(I think skipping to dinner would be best since we'll pretty much have to skim over unpacking her stuff as well.)
~*
Celia saw that Lach was pretty much gone already. So, the girl carefully guided him back down into a lying position. Then took out a blanket from her bag and draped it over the boy. Now all she had to do was wait.
(Yep! To whenever he wakes up.)
~*
Phallon nodded and sighed. "All we can do is wait," she said, residing to their fate for the moment. With nothing more, she laid her head on his shoulder.
~*
It wasn't a long walk from to the forest since the town wasn't very huge. It was maybe five minutes out going in the direction the two were heading. Following the road, Celia relaxed a bit as the trees towered over her. Finally she was back in her element, back in the peace she had come to love and long for. (Yeah that's just what I was thinking too lol. Would you like to start or me?) .-=-.-=-. (Cool!) Lach didn't have a comfortable sleep, as it was filled with nightmares, however he had a silent sleep. His body needed it, to heal enough for him to recoup so when he woke he would at least be well enough to stay awake. Eventually after a few hours, Lach groaned quietly, signalling that he was stirring. As he regained consciousness, he tried to go over what had happened before he went to sleep. He was walking the streets. Then he was attacked. Then Celia helped him… wait! Celia! Lachlan’s eyes basically shot open, and he jumped into a sitting position. At least he started to, but he stopped halfway with a loud hiss of pain, before lowering himself back down onto the chair. .-=-.-=-. Rico simply nodded. That really was all they could do, and he hated it. Feeling Phallon’s head on his shoulder though somewhat calmed him, and the boy let out a sigh, gently squeezing her hand. He then leaned his own head against hers. “We'll get out of this,” he said quietly. .-=-.-=-. Lach slowly slowed down with the girl, looking around in awe at the forest around him. The greenery itself wasn't too far from what Earth had, but it was still something he never got to see personally. And there were smaller things that let him know where he was, like some creatures, and smaller colorful plants and whatnot. Eventually the boy turned back to Celia, a small smirk on his face. “So, where to next,” he asked, “because I have a feeling you weren't just wanting to bring us to a random spot in the forest?”

(I think it's just the vacation scene because we never really planned anything other than Coconut being brought into the world. XD)
(It doesn't really matter to me. Either way is fine.)
~*
While Lach slept, Celia did no such thing. They might have been in a relatively "safe" place, the young woman couldn't relax enough to try and rest. For one thing, she wanted to be able to tend to Lach if he needing anything. However, the main reason was simply because she was too scared. What if someone walked into the building? What if there was someone else in here, and they might not like the fact they were their? What if the gang members found them? It was all too much for her. So she sat on the floor right by Lach's knees drawn to her chest as she stared in the direction of the door. Her focus was so strong that when the boy bolted upright, it scared her. "Geez, Lach!" she muttered, having leaned away from the couch in attempts to flee, her heart beating wildly with fear and adrenaline. "What's wrong? Did you pull a wound open worse?"
~*
"I know we will." Maybe it was that dream like quality, or maybe she just had that much faith in the boy, but Phallon truly believe they would get out of this. Some way or another, they would.
~*
"Sometimes that's what I most certainly do," Celia replied. It was the random spots that one can grow an appreciation for. You never know what to expect from them. But she did have a spot in mind. "The stream that feeds the lake is just over here," she informed him. Technically, that marked one of the boundary lines for the village.

"The stream that feeds the lake is just over here," she informed him. Technically, that marked one of the boundary lines for the village. (I'll start us off then I reckon. ^^) The whole scene of going to unpack Tori's things didn't take a long time, only about 20 minutes at a guess. It also helped that Sky did what she could to try and help unpack too, which Mav thought was nice of her. Afterwards they said goodbye for the moment to Sky, and the pair headed off through the halls to go to get some dinner. At the moment they had just left the building and was heading through the park toward the streets. The sky was a slight tinge of red, as it was the last hour or so of light before the are was put into darkness. “So where do you think you would you want to go for dinner?” he asked curiously. .-=-.-=-. Lach looked around, quickly spotting Celia on the floor next to him. The boy was breathing heavily and held his chest with one of his hands as he tried to acclimatise to being in a sitting position, all the while his gaze was on the girl before him. “Celia,” the boy muttered as he caught his breath. “Ah-what are you doing here?” he asked eventually, ignoring her question. The boy was okay though. His wounds hadn't reopened thankfully, he was just feeling the pain because of having moved so fast and suddenly. That wasn't what he was worried about though, right now the only thing on his mind was the girl right in front of him. What was Celia doing here, after vowing that she would never return to Earth? Lachy was thoroughly confused. Maybe she was here for him, but he didnt think that quite made sense either. He thought it was perfectly clear she couldn't care less about what he did. .-=-.-=-. Rico sighed, looking down at Phallon’s hand, wrapped around his. His eyes dimmed to just a soft glow, not even enough to light up what would be right in front of his face. She probably shouldn't have so much faith in him, but m the boy was glad that she did. It was…heartwarming, even in a situation like this, where it felt like nothing could help them feel better. Just each other (Aww, these two are cute lol) .-=-.-=-. Lach chuckled, but silently made a mental note of her words. He had a feeling he may need to remember that for the future, however now he simply smiled as he found out he was right. “Okay then, show me the way, and I'll just follow,” he told her with a shrug.

