooking the town? We can see everything from there. Including the town, the mountains behind it, and the forest as well." It was a gorgeous spot to stay.

(I just hope you can find something you'll enjoy doing. That'll be what's important and maybe it won't be too bad.)
Mason nodded and walked with her down the aisles. "Oh, yeah, those are good," he said. "We should get a couple packs. Then we can take the rest home with us. That is, if we don't eat them all with diner. Do you think we should get any drinks?" he ask. You could tell the man was in a fairly good mood due to the speed in which he was bouncing from idea to idea as he talked.
"He's alright," Matthias assured her. The dog really didn't bother him. In fact, none of the guys ever cared if dogs were around. Even though they could tell they weren't normal humans, the men of the house adored having other canine companions. It was nice to have actual dogs who were simple minded and properly understood the ways of Pack. Unlike them who had to learn the hard way. Plus, dogs were just awesome. "So where did you say you were heading?" the man asked, glancing at her in the rear view mirror.
~*
"Sounds like the perfect spot," Charles agreed. He loved the view there himself. It just gave them the best vantage point to look down on the town and the world around it, as if proving how small this touch of society was compared the rest of nature in which surrounded it.

(I hope so. I’m definitely gonna be looking around at vet clinics this summer)
Riley chuckled as she listened to Mason jump from idea to idea. It was nice to hear him feeling good after the drama with his parents. She reached over to hold his hand as they went up and down the aisles. “We could probably grab a bottle of wine for my parents? I know she’s fully stocked on lemonade.” Lemonade had always been one of Riley’s favorite drinks, so her mother made sure they had plenty whenever Riley and Mason were invited over for dinner. “Unless she pulls the mom card and makes me drink milk.” Despite being fully grown and a mother to her own children, Riley’s mom still sometimes poured her daughter milk without asking what she wanted.

OOC:Text Thank you, but still. I gotta get the time to write a reply to these.)
Maverick felt a wide smile grace his lips as he felt Tori's head against his shoulder. For a moment he just rested his head against hers, before he continued eating. Soon enough he was done, and he sighed, chuckling. “I am so full, I couldn't eat another thing,” he said, before promptly eating another chip. “Okay, now I'm done.” Mav laughed gently. There was still some left. Probably about a third of what they started with.

Lach met her gaze when she finally looked up at his face. His eyes were soft, and there was a certain mix of emotions as well that usually showed up when he was looking at her, though he wasn't sure if she ever noticed it. Not that he minded though, sometimes it bothered him a little but usually heu thought it just added to her cuteness. Slowly he nodded, rubbing her shoulder with his thumb. “I'm sure, Celia. You're safe with me. Rest yourself, you need it.”
.-=-.-=-.
(Yeah I thought about that, like if it would still work out. I figured we could just say that it's why the memory is still fresh in the bad guys’ minds? I do wonder though, if Celia followed him to Earth within a few days, would that mean it would be mere seconds after Lach went though?)
(Also sorry I should have explained the look of the room now I think about it.)
Rico looked up at Phallon as she came over to the floor boards he was peering out of. He blinked, seeing that she was startled slightly by his sudden appearance. He hadn't meant to, but he supposed she obviously didn't expect to see his yellow eyes sticking out from under the floor. “Phallon, w-we gotta get out of here, before the Q-Queen finds out we're gone,” Rico said, his voice somewhat hushed in case there were Cards on the other side of the door.
Nira then jumped off his shoulder, climbing through the floorboards to look up at the girl. “I can show you two a way out through these tunnels. It's a bit of a walk but you won't be found,” She squeaked to Phallon.
.-=-.-=-.
Lachy felt a smile form on his face as she explained that she did indeed have a companion in the way of a bird. “Huh, that's nice of you, I guess she liked you too much to leave. Have you named her yet?” He asked curiously, cocking his head to the side a little.