(It doesn't matter. Do you want to rp something with the kids? Maybe some Finn or Elijah as well. OR WAIT! Do you want to do the drama with Mason's parents getting back together? I completely forgot about that.)
Tori had tried to make the most of their time unpacking, but it was hard to carry on a conversation with her new roommate when she couldn't exactly stop to write like she should've. So she had left Mav to any small talk that was created. Now, back into the open air once more, she walked beside her boyfriend. I don't know. What are you in the mood for? she signed. Truthfully, they shouldn't be going out to eat. What with them now having to pay for tuition and books and whatnot, they should have been saving their money. But Tori really didn't feel like trying to hunt down and cook her own food at the moment.
~*
With the shock of his movement gone, Celia moved to kneel on the floor beside him, checking his bandages. "Sam came back without you," she said. "I waited, but you didn't show up. So I went to Toadsworth only to find out you came here." It as the truth, but it wasn't all the reason she came here. She had been worried, extremely so, and guilty. Maybe even a little scared at the thought of him leaving her over what she had done.
~*
(Lol, they are now that we're paying attention to them and not Lach and Celia all the time. XD What do you want to do here? There's not a whole lot that can be done, so you want to skip to when the Red Queen summons them?)
~*
Celia nodded and veered away from the road. Yes, the road would have taken them to the stream as well, but the spot she liked was a little more up river than where the road would put them. She hoped Lach would be able to keep up because she didn't change her pace even after entering the unkempt portion of the forest.

Dallas smiled at the offered t-shirt. "I hate to ruin your clothes," he said, taking the shirt and folding it in a way so it could be wrapped better. "I promise, I'll pay you back. I really should learn to be more careful out here so this doesn't happen." As best as he could with one hand and teeth, he tied the shirt around his arm as best as he could.
~*
Nodding, Charles followed behind her. The path to the stables had become a familiar one. If he tried, he was sure Crow could walk it himself. Yet the horse meant too much to him to simply let him wander the streets. So he had to led. Not to mention, Charles liked to make sure he was fed and watered properly himself. It was something his stablemaster had always done, so as he grew up, Charles adopted it as well. "Will it take long to pick out the paint?" he asked. "No, it's quite alright," Alexa answered shaking her head. "You need it more than I do." As she watched him try to tie it around his arm she offered her help. "You know, I can help you with it if you want it. I'm happy to." It was the least that she could do after everything he's going to be doing for her. --- Amelia shrugged, "I don't know, it could, it could not. Sometimes it's an all day thing other times I don't need to be there long. I guess I won't really know until we get there." She knew it wasn't a great answer but it was the best she could do. They soon reached the stables and she made a quick stop to pet her own horse and make sure he was well cared for as well while Casper put Crow away and took care of her. (Sorry for taking so long! I thought I already replied! Whoops, guess not.) (Oh, and on a different not, I forgot my horses name lol so they'll now be different.)

She hoped Lach would be able to keep up because she didn't change her pace even after entering the unkempt portion of the forest. Maverick knew that going out to get something to eat really wasn't the best irea, seeing as they needed the money most now, but like Tori, he thought that it was kinda too late to try and find a supermarket so they could make so. Etching for dinner. Of course he had researched this beforehand as he had with all that he could think of, but right now he didn't actually know where it was and didn't want to go hunting for it after dark. Slowly the boy shrugged. “Somewhere we can afford. Do you feel like takeout?” Mav asked, chuckling slightly. .-=-.-=-. Lachlan frowned a little. That wasn't the answer that he believed was the total truth. It certainly wasn't what he wanted to hear too. Slowly he reached out toward her hand, looking at her. “And…for that reason you came here? Where you swore you'd never return?” he asked quietly. It might have been true, but he wanted to hear exactly why she decided to risk coming here, and most of all, he wanted to hear it from her. Lach felt that she was avoiding answering what he was asking, and wanted to know why she was doing that. .-=-.-=-. ( Lol very true. XD I'd be up for them skipping to the Queen summoning them. Do we have any idea what she would have the pair do yet?) .-=-.-=-. Lach rolled his eyes slightly as she veered into the bushes. Seriously? Though the boy of course followed after her, a little slower seeing as he wasn't used to this kind of thing. “Celia, can you slow down a little, I'm not from here remember? He said to her, giving her a pointed look that was wasted on the fact that she wasn't actually looking at him.

(I'm thinking before Coconut is born. Maybe a month or so before? Then we can still have the drama of preparing for that wedding as well as handling three kids at the same time.)
To that, Koda had to look away from him. She had dreams, yes, but they weren't as nice as James thought they were. Yes, one or two might have been about being free, but the majority of them were just reflections of her days.
"Yeah, maybe," Talon said. "But I'd rather not take that risk unless I know for sure that we won't be in any danger ourselves. Otherwise, what would be the point?"
Dallas looked from the shirt to her giving a nervous chuckle. "That would be great, actually. I just didn't want you to get your hands messy," he told her.
~*
It made sense. Charles nodded and followed her into the stables. Reaching the empty stall, he made sure Crow was bedded down, free of saddle and bridle, and feed and watered. "There, now we can go get your pain," he told her with a small smile.
(It's fine! And I believe it was Athena or something like that.)

Tori thought for a moment. Chinese or Mexican? the girl asked, glancing over at Mav. It had been a while since either of them had anything like that. Or we can have good old fashion pizza.
~*
Celia paused in her checking of his injuries at his question. She didn't meet his gaze, and for a moment it would seem like she wasn't going to say anything. Then, in a hushed tone, "I couldn't stand you being mad with me."
~*
(Not yet. Maybe we should just have the first meeting be one where the Queen tries to figure out more about Phallon?)
~*
Celia stopped and turned to look at him, surprised that he was so far behind him. The pace was far from what she was used to, and she still thought Lach would have been able to keep up better than this. "The path isn't even that bad," she called back to him. Maverick thought, tilting his head somewhat comically as he did. “Well… I don't think I quite feel like noodles. And I'm not sure if either of us can stomach a whole pizza to ourselves. So maybe Mexican?” he asked, glancing at Tori when he was done, wondering what her opinion was. .-=-.-=-. Lach saw her pause and waited, wondering if she was going to actually say something. Of course she did, and it was Lachy’s turn to stay silent for a moment, a small sigh escaping his lips. “Celia…” he trailed off as he thought. The boy leaned over a little, ignoring the pain, and softly put his hand on Celia’s back, attempting to pull her up. “I was mad because I was hurt. And I was hurt because…” Lach paused again, unsure if he wanted to continue or not now. .-=-.-=-. (Ah yeah, I think that sounds cool to me then! It might help us figure it out.) .-=-.-=-. Lachy tilted his head and raised his eyebrows pointedly at her statement, and shrugged as he kept moving, trying to catch up to her while she had temporarily stopped walking. “Like I said Celia, I'm not used to this, I don't do things like this on Earth,” he pointed out to her as he got a little closer.

(Cool! Should they tell Mason and Riley while visiting the kids? Or should they treat them to dinner before dropping the news? How do you want to set things up?)
We could always split a pizza, Tori mused in amusement. But Mexican is good too. Mexican it is.
~*
She couldn't help it. When his hand landed on her back, she flinched. It wasn't because she was expecting him to hurt her, but merely because her nerves were so worked up and jumpy from her being here. "I didn't mean for us to get captured. I-I just didn't want you to be hurt. You go into things without knowing anything about it, and I couldn't live with myself if you got on the Queen's bad side. There would have been nothing I could have done."
~*
(Yeah. I get a starter up in a bit. Just got to think of one.)
~*
"You don't walk?" Celia asked, knowing her question was going to get a sarcastic, if not irritated response. But still, she waited until the boy caught up to her before continuing, slowing down a bit so he could keep up.