(Oooh, that will be fun!)
Mason chuckled. "She's just making sure these kids of ours don't break your bones," he told her playfully. "You need all the milk you can get, especially with this one so close. We'll grab a bottle of wine on our way out." It had been a couple of days since the news of his parent's engagement was announced, and the man was simply trying not to think about it. If he did, then his bad mood would only cling. Riley didn't deserve to put up with him like that. So he forced it out of his mind for more important things to take his focus.
(Life's busy, I get it. Truth be told, I haven't been on as much as I used to either.)
Tori gave a nod of agreement, not wanting to lift her head. With her stomach full and the day drawing to a close, the young woman wanted nothing more than to just curl up beside her boyfriend and nap. However, they couldn't do that. As soon as they got back to the dorms, they would have to separate to their own rooms. Was there anything else you wanted to do? she asked.
~*
Celia held his gaze for a moment. The softness in them was a little new to her. Yeah, Lach never looked at her with negative or angry emotions unless she had done something to make him angry, but the normal times they spent around each other never held such... Did she even know the word that would describe it? Then again, she never really made a point to make eye contact with him unless conversation or situations called for it. It was almost enough to make her shy away, not from fear, but just from confusion. A couple heartbeats more and she finally broke his gaze. Without saying anything, the girl curled up under the blanket, the action causing her head to lean into his chest a bit since there wasn't a lot of room.
~*
(I would think so. But to make things make since, we can say that the drop off point on Earth is randomized. Meaning, even though you use the same portal in Underland, it'll spit you out in a different place within a certain mile radius of the returning portal. Although, that wouldn't explain the time difference between the days he spent on Earth versus her time in Underland. Hmmmm.... I guess we could just say that instead of a couple of days, Celia had waited a few weeks before going after him.)
(Lol, don't worry about it. I didn't know what else to do, so I just describe the room to give me something to lengthen my reply. XD)
Phallon looked at them as if they were mad. "Are you not worried she'll catch us?" she asked. "What if there are guards posted outside to make sure we don't escape?" Not that she was really worried about it. After all, if the Queen thought she was her "weapon," then nothing would happen to her. Rico, on the other hand, had a lot more to loose.
~*
Celia shrugged. "Or maybe she's grown used to having a place for easy meals and shelter from the rain. Whatever the reason, she's there now," she told him. "I haven't named her yet. She's a cursed bird, and I didn't want to just name her something to revolve around that. I haven't really found anything that matches her personality."