Of course he knew that, they wouldn't have a whole pizza to themselves, but honestly he thought that, with the stress, they wouldn't even be able to fit in more than just a slice or two. slowly he nodded. "Sounds good then, now to find a good Mexican place," he said, chuckling. .-=-.-=-. Lach noticed her flinch clearly, as well as feeling it, however unlike usual, he didn't remove his hand, instead leaving it there on her back. “Celia…” he trailed off. Why couldn't he think of anything to say now? “You put someone else's life in danger though, and that's not okay. Plus…if it weren't for me rushing into things, the last two years would never have happened. And I-” he sighed, “I would never have fallen in love with you.” Lachy just decided to blurt it out, though his voice was barely louder than a whisper when he said it. He didn't want to leave it any longer, in case he never got the chance to actually say it. .-=-.-=-. (Okay then, take your time! ^^) .-=-.-=-. Celia was right in her thinking, as Lach gave her a look when she spoke, before shaking his head. “No, I never walk in this,” he said, but he held some amusement in his voice at least. “It's thick, I don't know how you do it,” Lach added, mostly in an attempt to keep talking to her.

(Works for me. ^^)
It had been eight months since their much needed vacation. Eight months that was drawing closer to their third child being born. Whoops. The couple hadn't planned on having another child so soon, but it kind of just happened. It was hard trying to prepare for another kid with two two-year-old toddlers running about, nor was it easy trying to figure out what to do about future sleeping arrangements, but that was a problem they were working on slowly. At the moment, however, they were preparing for lunch.
"Riley, where's the good cups?" Mason asked from the kitchen. The man had taken full responsibility of preparing the meal due to his wife being heavily pregnant. He refused to let her do a thing. Besides, it was just his parents who were coming over, so he didn't mind being the one to cook.
Surely there's one around here somewhere, Tori replied. In hindsight, it might have been a good idea to ask Sky about it before they had left her dorm room. Oh well, wandering around on their own would be fun too.
~*
Celia's eyes snapped up to meet his. Lach looked to be in his right mind, but she hadn't checked him for a fever. Could he still be delusional? Perhaps, but it was strange for a delusion to be spoken with so much surety. She wanted to argue that the human and Cat had put their own lives in danger the moment they crossed the Queen, but she couldn't bring herself to say it. "W-what do you mean...?" she muttered.
~*
There was no telling how long they had been in the cell. The pair had just resided to make themselves comfortable. Phallon had gotten up at one point and was aimlessly walking back and forth, more bored than anything else. That is, until she heard the sound of footsteps echoing down the hall. "You think that's for us?" she asked Rico, stopping and looking through the bars of their cell.

Riley certainly hadn’t planned on having another child so soon and she was nervous about it, but she also couldn’t say she was disappointed. Hopefully it would only be one child this time. They already had their hands full with one set of twins. The twins were a handful, but they were happy and healthy. Their family had also pitched in to help when they needed it - Mason’s parents and Riley’s many siblings. So even with a third child on the way, life was going pretty well.
“They should be above the dish rack. In that cabinet where we store the good wine glasses,” she called in from the living room. She was currently sitting on the couch with a glass of water and watching the twins as they played with their toys and watched some new kids show they’d become obsessed with. “Are you sure you don’t need me?” she asked, twisting slightly so she could see her husband from her current position.

And boy were they praying for only one child. Not to say they didn't enjoy raising the twins, but two children at once had been pushing them into the deep end right from the start. One child would be a nice change of pace.
"Found them!" Mason called, opening the cabinet door and spotting the good glasses. He should have looked there first. "No, no, it's perfectly fine. I've got everything under control. Besides, they should be arriving any minute, and all I'm doing is waiting for everything to finish baking in the oven. You, missy, are just going to sit there and relax."

Riley loved the twins. She did and it showed whenever she interacted with them. She was proud to show them off to anyone that wanted to see and simply enjoyed spending time with them. Still, it was exhausting for the young couple and raising one child would hopefully be a nice break, even if they still had the twins to take care of.
When Riley saw that Mason had found what she was looking for, she finally relaxed and adjusted her position to something a little more comfortable. She nodded slightly. She was usually the one in the kitchen, stressing about everything and trying to get the meal cooked in time, so sitting and ‘relaxing’ was a weird change in pace, but Mason was right. He’d been taking on more childcare and household chores and relaxing was probably her best option right now.

Riley loved bringing them to her own work as well. Her coworkers all loved the twins and the twins loved the pictures of animals on the walls. Of course, they probably went to go visit Mason at work more often. It was clear to anyone that saw them that the parents were very close and caring with their children.
Riley turned again when she heard a knock on the door, but she didn’t get up when she heard her husband say he’d get it. She turned slightly to see his parents entering the apartment and she grinned. “Hey,” she said. She didn’t move from the couch, not wanting to move more than necessary. She didn’t think his parents would mind that she was staying on the couch. “Russ, Dani, look who’s here,” she said, knowing how much the kids loved their grandparents.

After a moment or so, he pulled out his phone. “I suppose we could just look it up huh?” he decided, glancing at Tori with a smile before looking down at his phone. “It says there's a good place just over here,” he said, gesturing ahead of them. .-=-.-=-. Lachlan met her gaze and held it. He couldn't bring a smile to his face completely, but his lips flicked just slightly. “I mean exactly what I said. I had feelings for you by the time Toadsworth let us leave when you healed,” the boy explained. A moment after he sighed and left her eyes, instead gazing down to the ground. “I understand if you don't feel the same, I just…wanted to let you know.” .-=-.-=-. Rico was just sitting on the bed, looking at his hands, though he was watching Phallon out of the corner of his eye as she paced the cell in boredom. By the time she spoke to Rico though, the boy had already jumped to his feet and was watching with wide eyes where the sound was coming from. He shrugged and shook his head, stepping toward Phallon. “I-I don't know… I hope not,” he said, the last part quieter than the first. .-=-.-=-. “You must be doing it a lot than, judging by how easily you get through it,” Lachy said with a small laugh, though he already knew the answer. He was sure she told him his much time she spent in the forests, and even if she didn't it wouldn't take much to figure it out. “I hope so though, cause this is a bit of a pest. How far is it to our destination,“ he asked curiously.

Russ looked up at his mother's words to see his grandmother suddenly in the room. In that instant, he dropped his toys and stood up. He had gotten much better at his walking now, though he still wasn't as adventurous as his sister. He walked, but he never went anywhere too far from either parent. One thing at a time. Once he had found his feet under him, he hurried over to his grandmother.
"How's my sweet little boy?" Ruth asked, picking Russ up with a smile and kissing his cheek. Then went over to the couch to sit by Riley. "And how are you? You still hanging in there?"
And there goes several minutes worth of getting lost, Tori signed, laughing lightly. Truthfully, she didn't mind. She wasn't in the mood to get lost or explore at the moment. They could do that later. Right now, she just wanted to enjoy the rest of the day with Mav how they would normally do so.

Celia stared at him a bit longer, trying to process this information. He had had feelings for her for two years? Before they had really even gotten to know each other? Was that even possible? Was that why he had been so persistent in staying with her? Why he always tried so hard to find her even though he knew he wouldn't unless she allowed him to? "T-then does that mean you're coming back home with me?" she asked. Right now, that was her main goal: to get back to the safety of Underland once more. If he did love her, then he would come back with her, right?

Phallon didn't say anything as they waited. The footsteps grew louder until she spotted a group of Cards. Sure enough, they were heading towards their cell. She watched as one unlocked the door and opened it.
"The Queen wishes to speak," he said. "You are to come with us."

"I've been doing this since I was twelve," Celia told him. It was an incredibly young age to be off exploring or living on her own by Earth standards, but here, things were different. Of course, she hadn't been living on her own until she was sixteen, but her adventures had begun at twelve.

Dani watched as her brother got up before her. Seeing that he’d already gone to their grandmother, she rushed to see her grandfather. She didn’t say anything, but reached up to hold onto his hand, silently asking to be picked up.
Riley chuckled as she watched Russ rush over to his grandmother, shifting over slightly so Ruth could sit beside her. “I’m doing alright,” she said, looking over towards Mason. “He’s making sure that I’m okay,” she promised with a small laugh. “We’re just trying to figure out how to juggle it. Sleeping arrangements. All of that stuff,” she said, reaching over to touch Russ’s cheek.