(Lol, it's fine! ^^ And are those your doggos in your picture? They're so cute!!!)
Anya had gotten up early that morning, eager to start the day. First, she attended to Corrik as she always did. It was an habit ingrained into her since she was little. Every morning, the animals had to be fed, watered, and turned out to pasture. Cows needed to be milked, and eggs gathered before breakfast. She might not have the whole list of chores to do anymore, but she still enjoyed the quiet hours before dawn with her dragon. It was one of the few times when the two wasn't doing something else. Corrik could feed himself, so the young woman set herself to cleaning out the space he had deemed his own in the dragon stables. Not that there was much reason to, but it gave her something to do. While she worked, she also worked on magic, or, at least, trying to understand the idea of it.
When she had returned from her adventures with Seth yesterday evening, damp and feeling happier than she had since leaving home, she had tried to explain what Seth had told her about magic. Corrik couldn't argue with the information, and even went as far as confirming the analogy the boy had used. He could sense the magic that flowed between them. However, like every dragon, they did not know how to wield it. Dragon magic was sporadic in occurrences and the end results were often unpredictable, as they had been told by their tutor. So Corrik would be no help at all in helping teach her how to harness the trickle of magic extended to her. It didn't mean Anya didn't try to search for it. She was sure that she would be able to feel the change when she finally found the magic in her mind. But, wherever it was hiding, it wasn't found in the time she spent.
When the sun had risen into the sky, it was time for the two to find Alia. Seth's advice came back to her as she and Corrik gathered their things together for the day of training. Maybe she should mention that she wanted to try magic today. Or at the very least, ask about weapons training like Genevieve had asked about the day before. There was still so much that they hadn't even touched, and it felt as if her three weeks in the Circle had not shown any improvement. ( Yes, they are. The big one in the back is the daddy, Koda, and the other two are his puppies: his mini-me, Renegade, and fluffy Bear. :D Also, sorry for taking so long to reply. I had no muse for the longest time, it was actually starting to drive me crazy. xP )
With Seth standing there waiting, Genevieve had two choices: wrap up quickly, or make the conversation last as long as possible in an effort to bore him into leaving. She went with the former, and kept her voice low as she dismissed the man - Gerald - and promised to reconvene as soon as possible. That meant that whatever they'd been discussing, they didn't want Seth to hear it. His eyes narrowed, first at Gerald as he left, then on Genevieve as she stood and circled her desk to face him. She leaned on the edge of her desk and folded her hands neatly in front if her. “Seth. What brings you here this early in the morning?” “Well good morning to you too,” Seth replied cheerily. “I'm doing great after the disaster that was the last mission you sent me on. Thanks so much for asking.” Genevieve sighed. “Seth, I told you why I sent you on that mission -” Seth waved her off, dropping all pretenses of being in a good mood as he did so. “I don't care anymore. It's done, I survived. Because I'm the best, right? After all, no other Dragon Rider started before actually becoming a Dragon Rider,” he said scathingly. He shook his head. “Doesn't matter. That's not why I'm here. Anya told me you wanted me for another mission.” Genevieve's whole expression and demeanour changed when Seth brought up the new mission. She'd been giving him a long-suffering stare as she listened to his withering comments, but now she straightened, eyes sharpening on him. “Yes,” she said, a faint smile curling her lips. There was nothing pleasant about it. “As a matter of fact, there is.”

(AWWWW!!! They're so cute! Now I want one ever more. XD And don't worry about it. I feel ya. When my muse runs low, I find it hard to make myself write as well, so don't worry about it. Sorry if my reply isn't the best. I don't know if you want me to rp Alia or not, so I'm just going to wait and see what you think before I do anything with her Rider training.)
Anya and Corrik made it to the stretch of field below the Dragon stables where they normally meet up with they mentors. Either they were early or Alia was running late because the other Rider and dragon was no where to be seen. She waited a moment, just to be sure that the pair wasn't hurrying towards them. When it proved they wouldn't, Anya turned her attention to something else while she waited. Walking over to Corrik, she unstrapped the bow Seth gave her from where she placed it that morning. The girl was hoping to practice with it sometime today, so she had just brought it with her to save time. She didn't have any arrows, however. Those she was sure would be in the armory. A part of her had been tempted to see if she couldn't acquire a quiver full last night, but she didn't know if she needed her mentor's permission before obtaining them. So she just settled on waiting. Stringing the bow with a little difficulty, she stood up and set to practicing her stance and draw, repeating the steps and routines that Seth had showed her the day before.

(I am all ears! What'cha got?) It’s a rough rough draft, so bear with me, but overall a light hearted rp with darker undertones with a fantasy/magic involved/free style type setting. (It would also work if you wanted to do a more sinister/darker theme with some comedic relief, it’s all about your personal preference) Character A (for whatever reason, this can be expounded upon later if you’d like) is hunting down Character B who is truly not a great dude(t) however when Character A finally catches Character B, A realizes that maybe there are bigger fish to fry and the two work together to defeat the real enemy. Character B works as a sort of anti hero and I just saw that quote as the banter that would go on between the two characters. Like I said it’s super rough, but if you’re willing I’m sure we could make something fun for both of us ^^ (I think that's a great idea! Fantasy/magic is a favorite of mine, and I think it could offer up a lot of options for us as we build the plot.) Would you still be up for doing this? Sorry I was having a rough couple of months ><