"I've been doing this since I was twelve," Celia told him. It was an incredibly young age to be off exploring or living on her own by Earth standards, but here, things were different. Of course, she hadn't been living on her own until she was sixteen, but her adventures had begun at twelve. Maverick matched her laugh and nodded. “Yep, thank goodness for the power of the Internet right?” he said with amusement, before leading them where the directions said it was. “So, I uh… I don't think we talked about it. How did you like the day?” .-=-.-=-. Lach just watched the expression on her face, trying his best to figure out what she was thinking, but he just couldn't, despite his efforts. As Celia spoke though, he blinked slowly. He didn't expect her to say that honestly. Unfortunately for her, he completely ignored her question, instead coming back with, “Does that mean…you do feel the same way?” Of course Lach had already made up his mind. He was of course coming back home. He had decided that he wanted to long before now, and seeing Celia come to Earth to find him, he could tell she was sorry. .-=-.-=-. Rico watched as well, his hopes falling when he saw them coming straight to the cell. He knew they would have been coming for them, but he had a small hope that they weren't. As they spoke, Rico glanced at Phallon, before stepping up to the Cards and nodding for them to take them. .-=-.-=-. Lachy’s eyes widened as she said that, and slowly nodded. Maybe she didn't tell him exactly when she started, because he would remember a fact as significant as that. “Twelve? Well, I've got quite the bit of practicing to do than,” he said, laughing slightly. “Wow, and your parents let you do that so young?”

Timothy, who was slowly walking into the living room with Mason, smiled as Dani came over to him. He lifted her up into his arms. "I see daddy's been dressing you," he commented with a chuckle, seeing the bright pink shirt with a unicorn on it paired with lime green pants.
"Actually, she picked it out herself," Mason told him, a bit of pride in his voice.
"Oh dear, it's already starting."
"It's good to see he's doing all the chores," Ruth said with a smile. "I hope you're taking advantage of this. Have you been making him do anything you want him to do."
Tori wished she could simply shove her hands into her pockets of her jeans as they walked, but then she would have no way of communicating. It was okay, she signed. I feel like it wasn't really an official day since all we did was go over classroom rules and syllabuses.

"I don't want to go back on my own," Celia replied. Did she feel the same way for him? She was fond of the boy, that much was apparent. He was good friend, always doing what he needed to do, careful to be sure nothing he did would disturb her or her life, and was pleasant company. The girl did seek him out on days her nightmares became too much to handle, and she just needed his presence to assure her that everything was fine. Of course, he never knew that was what she was doing. Was that the same as having feelings for him? Was that why she had stepped foot on Earth once more to find him and bring him back home? She wasn't entirely sure, so she simply reinforced that she didn't want to lose him.

Phallon looked to Rico, not that there was much he could do. They would have to follow them no matter what. Still, she waited until the boy started forward before doing the same.

Celia shrugged again. "They really couldn't stop me," she told him. "There was eleven of us kids, so they had a lot to keep track of. So what if one slipped away for a couple of hours or a day? Maybe two?" It wasn't like she ran away from home or went half way across the kingdom. She always stay a reasonable distance from the house or town. Her parents weren't thrilled, but they really just had to accept that this was the behavior of their daughter. So long as she was safe and returned home, everything was fine.

Dani laughed when her grandfather picked her up. “Daddy,” she repeated, looking proud of her word and her outfit. She held onto Timothy’s shirt with one hand and looked over at Mason.
Riley sighed as she looked over at Timothy and Mason. “I begged him to let me dress her, but he’s been picking out her clothes since day one and I guess she’s starting to think that he makes good clothing choices,” she said, turning her attention on Russ once again.
“It’s just... weird not doing anything around the apartment anymore,” Riley said. “But I suppose I should appreciate this while I can,” she admitted. It was nice to not have to worry about cleaning and doing dishes and cooking and doing laundry and all of the other chores she hated doing. She was just impressed that Mason was juggling everything.

(If it helps too, at age 2, they are able to say at least three worded sentences/able to hold tiny conversations. Might give us some more creativity when it comes to them.)
Mason smiled. "Yeah, I did buy them, but you picked them out. So tell Grandpa to stop teasing me," he said.
Timothy chuckled. "There was nothing I could do to stop him either, so don't feel too defeated. Maybe she'll outgrow it."
Ruth gave a knowing smile. "I know it is. But the baby will be here in no time, and you'll be back to running after these three again," she said. "Has the morning sickness eased up any? Or has it been bothering you much this time around?"

(Oooh okay thanks. I was looking stuff up but there’s so much to read trough on those baby websites)
“Papa,” Dani said, her head resting on her grandfather’s shoulder. Just like she was closer to her father than her mother, she was closer to Mason’s father than his mother. “Daddy buy,” she said.
Riley chuckled. “At least I get to dress this handsome little boy,” Riley said, looking over at Russ. while she wasn’t exactly into fashion, her son was still dressed with very cute and matching clothes.
Riley smiled a bit at the thought of being back to her usual duties. “It hasn’t been as bad as it was with the twins, but it’s definitely still there,” she said, looking sympathetically towards Mason. He’d done a good job of putting up with her and everything she was dealing with.
